EL MATERIAL EN PARTICULAS SE SEPARA DE GAS A ALTA TEMPERATURA UTILIZANDO VARIOS ELEMENTOS DE FILTRO TUBULAR CON PAREDES POROSAS ALARGADAS (17). LOS LADOS SUCIOS DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE FILTRO (17) ESTAN CONECTADOS OPERATIVAMENTE A UNA ENTRADA DE GAS SUCIO (13) HACIA UN RECIPIENTE VERTICAL , MIENTRAS EL LADO LIMPIO DEL ELEMENTO DE FILTRO (17) ESTA EN ASOCIACION OPERATIVA CON UN ORIFICIO DE SALIDA DE UN GAS LIMPIO (18). UN ORIFICIO DE SALIDA DE PARTICULAS SEPARADAS (14) SE EXTIENDE DESDE EL FONDO DEL RECIPIENTE. LA LIMPIEZA DEL ELEMENTO DE FILTRO (17) SE REALIZA MEDIANTE UN IMPULSO DE GAS LIMPIADOR A ALTA PRESION QUE SE SUMINISTRA AL LADO LIMPIO DE LOS FILTROS (17). PARA EVITAR EL CHOQUE TERMICO O DAÑO MECANICO A LOS FILTRS (17), ESPECIALMENTE CUANDO EL GAS DE LIMPIEZA ESTA A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR A LA DEL GAS QUE SE ESTA FILTRANDO, EL VOLUMEN DE GAS DE LIMPIEZA SE CONTROLA POSITIVAMENTE. ESTO SE CONSIGUE COLOCANDO UN LIMITADOR (33) (EJ. ORIFICIO O BOQUILLA) ENTRE LA FUENTE DE ALTA PRESION (28) DE GAS DE LIMPIEZA Y UN DEPOSITO (32) QUE TIENE UN VOLUMEN SUFICIENTE PARA REALIZAR LA LIMPIEZA, PERO INSUFICIENTE PARA CAUSAR EL CHOQUE TERMICO . UN CONDUCTO (29), CON UNA VALVULA DE ACTUACION RAPIDA (30) EN EL, SE EXTIENDE DESDE EL DEPOSITO (32) HACIA EL LADO LIMPIO DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE FILTRO (17). INCLUSO SI LA VALVULA (30) SE BLOQUEA EN LA POSICION ABIERTA , HAY VOLUMEN INSUFICIENTE Y/O INDICE DE CIRCULACION DE GAS DE LIMPIEZA PARA OCASIONAR EL CHOQUE TERMICO A LOS FILTROS (17).
