Abstract

Procedimiento papa la preparación de 1,4-dihalofenacinas e intermedios de síntesis. Comprende hacer reaccionar 3,3,6,6-tetrahalo-1,2-ciclohexanodiona de fórmula (II), en donde X representa un grupo halo, con 1,2-diaminas aromáticas de fórmula (III), en donde R{sub,1 , R{sub,2 , R{sub,3 y R{sub,4 representan cualquier grupo orgánico o inorgánico, bajo condiciones de reacción adecuadas, y seguida de la bisdeshidrohalogenación para obtener el producto deseado. También se refiere a intermedios de síntesis 1,1,4,4-tetrahalo-1,2,3,4-tetrahidrofenacinas (IV), útiles para la obtención de dichas 1,4-dihalofenacinas (I). Tienen aplicación por su actividad herbicida, por un lado, y actividad antibiótico o antitumoral, por otro.
