EL SENSOR CONDUCTOR MINIATURIZADO, QUE UTILIZA UN POLIMERO CONDUCTOR, SE UTILIZA EN UN DISPOSITIVO DIAGNOSTICO PARA DETERMINAR LA PRESENCIA O CONCENTRACION DE UN ANALISIS PREDETERMINADO EN UNA MUESTRA DE PRUEBA LIQUIDA, DONDE EL ANALISIS PREDETERMINADO COMO LA GLUCOSA, SE PRUEBA MEDIANTE UNA INTERACCION DE LA OXIDASA. LA INTERACCION ENTRE LA OXIDASA Y UNA CANTIDAD PEQUEÑA DE UN ANALISIS PREDETERMINADO EN LA MUESTRA DE PRUEBA, GENERA DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, UN COMPUESTO DOPANTE EN UNA ZONA DE REACCION DEL SENSOR CONDUCTOR. ESTE COMPUESTO EMIGRA HACIA LA ZONA DE DETECCION DEL SENSOR DEL DISPOSITIVO DE DIAGNOSTICO PARA OXIDAR EL POLIMERO CONDUCTOR Y CONVERTIR DICHO POLIMERO DESDE UNA FORMA AISLANTE A UNA FORMA CONDUCTORA. SE MEDIRA EL AUMENTO RESULTANTE EN LA CONDUCTIVIDAD DEL POLIMERO CONDUCTOR, DESPUES ESTE AUMENTO SE HARA CORRELATIVO A LA CONCENTRACION DEL ANALISIS PREDETERMINADO EN LA MUESTRA DE PRUEBA.
