LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA HACER HILOS SINTETICOS O HILOS DE FILAMENTOS TOTALMENTE ORIENTADOS A PARTIR DE POLIMEROS MEDIANTE EL HILADO DE MICROFILAMENTOS FUNDIDOS QUE SE ENFRIAN HASTA LA TEMPERATURA DE SOLIDIFICACION POR LO MENOS DETRAS DE UNA TOBERA HILADORA Y DESPUES SE CALIENTA PARA ESTIRARLOS A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR AL PUNTO DE FUSION AL TIEMPO QUE SE SOPLAN CON AIRE PARA PRODUCIR LA TENSION NECESARIA. LOS MICROFILAMENTOS QUE TIENEN UNA SOLA DOSIFICACION MENOR DE 1,0 DTEX SON ALIMENTADOS DE MANERA INDIVIDUAL A TRAVES DE LA REGION DE CALENTAMIENTO Y SE SOPLA AIRE SOBRE ELLOS EN SENTIDO CONTRARIO A LA CORRIENTE.
