Abstract

Una unidad de envase para un cierto número de baterías o pilas eléctricas, unidad que está constituída por una placa de soporte, dentro de un borde vertical de la cual las baterías están dispuestas con sus ejes geométricos longitudinales paralelos uno a otro, y cuyas baterías adoptan una posición prescrita una con relación a otra sobre el soporte, como resultado de la presencia de elementos de división, comprendiendo además dicha unidad una capa que cubre las partes superiores de las baterías, que están todas dirigidas en la misma dirección, caracterizada porque la placa de soporte y los elementos de división están formados en una sola pieza y consisten en una resina sintética, preferiblemente material de espuma expandido, en la que el borde vertical tiene una dimensión en altura que es del 5 al 35% de la altura de cada una de las baterías, y los elementos de división están constituidos por cierto número de salientes entre los cuales las baterías, que están en contacto una con otra por sussuperficies curvas, adoptan una posición bloqueada, siendo la capa de cubierta una hoja de una resina sintética que está encogida alrededor de la placa con las baterías dispuestas sobre ella.
