METODOS DE DIAGNOSTICO MOLECULAR PARA LA DETECCION DE CVABRUCELLA ABORTUS Y SU DIFERENCIACION DE LA CEPA VACUNAL B19. SE DESCRIBEN UNA SERIE DE METODOS DE DIAGNOSTICO MOLECULAR QUE PERMITEN A DIFERENCIACION ENTRE LA ESTIRPE VACUNAL CVABRUCELLA ABORTUS B19 Y TODAS LAS DEMAS ESTIRPES DEL GENERO CVABRUCELLA. EN UN CASO SE APLICA LA AMPLIFICACION DE GENOMA, USANDO COMO INICIADORES OLIGONUCLEOTIDOS DERIVADOS DE LA REGION QUE CONTIENE LOS GENES CODIFICANTES DE LA RUTA DE UTILIZACION DEL ERITRITOL. OTRO GRUPO DE METODOS SE BASA EN LA HIBRIDACION DE ADN GENOMICO USANDO COMO SONDAS OLIGONUCLEOTIDOS DE LA MENCIONADA REGION CVAERI. EN ESTE CASO PUEDEN APLICARSE SEGUN LA TECNICA DENOMINADA "HIBRIDACION TIPO SOUTHERN" O ALTERNATIVAMENTE POR EL PROCEDIMIENTO DEL "DOT BLOT". FINALMENTE SE APLICAN ESTOS METODOS PARA LA IDENTIFICACION DE GERMENES DEL GENERO CVABRUCELLA EN CUALQUIER MUESTRA BIOLOGICA. LOS NUEVOS PROCEDIMIENTOS SON VENTAJOSOS SOBRE LOS METODOS TRADICIONALES, INMUNOLOGICOS O DE CULTIVO, APORTANDO MAYOR ESPECIFICIDAD Y RAPIDEZ.MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTIC METHODS FOR THE DETECTION OF CVABRUCELLA ABORTUS AND ITS DIFFERENTIATION FROM THE B19 VACCINAL STRAIN. A SERIES OF MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTIC METHODS ARE DESCRIBED THAT ALLOW THE DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN THE CVABRUCELLA ABORTUS B19 VACCINE STRAIN AND ALL OTHER STRAINS OF THE CVABRUCELLA GENUS. IN ONE CASE, GENOME AMPLIFICATION IS APPLIED, USING OLIGONUCLEOTIDES AS STARTERS DERIVED FROM THE REGION CONTAINING THE GENES CODING THE ROUTE OF USE OF ERYTHRITOL. ANOTHER GROUP OF METHODS IS BASED ON THE HYBRIDIZATION OF GENOMIC DNA USING OLIGONUCLEOTIDES FROM THE MENTIONED CVAERI REGION AS PROBE. IN THIS CASE THEY MAY BE APPLIED ACCORDING TO THE TECHNIQUE CALLED "SOUTHERN TYPE HYBRIDIZATION" OR ALTERNATIVELY BY THE "DOT BLOT" PROCEDURE. FINALLY, THESE METHODS ARE APPLIED FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF GERMS OF THE CVABRUCELLA GENUS IN ANY BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE. THE NEW PROCEDURES ARE ADVANTAGEOUS OVER TRADITIONAL, IMMUNOLOGICAL OR CULTURE METHODS, PROVIDING GREATER SPECIFICITY AND RAPIDITY.
