UN INDICADOR DE HUMO, Y AL MENOS, UN ALMACEN VALORADOR DE PRUEBA, EN EL QUE SE ALMACENA LA CURVA DE SATURACION DE VAPOR DE AGUA, CALCULA, DE LOS DATOS ALMACENADOS DE LA VURVA DE SATURACION, DE LA TEMPERATURA (T) MEDIDA Y DE LA HUMEDAD RELATIVA DEL AIRE MEDIDA, LA HUMEDAD ABSOLUTA DEL AIRE (AF) Y ALMACENA EL VALOR CALCULADO COMO GRADOS DE CONOCIMIENTO DE COMBUSTION, LO MISMO QUE LA HUMEDAD ABSOLUTA (AF), PARA LA REELABORACION. LOS VALORES DE MEDICION CORRESPONDIENTES (RD, T, RF O AF) O LA SEÑAL DE ALARMA, SE TRANSMITEN PERIODICAMENTE A LA CENTRAL DE INFORMACION DE COMBUSTION.
