SE UTILIZA UNA TECNICA EN CONTRACORRIENTE SIMULADA EN UNA COLUMNA DE SEPARACION LLENA DE UN ABSORBENTE QUE TIENE CINCO ZONAS 6, 5, 4, 3 Y 2 CON DIFERENTES FUNCIONES Y SE REALIZA LA SECUENCIA DE ETAPAS SIGUIENTES: SE INTRODUCE DISOLVENTE FUERTE S2, SE EXTRAE UN EXTRACTO E2 EN EL DISOLVENTE FUERTE, SE INTRODUCE EL MISMO DISOLVENTE PERO A UNA TEMPERATURA Y/O A UNA PRESION MAS DEBIL (DISOLVENTE S1 DEBIL), SE SACA EXTRACTO EN EL DISOLVENTE DEBIL E1, SE INTRODUCE LA MEZCLA A SEPARAR, SE EXTRAE REFINADO EN EL DISOLVENTE DEBIL R, SE RECICLA UNA CORRIENTE RCY ALTERNATIVAMENTE HACIA LA ALIMENTACION DEL DISOLVENTE FUERTE S2 Y DESPUES HACIA LA ALIMENTACION DEL DISOLVENTE DEBIL S1.
