Abstract
Forma farmacéutica de liberación prolongada y procedimiento para su obtención; la forma comprende microcápsulas constituidas por una pared polimérica que recubre un núcleo con uno o más principios activos que forman complejo con una resina de intercambio iónico; la pared polimérica está formada por una sola capa de una mezcla de uno o más polímeros pH independientes e insolubles y uno o más polímeros pH dependientes, solubles en medio acuoso a partir de un valor de pH mayor de 5. El procedimiento comprende: disolución de un polímero pH independiente, otro pH dependiente y un plastificante; suspensión de un complejo formado por el principio activo y la resina de intercambio iónico, obteniendo una primera fase; formación de una segunda fase por disolución de un aceite en un tensioactivo; emulsionado de la primera fase en la segunda fase; evaporación del disolvente formando las microcápsulas; y lavado de las microcápsulas.Long-release pharmaceutical form and procedure for obtaining it; the form comprises microcapsules consisting of a polymeric wall that covers a core with one or more active ingredients that complex with an ion exchange resin; the polymeric wall is formed by a single layer of a mixture of one or more independent and insoluble pH polymers and one or more pH dependent polymers, soluble in aqueous medium from a pH value greater than 5. The procedure includes: dissolution of a pH independent polymer, another pH dependent and a plasticizer; suspension of a complex formed by the active principle and the ion exchange resin, obtaining a first phase; formation of a second phase by dissolving an oil in a surfactant; emulsified from the first phase to the second phase; solvent evaporation forming the microcapsules; and washing the microcapsules.
