LA RUEDA DE CADENA ESTA UNIDA DE MODO FIJO A LA ROTACION CON UN CUERPO ANULAR CON MAYOR DIAMETRO, DISPUESTO COAXIALMENTE CON LA MISMA Y QUE SOPORTA UN PEDAL, EN QUE LA DISTANCIA DEL PEDAL DESDE EL EJE DEL ARBOL ES MAYOR QUE EL DIAMETRO EXTERIOR DE LA RUEDA DE CADENA. EL OTRO EXTREMO DEL ARBOL PUEDE UNIRSE CON UN SEGUNDO CUERPO ANULAR O UN DISCO, QUE SOPORTA EL SEGUNDO PEDAL.
