Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist ein wiederverschließbares Ausgießelement für Karton/Kunststoff-Verbundpackungen (P), insbesondere Getränkepackungen, mit einem einen umlaufenden Befestigungsflansch (1, 1', 1") sowie ein Außengewinde (10, 10') aufweisenden Basiselement (2, 2', 2"), mit zumindest im ungeöffneten Zustand des Ausgießelements im Inneren des Basiselements (2, 2', 2") angeordneten Öffnungsmitteln und einem Schraubdeckel (3, 3', 3") mit Innengewinde, wobei die Öffnungsmittel so ausgebildet sind, dass bei Erstöffnung der Verbundpackung (P) beim Abschrauben des Schraubdeckels (3, 3', 3") durch Aufbrechen des Verbundmaterials der Packung (P) oder einer im Basiselement (2, 2', 2") befindlichen Barriereschicht eine Gießöffnung innerhalb des Ausgießelements geschaffen wird. Um bei einem solchen wiederverschließbaren Ausgießelement eine Anbindung des Schraubdeckels auch im abgeschraubten Zustand an das Ausgießelement sicherzustellen, ist vorgesehen, dass die Öffnungsmittel ein im Inneren des Basiselements (2, 2', 2") angeordnetes Schneidelement (10, 10') und wenigstens einen im Inneren des Schraubdeckels (3, 3', 3") angeordneten und mit diesem form- oder stoffschlüssig verbundenen Mitnehmersteg (12, 12') umfassen und dass der wenigstens eine Mitnahmesteg (12, 12') jeweils in Umfangsrichtung möglichst weit vom Scharnierelement (5, 5') entfernt angeordnet ist.
