Abstract

Adapter equipment for the remote extension of a subscriber private exchange that consists of an equipment unit composed of an autonomous remote adaptor composed of two input circuit cards and a 24 V battery it has an auxiliary element for mounting to a casing where the elements are placed and the equipment includes an AC/DC converter type power supply unit and a 24 V floating battery, ensuring its operation.The local unit connects through an extension to the subscriber private exchange that connects all the terminals as well as the public network exchange, and the latter, in turn, to the terminals of said network.Additionally, the local unit establishes a connection using a four-wire transmission circuit with the autonomous remote adaptor, establishing the connections to the remote terminal, either directly or through a private exchange.
