METODO Y APARATO DE ESPECTROSCOPIA DE FLUORESCENCIA DE RESOLUCION EN EL TIEMPO, EN DONDE SE UTILIZA LUZ LASERICA DE UN SOLO IMPULSO PARA EXCITAR FOTONES FLUORESCENTES EN UNA MUESTRA, CUYA FLUORESCENCIA SE DETECTA MEDIANTE UN PMT OPTIMIZADO RESPECTO A LA LINEARIDAD Y TIEMPO DE RESPUESTA, PARA PRODUCIR FOTOELECTRONES QUE GENERAN UNA CORRIENTE EN EL ANODO DEL PMT. ESTA CORRIENTE SE DESCARGA A TRAVES DE UNA RED R/C PARA PRODUCIR UNA FORMA DE ONDA DE AMPLITUD DE VOLTAJE QUE SE CONVIERTEN A UNA IMAGEN OPTICA, SE INTENSIFICA, SE ALMACENA Y SE DIGITALIZA. LA VERSION DIGITALIZADA DE LA IMAGEN OPTICA SE PROCESA EN UN PROCESADOR DE DATOS PARA CALCULAR LA VERDADERA RESPUESTA AL IMPULSO DE LA FLUORESCENCIA. TAMBIEN SE DESCRIBE UN INMUNOANALISIS DE FLUORESCENCIA PARA DETERMINAR UN SOLO O VARIOS ANALITOS EN BASE A UNA UNICA MEDICION DE LA FLUORESCENCIA.METHOD AND APPARATUS OF RESOLUTION FLUORESCENCE SPECTROSCOPY IN TIME, WHERE LASER LIGHT OF A SINGLE IMPULSE IS USED TO EXCIT FLUORESCENT PHOTONS IN A SAMPLE, WHICH IS PROJECTED BY AN OPTIMAL LINE, AND SO ONLY PHOTOELECTRONS THAT GENERATE A CURRENT IN THE PMT ANODE. THIS CURRENT IS DOWNLOADED THROUGH AN R / C NETWORK TO PRODUCE A VOLTAGE AMPLITUDE WAVE SHAPE THAT CONVERTS TO AN OPTICAL IMAGE, IS INTENSIFIED, STORED AND DIGITIZED. THE DIGITIZED VERSION OF THE OPTICAL IMAGE IS PROCESSED IN A DATA PROCESSOR TO CALCULATE THE TRUE RESPONSE TO THE IMPULSE OF FLUORESCENCE. A FLUORESCENCE IMMUNOANALYSIS IS ALSO DESCRIBED TO DETERMINE A SOLE OR MULTIPLE ANALYZES BASED ON A SINGLE MEASUREMENT OF FLUORESCENCE.
