    DETIALED DESCRIPTION
  • Referring to the figures, a handheld packaging machine with non-lifting rotating handle includes a fixed grip handle 100, a steering engine electric motor 200, a tensioning belt working motor (blocked by a shell in the figure, not shown) and a welding working motor 300. The steering engine electric motor 200 is used to drive the steering engine to rotate forwardly or reversely, so as to drive a first actuator 11 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. When rotating counterclockwise, a second actuator 12 is driven to rotate clockwise, and a swing arm 500 is driven to open (unlock) through the associated part 122 on the second actuator 12, and a spring 501 is compressed by a pressure block 121 on the second actuator 12. The reference numeral 503 is a travel detection switch, which cooperates with the second actuator 12 to prevent the swing arm 500 from rotating and opening excessively and providing signal feedback. When locked, the first actuator 11 is driven by the steering engine electric motor 100 to rotate clockwise, and the second actuator 12 is driven by a spring to rotate counterclockwise, driving the swing arm 500 to rotate in an opposite direction to the locking angle through the associated part 122. At this locking angle, a strap is clamped by a tension wheel of the handheld packaging machine tensioning station 401 and the tooth plate connected to the swing arm below the tension wheel and cannot fall out of the packaging machine. When the swing arm rotates to a contact locking angle, the tooth plate leaves the tension wheel, and the strap can be loaded into or taken out of the handheld packaging machine. The reference numeral 402 is a welding station.
  • In the present invention, an inching switch is arranged on the front of a lower side of the grip handle 100 for the control device of the handheld packaging machine. The inching switch is an automatic reset switch 20, and the automatic reset switch 20 is started by an inching operation and resets automatically to close after releasing the inching press. The automatic reset switch 20 is connected to a controller of the handheld packaging machine, and the startup of the steering engine electric motor 200 is controlled independently by the automatic reset switch 20. The controller adopts a single-chip microcomputer.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, after power-on, the controller always detects the signals of the automatic reset switch; the controller, once detecting signal corresponding to the automatic reset switch 20 being switched on, determines whether the travel detection switch 503 is in place (whether it is acted upon by the second actuator 12), and controls the steering engine electric motor 200 to operate in an unlocking direction if the travel detection switch is not in place. As shown in FIG. 4, the first actuator 11 rotates counterclockwise, and the second actuator 12 and the swing arm 500 are driven to rotate clockwise to open; if the signal corresponding to the automatic reset switch being switched on is not detected, the steering engine electric motor 200 is controlled to operate in a corresponding locking direction, and the first actuator 11 leaves the second actuator 12. As shown in FIG. 4, the second actuator 12 and the swing arm 500 can rotate counterclockwise under the action of the compression spring 501; the travel detection switch 503 is used to detect whether the swing arm 500 is rotated to a limited angle in an unlocking direction.
  • A second switch 22 is further arranged on the handheld packaging machine, and the second switch 22 is connected to the controller and serves as a start switch in the automatic tensioning and welding automatic continuous mode. After starting, the tensioning belt working motor and the welding working motor 300 operate in sequence according to the set time. The second switch 22 does not control the starting and shutting down of the steering engine electric motor 200.
  • A third switch 23 is further arranged on the handheld packaging machine, and the third switch is connected to the controller and serves as a start switch for the welding working motor in the tensioning and welding separate control mode. The second switch 22 serves as a start switch for the tensioning working motor 300 in the tensioning and welding separate control mode; the third switch does not control the starting and shutting down of the steering engine electric motor 200.
  • When the steering engine electric motor operates in the unlocking direction, the time when the steering engine is shut down is determined by the set time or current intensity. When the set time reaches or the current intensity exceeds a certain value, the steering engine electric motor is shut down; when the steering engine electric motor operates in the locking direction, the time when the steering engine is shut down is also determined by the time or current intensity. When the set time reaches or the current intensity exceeds a certain value, the steering engine electric motor is shut down. Since the controller is always detecting the signal of the automatic reset switch, this method can not only reduce the number of sensors, but also ensure the normal operation of the handheld packaging machine.
  • When the steering engine electric motor 200 operates in the unlocking direction or is in a stop state, the controller controls, if the signal corresponding to the automatic reset switch 20 being switched on is not detected, the steering engine electric motor 200 to operate in the locking direction. In this way, after the strap is loaded, the handheld packaging machine enters the locking state by loosening the finger, which is more convenient to operate. In normal times, the handheld packaging machine is always in the locking state, which can protect the internal structure, and can be connected to the strap in the strapped state to prevent the handheld packaging machine from falling.
  • When the steering engine electric motor 200 operates in the locking direction (the finger does not touch the automatic reset switch 20 at this time), once any emergency occurs, as long as the automatic reset switch 20 is touched immediately, the controller, once detecting the signal corresponding to the automatic reset switch 20 being switched on, controls the steering engine electric motor 200 to stop; when stopping, it returns to the aforementioned situation. The controller, once detecting the signal corresponding to the automatic reset switch 20 being switched on, determines whether the travel detection switch 503 is in place; controls, if the travel detection switch is not in place, the steering engine electric motor 200 to operate in an unlocking direction; and controls, if the signal corresponding to the automatic reset switch 20 being switched on is not detected, the steering engine electric motor 200 to operate in a corresponding locking direction to return the locking state, so that the work can be performed immediately as needed.
  • The position of the automatic reset switch 20 is preferably a position where an index finger can operate conveniently when the grip handle 100 is held by a hand.
  • The foregoing description merely describes the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the structural features of the present invention are not limited thereto. Any changes or modifications made by those skilled in the art in the field of the present invention shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
