Abstract

The conical stackable container has projecting and recessed regions, in particular in an asymmetric arrangement on the container, for stacking one above the other in the full state (full stacking position) and stacking one inside the other in the empty state (empty stacking position) after a 180 DEG horizontal rotation of the container, the projecting and recessed regions being provided in all the container walls and being constructed as ribs facing outwards, arranged over the entire height of the container and open towards the inside of the container. A solution is to be provided, by means of which stackable containers of this type can be subjected to a higher pressure loading whilst maintaining small wall thicknesses of the container walls as far as possible. This is achieved in that the open ribs (6) are provided with strengthened wall regions (7, 8) at least in places. <IMAGE>
