Abstract

Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine Strahlvorrichtung (2a) mit einer ersten Zuführung (3a) für Treibgas, mindestens einer weiteren Zuführung (4a) für ein Strahlgut (5), insbesondere Trockeneispellets, welche mit einer Ansaugleitung (6a) verbunden ist, mit einem Mischraum (7a), in welchem das Strahlgut (5) mit dem Treibgas mischbar ist und mit einer Beschleunigungsstrecke (8a) zum Beschleunigen des Strahlguts (5) mit dem Treibgas. Ein erster Treibgasstrom durch die erste Zuführung (3a) und die Fördermenge des Strahlguts (5) sind unabhängig voneinander einstellbar, wozu während des Betriebs mindestens ein Fördergasstrom stromaufwärts von der Beschleunigungsstrecke (8a) unabhängig von dem ersten Treibgasstrom einstellbar ist. The device comprises a blasting device (2a) with a first feed (3a) for propellant gas, at least one further feed (4a) for a blasting material (5), in particular dry ice pellets, which is connected to an intake line (6a), with a mixing chamber (7a) in which the blasting material (5) can be mixed with the propellant gas, and with an acceleration section (8a) for accelerating the blasting material (5) with the propellant gas. A first propellant gas flow through the first feed (3a) and the conveying quantity of the blasting material (5) can be adjusted independently of one another, for which purpose at least one conveying gas flow upstream of the acceleration section (8a) can be adjusted independently of the first propellant gas flow during operation.
