Abstract

Process which comprises: taking the vegetable product, such as bell peppers, and making a preferably regularly shaped hole in each one of them inserting the meat stuffing into the hole and covering the free surface of the stuffing with a portion of bell pepper in the manner of a lid subjecting the vegetable product, bell peppers with the stuffing, to heating in order to cook it with sauce at a temperature of 200 degree C for 15 to 45 minutes, after which it is allowed to cool to ambient temperature and subjecting the cooked vegetable product to a deep- freezing process until it reaches a temperature of -18 degree C.
