Abstract

Dispositivo de cierre con sello de garantía para botellas y contenedores similares de material plástico, provisto sobre el cuello d e una garganta anular interna ahuecada, caracterizado por el hecho de que comprende una pared tubular interna (6) apta para ser inserta coaxialmente en el interior del cuello (1) de la botella y que lleva en su extremidad inferior un resalto anular externo (7) apto para empeñarse elásticamente en la garganta interna ahuecada llevada por el cuello de la botella, una corta pared tubular intermedia (8) que circunda la pared tubular interna, una Pared superior transversal (5) solidaria a las dos paredes (6, 8) citadas y una faja anular externa (9), enlazada superiormente a la pared transversal (5) mediante una pluralidad de pedúnculos radiales frangibles (10) aptos para romperse cuando la faja anular externa es solicitada para desplazarse hacia lo alto, de modo para determinar la separación de la citada faja anular externa del cuerpo restante (4'') del dispositivo,el cual podrá ser extraído sucesivamente del contenedor y aplicado de nuevo sobre éste como un tapón normal de material plástico, venciendo por .deformación elástica la interferencia entre el resalto anular externo (7) llevado por la pared tubular interna (6) y la garganta ahuecada del contenedor.
