Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en la Patente de Invención número 9102485 por: Procedimiento para fabricar un material combustible solido a partir de residuos sólidos urbanos y/o industriales asimilables a urbanos y/o agrícolas; en cuyo proceso los residuos exentos de materiales metálicos contaminantes y vidrio, se trituran para obtener un producto granulado o en rama que contiene cal viva combinada con agua original formando hidróxido cálcico lo menos carbonatado posible durante el proceso. Cuyas mejoras consisten en la fase de secado efectuarla con aire contaminado con CO sub,2 procedente de los gases de escape de un motor diesel y además en aquellos residuos que tienen un porcentaje de humedad inferior al 55% a la entrada del proceso se suprime la adición de vapor de agua para lo cual el tiempo de residencia de los residuos en el interior del secadero debe ser no inferior a 25 minutos y además las temperaturas del aire caliente a la entrada y a la salida del secadero serán no inferiores a 350ºC y a100ºC respectivamente.
