UN PROCESO Y APARATO PARA CONVERTIR CATALITICAMENTE HIDROCARBUROS EN OLEFINAS LIGERAS MEDIANTE UN BREVE CONTACTO EN UN SISTEMA DE REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO CIRCULANTE. EL PROCESO TAMBIEN PUEDE SER USADO PARA PREPARAR PRODUCTOS RICOS EN PROPILENO, ISOBUTILENO O ISOAMILENO POR DESHIDROGENACION CATALITICA A PARTIR DE PROPANO, ISOBUTANO O NAFTA, USANDO RESPECTIVAMENTE, CATALIZADORES DE DESHIDROGENACION CONVENCIONAL O MEJORADOS PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL LECHO FLUIDIZADO.A PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR CATALYTICALLY CONVERTING HYDROCARBONS INTO LIGHT OLEFINS THROUGH A SHORT CONTACT IN A CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR SYSTEM. THE PROCESS INCLUDES THE STEPS OF FEEDING WITH A HYDROCARBON SUPPLY CURRENT A REACTION ZONE (1) CONTAINING A SOLID CATALYST, CONTACT THE HYDROCARBON SUPPLY CURRENT IN THE REACTION ZONE (1) WITH THE LOW CATALYST WITH THE LOW CATALYST. CATALYTIC CONVERSION OF HYDROCARBONS IN LIGHT OLEFINS, SEPARATE THE REACTION PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM THE REACTION ZONE (1) AFTER THE CATALYTIC CONVERSION, RECOVER THE CATALYST, AND REGENERATE THE DEACTIVATED CATALYST (3) ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, THE HYDROCARBON SUPPLY CURRENT IS CONTACTED WITH THE CATALYST IN A CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR (1) IN A RESIDENCE TIME IN THE RANGE OF 0.1 TO 3 SECONDS. THE PROCESS IS USED TO PREPARE HIGH OCTANE AND LOW-BENZENE PROPYLENE, BUTYLENE, PENTENES AND GASOLINE THROUGH THE CATALYTIC CONVERSION OF LGO, HGO, VGO OR NAFTA, USING CONVENTIONAL OR IMPROVED FCC CATALYZERS. THE PROCESS MAY ALSO BE USED TO PREPARE PRODUCTS RICH IN PROPYLENE, ISOBUTYLENE OR ISOAMYLENE BY CATALYTIC DEHYDROGENATION FROM PROPANE, ISOBUTANE OR NAFTA, RESPECTIVELY USED BY CONVENTIONAL DELICIOUS DEHYDROGENATION CATALYSTS.
