Abstract
Scrollmaschine (2), insbesondere Spiralverdichter, aufweisend eine erste Spiraleinheit (100) mit einem Boden (130) und eine von dem Boden (130) abstehende Spiralrippe (110) mit einer Spiralrippenspitze (160), eine zweite Spiraleinheit (200) mit einem Boden (230) und einer von dem Boden (230) abstehende Spiralrippe (210) mit einer Spiralrippenspitze (260), wobei die erste Spiraleinheit (100) relativ zu der zweiten Spiraleinheit (200) entlang einer Orbitalbahn bewegt werden kann und die erste Spiraleinheit (100) und die zweite Spiraleinheit (200) zur Bildung von Druckkammern ineinandergreifen und dabei die Spiralrippe (110) einer eine Stirndichtung (170) aufweisenden Spiralrippenspitze (110, 210) an den Boden (130, 230) der jeweils anderen Spiraleinheit (100, 200) dichtend anliegen, wobei der Boden (130) der ersten Spiraleinheit (100) und/oder der Boden (230) der zweiten Spiraleinheit (200) eine Tasche (132, 232) mit einem in der Tasche (132, 232) angeordneten Einlegeblech (136, 236) umfassen bzw. umfasst.Scroll machine (2), in particular a spiral compressor, comprising a first spiral unit (100) with a base (130) and a spiral rib (110) protruding from the base (130) with a spiral rib tip (160), a second spiral unit (200) with a base (230) and a spiral rib (210) protruding from the base (230) with a spiral rib tip (260), wherein the first spiral unit (100) can be moved relative to the second spiral unit (200) along an orbital path and the first spiral unit (100) and the second spiral unit (200) engage with one another to form pressure chambers and the spiral rib (110) of a spiral rib tip (110, 210) having an end seal (170) lies sealingly against the base (130, 230) of the other spiral unit (100, 200), wherein the base (130) of the first Spiral unit (100) and/or the bottom (230) of the second spiral unit (200) comprise or comprises a pocket (132, 232) with an insert plate (136, 236) arranged in the pocket (132, 232).
