Description

AN INNOVATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF WIPE DISPENSER TECHNICAL AREA
The invention relates to an innovation in the lids of wet or dry wipes/towel packages, which are hygiene products and used by people forcleaning.
The invention, in particular, relates to an innovation in the lids of packages containing at least one hook that takes the wipe out of the package when the lid starts to open on the back part with the upper hinge rear part of the lid is opened approximately 90 degrees and while opening the upper front part of the lid, it is attached to a wipe from the package by making a circular movement, and continues to pull out the wipe together with the hook as the lid is opened in the upwarddirection.
STATE OF THE ART
Wet wipes/wet towels as personal cleaning products, which have been used from past to present, arranged in a package or placed in roll strips, known as wet wipes or wet towels on the market, with antibacterial and cleaning properties, wetted during production and put into the package according to the appropriate packaging, have been offered to the market with different brands by various domestic and foreign companies. The packaging of these products varies and some of them are placed in plastic boxes and flexible bags.
In the wet wipes used in the current technique, there is another screw-on-lid under the top lid of the plastic boxes and the tip of the wet wipe placed in the box in the form of a spiral roll, with two intersecting cuts resembling a cross in the middle of this lid, after the user opens the upper lid, they grab the wet wipe that is left out of the cut in the middle of the lower lid and pull it out by tearing the tissue; in order to carry out this process, perforation cuts have been made at regular intervals on the wet wipe, which had a fabric-like structure before, and this part of the wipe has been weakened, thus making it easier to tear off. Most of the time, when the wet wipe is pulled, the other side of the torn part falls into the box and every time the box is opened, the part that falls into the box has to be manually pulled out through the cut, which poses a challenge for the user. In addition, the costs of these types of packages are higher than the flexible packages, and the easy transportation of these packages from one place to another is not as easy as other flexible packages.
Another method used in the current technique is flexible packages made of printed polyethylene material. In the middle of these packages, an oval-shaped gap or cut is created in order to get the wet wipes, and an adhesive pull-tab tape is closed over this gap or cut. When the user wants to get wet wipes, they lift the part of this tape on the hole, insert their fingers into the package, grab a wet wipe, pull it out, and press the tape on the hole again and stick it. However, this tape loses its stickiness after a few processes and causes the wet wipes inside the package to air dry and the consumer cannot use it because most of the products are dried in this way. In addition, another disadvantage of this kind of packaging is that the hygiene rules can be broken during use causing undesirable results. Since the products in these types of packages are mostly used by more than one person, for example, the germs and bacteria that can be carried on the fingers of the person who inserts their fingers into the package and gets wet wipes can infect the mouth of the package and pass on to the fingers of those who want to get other wipes, thus endangering people's health.
The packaging structure of wet wipes used in the current technique is a lid structure consisting of two parts with an open middle part, a lid connected to each other with hinges and a bottom part, which can be removed from one piece during molding, made of plastic, so that the adhesive tape remains in the middle of flexible polyethylene packages; it is adhered on the package and has a structure that is more difficult to contact with air compared to the other package; when it is desired to get wet wipes, the top lid is opened and the wet wipe is taken from the hole in the middle of the package with the help of the finger. This structure protected the wet wipes from drying more than the value structure. The danger of transmission of germs and bacteria from person to person as a result of taking wet wipes from the package with the help of fingers still continues.
In the wet wipes used in the current technique, it is a very difficult process to grab the wet wipes from the package with the help of fingers. For this reason, people often want to take the wet wipes in the package more easily by tearing the cut area on the package with theirfingers. This situation prevents the packaging from protectingthe productand causes the wet wipes to dry before they are used and become unusable. In addition, it is aimed to ensure that the wipes in these packages are pulled out of the package due to the array of the wipes on the consumer's purchase. However, this does not give the same result in every purchase, sometimes the second wipe goes out of the package completely and the waste increases, sometimes the second wipe goes out more than desired, preventing the lid from closing, and dries up and loses its moisture and becomes unusable.
