Abstract
SE PRESENTAN UN PROCESO PARA LA RECUPERACION DE UN POLIMERO DE POLIURETANO DE DESECHO A MODO DE POLIOL Y EL USO DE DICHO POLIOL PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN POLIMERO DE POLIURETANO PURO. DICHO PROCESO CONSISTE EN CALENTAR TERMICAMENTE EL POLIURETANO DE DESECHO A UNA TEMPERATURA ELEVADA CON UNA MEZCLA LIQUIDA QUE CONSISTE EN UNA ALCANOLAMINA Y UN HIDROXIDO METALICO Y HACER REACCIONAR DESPUES EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO RESULTANTE CON UN OXIDO DE ALQUILENO PARA OBTENER UN POLIOL. EL PROCESO DE RECUPERACION SE CARACTERIZAR PORQUE LA RELACION EN PESO ENTRE EL POLIURETANO DE DESECHO Y LA MEZCLA LIQUIDA ES DE AL MENOS 12:1 Y LA MEZCLA LIQUIDA CONTIENE LA ALCANOLAMINA EN UNA CANTIDAD DEL 70 AL 95 POR CIENTO EN PESO.
