ELEMENTO DE CONSTRUCCION PREVISTO DE TRANSMISION DE FUERZA DE UN VEHICULO, TAL COMO DISCO DE EMBRAGUE CON UN DISPOSITIVO DE AMORTIGUACION, QUE SE PREVEE DENTRO DE UN GRUPO, TAL COMO UN EMBRAGUE DE FRICCION, CARACTERIZADO PORQUE PRESENTA UN BUJE Y UN DISCO PORTADOR DE REVESTIMIENTO QUE, PARTIENDO DE UNA POSICION DE PARTIDA NEUTRA, SE PUEDE GIRAR RELATIVAMENTE ENTRE SI EN COMO MINIMO UNA DIRECCION CONTRA COMO MINIMO DOS ETAPAS DE ACUMULACION DE FUERZA Y DE LAS CUALES UNA ETAPA DE ACUMULACION DE FUERZA LA ETAPA DE PRE-AMOTIGUACION, PUEDE ACTUAR SOLAMENTE EN UNA PRIMERA ZONA DE TORSION.
