EL INVENTO CONSISTE EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICACION DE TUBOS FLEXIBLES CON ALMA DE POLIETILENO RETICULADO, DONDE EL TUBO SE MONTA EN UNA ESPIGA METALICA, SEGUIDAMENTE SE VENDA CON UNA BOBINA EXTERIOR Y FINALMENTE SE TRATA POR CALOR EN UNA CALDERA DE VULCANIZACION. PARA AUMENTAR LA TEMPERATURA DE APLICACION SE SOMETE EL TUBO FLEXIBLE MONTADO EN LA ESPIGA AL MENOS A UN TRATAMIENTO DE CALOR ADICIONAL A LA TEMPERATURA DE VULCANIZACION. EL TRATAMIENTO DE CALOR TIENE LUGAR A FINES DE UNION EN LA VULCANIZACION. ENTRE LOS TRATAMIENTOS DE VULCANIZACION SE ENGRIA EL TUNO FLEXIBLE A LA TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE.
