Abstract

l. Gorro de baño, que estando especialmente destinado a piscinas y otros centros similares, donde las condiciones del agua pueden resultar perjudiciales para los oídos o el cabello del usuario, se caracteriza por estar constituido mediante un cuerpo monopieza que, configurando a modo de un pasamontañas, cubre tanto la cabeza como la parte inicial del cuello del usuario, con excepción de la zona frontal correspondiente al rostro del mismo, todo ello de forma que en el citado gorro se definen dos embocaduras, una embocadura inferior de acoplamiento a presión al cuello del usuario, y una embocadura frontal que enmarca el rostro del mismo determinando un borde que, desde un nivel medio en altura a nivel de la frente, desciende lateralmente con un acusado distanciamiento con respecto a las orejas, para pasar inferiormente sobre el mentón, siendo esta embocadura frontal tendente al círculo y dimensionalmente adecuada para generar una deformación elástica del cuerpo monopieza, que fuerce al mismoa presionar sobre el perímetro del rostro del usuario, estableciendo también un cierre estanco en esta zona.
