Abstract
The invention relates to a manoeuvring device including a toothed crown segment formed from an elastically flexible material, especially from plastic, which is mounted on a ring segment and which may be linked by means of at least one linking core and a hub with a drive mechanism for pivoting or for rotation. In this device, between the ring segment 11 and the toothed crown segment 12, a narrow slot 14 is provided, oriented parallel to the basic circle 18 of the teeth 19 the diameter of the basic circle 18 is slightly greater than the value dictated by the transmission ratio desired the ring segment 11 and the toothed crown segment 12 extending over an angle alpha of about 90 DEG and being manufactured in a single piece.
