Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de ésteres lineares de elevada polimerización caracterizándose porque se calienta un glicol de la serie en la que es un entero entre 2 y 10 con un derivado funcional de ácido tereftálico (que no sea un ester alifático de bajo peso molecular) para formar un ester de glicol de ácido tereftálico y se caliente el ester de glicol resultante a una temperatura superior a su punto de fusión hasta llegar a una fase en que los filamentos estirados o expulsados de la fusión poseen la propiedad de estirarse en frío.