As a result, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems existing in the current art, the need for an innovation in a new economical, an innovation in the lid structuring and the inadequacy of the existing solutions have made it necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This detailed explanation relates to an innovation in the lids of wet or dry wipes/towel packages, which are hygiene products and used by people for cleaning. The developed lid structure is a study that ensures that products such as wet/dry wipes/towels that require hygiene are taken out of the packaging without finger contact and that only our hands touch the wipes we will use. The structure subject to the invention may vary depending on the nature of the product. Because the surface and texture of each product may differ. For this reason, since the structure subject to the invention will be designed according to the product, it cannot be limited in form. The main objective of the invention is to enable us to take the product inside the package out without putting our hands or fingers inside the package. The common points of this configuration, which only shows shape differences, are the ones positioned inside the packaging upper lid.
In Figure 1-10, the lid structure which is the subject to the invention is shown. In the invention, there is the wipe package (p-01), the Lower Frame of the Lid (01) positioned at the top, the wipe package open window (p-02) in the middle, wipes frame upper having the upper hinged back of the Lid attached to the frame with a hinge (02), the front part (02-A) with a lid upper lock connected to this part with a second hinge, a hook (03) positioned inside of it, a wipe pressure tie pieces (09) positioned inside the rear part with a lid upper hinge (02). While the upper front part of the lid (02-A) is opened, the hook structure (03) located inside is attached to a wipe (m-02) from the package by making a circular movement in the direction of exit. As you open the lid in the upward direction, the wipe continues to come out with the hook. After the lid is opened approximately 90 degrees, the lid starts to open at the upper hinged back part (02) and the wipe continues to come out of the package. This process is repeated every time a wipe is desired. In this way, it prevents us from holding the wipe by inserting our fingers into the wipe package and preventing more than one wipe from coming out. In addition, it prevents the transfer of germs that may be in our hands to other wipes by cutting contact with the wipes package with our hands. Here, the Upper Lid Middle Wing Hinge
(10) connects the lid upper front part (02-A) and the lid upper hinged rear part (02) to each other and enables them to rotate at an angle relative to each other. In addition, the Wipe Pressure Tie Pieces (09) help the hook (03) to hold the wipe (m-02). In Figure 1-20, the alternative lid structure which is the subject to the invention is shown. Here, there is a structure consisting of a lower frame (01) and an upper lid (12), and a gap is formed in the middle of the lower frame (01) for the wipe (m-02) to come out of the package. There is a sub frame (01) that can be adhered to the packaging at the edges of the gap, at the edges of this lower frame (01) the sealing frame on which the upper lid (12) will fit, sub frame front (05) and L (07) channels on the side walls of this frame, ramp (08) and alternative ramp (20) vertically to the packaging at the rear of the inside of the sub frame (01). There are front pins (04) and rear pins (06) on the inner side edges of the upper lid (12). Hook (03) is positioned in the middle of the inner part of the upper lid (12), and when the upper lid (12) is closed on the lower frame (01), the front (04) and rear (06) pins are located on the lower frame (01) and the lower frame front (05) and L (07) channels. When the upper lid (12) is closed and slid backwards, the front (04) and rear (06) pins move backwards in the lower frame front (05) and L (07) channels. Thus, the front pin (04) is fixed with the lock (09) formed in the lower frame front channel (05). The upper lid (12) that is closed, the ramp (08) positioned vertically on the inner back of the lower frame (01) and the alternative ramp (20) apply pressure on the package (p-01) and stretch the upper lid (12) by bending it. When the upper lid (12) is slid forward in the forward direction, the hook (03) positioned in the middle of the upper lid (12) is attached to the wipe (m-02) in the package (p-01) and attached to one wipe. When the upper lid (12) front pin (04) comes out of the lower frame (01) front channel (05), the ramp (08) pressing on the upper lid (12) and the alternative ramp (20) rapidly push the upper lid (12) upwards and the tip of the wipe (m-02) comes out. Here, while the upper lid (12) is opened, the rear pins (06) rotate in the slot (11). In this way, we do not break the hygiene chain without touching the package without putting our finger inside the package.
The scope of protection of this application is set out in the claims section and it cannot be limited to the ones described above for exemplary purposes. It is clear that a person skilled in the technique can demonstrate the innovation provided in the invention using similar embodiments and / or apply it to other areas with similar purpose used in the technique. It is therefore clear that such structures will lack the criterion of overcoming the known state of the innovation and in particular of the technique.
