Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel zum Auftragen auf die Haut oder zur Behandlung dieser, aufweisend ein oder mehrere wasserlösliche Chlorderivate als desinfizierenden Wirkstoff, wobei der oder die Chlorderivate in eine Basiscreme- oder Gel-Matrix eingebunden sind und zusätzlich ein Stoffgemisch zur Geruchsmaskierung der Chlorkomponente enthalten.

Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel zum Aufträgen auf die Haut und zur Behandlung dieser, aufweisend ein oder mehrere wasserlösliche Chlorderivate als desinfizierenden Wirkstoff, eine Creme auf der Basis eines solchen Mittels sowie einen Spender, Dose, Tube oder eine Verpackung mit einem desinfizierenden Mittel oder einer diesbezüglichen Creme oder einem Gel gemäß der Lehre der unabhängigen Ansprüche.
Es sind Produkte bekannt, die auf die Haut aufgetragen werden können und bei welchen durch den Auftrag auf die Haut eine desinfizierende, keimmindernde Wirkung resultiert. Bekannte Präparate basieren auf den Wirkstoffen Isopropanol, Ethanol oder anderen Alkoholen.
Neben flüssigen Produkten sind Gele bekannt, bei welchen der Alkohol eingedickt wurde.
Um hier eine ausreichende desinfizierende Wirkung zu entfalten, muss der Alkohol in einer Konzentration von mindestens 70 % vorliegen. Eine derartige Konzentration ist bei Gelen einfach realisierbar. Eine Creme lässt sich doch im Hinblick auf die diese Konzentrationen nicht fertigen.
Bisher bekannte Cremes, enthaltend Alkohol zur Desinfektion sind im medizinischen Sinne sowie unter Hygieneaspekten daher nicht ausreichend und in ihrer Wirksamkeit beschränkt.
Aus der DE 10 2006 043 245 Al ist ein chloraminhaltiges Wundbehandlungsmittel vorbekannt.
Dort wird eine 10 % chloraminhaltige Wundkompresse durch Besprühen mit einer Chloramin-T-Lösung erhalten. Zusammen mit einer physikalisch beladenen Zeolith-Komponente und einem flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Deckmaterial kann sich das vorgestellte System primär für blutende Wunden bei gleichzeitiger Desinfektion durch die wässrige Chloraminlösung zur Versorgung eignen.
Bei der EP 1 955 591 Al wird hinsichtlich des Mittels zur Pflege und zur antimikrobiellen Behandlung der Haut auf ein Benzalkoniumchlorid als Desinfektionsmittel und antimikrobielles Hautbehandlungsmittel in einer Cremegrundlage verwiesen. Diese Creme verfügt als einzigen pharmazeutisch wirksamen Bestandteil über das erwähnte Benzalkoniumchlorid. Bei einer diesbezüglichen Salbe wird als Grundlage dickflüssiges bis festes Paraffin, Wollwachs und/oder Weißes Vaselin genutzt. Das Mittel nach EP 1 955 591 Al soll auch zur pflegenden Desinfektion der Haut, insbesondere für Ärzte oder medizinisches Personal geeignet sein.
Aus dem Vorgenannten ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein weiterentwickeltes, desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel, insbesondere eine Creme, zum Aufträgen auf die Haut anzugeben, welches bzw. welche neben einer guten Hautverträglichkeit und pflegenden sowie fettenden Wirkung zusätzlich eine nachweislich ausreichende, desinfizierende Wirkung entfaltet, wobei es primär nicht um eine Wunddesinfektion geht, sondern um den alltäglichen Gebrauch zur Handdesinfektion und damit zur Unterbrechung von möglichen Infektionsketten.
Medizinisch betrachtet versteht man unter einer Creme ein Öl-in- Wasseremulsion oder Wasser-in-Ölemulsion, die Inhaltsstoffe applikationsfähig macht. Cremes sind relativ zu Salben niedrigviskoser, das heißt flüssiger, und ziehen gut in die Haut ein. Bei Cremes finden häufig Emulgatoren oder Emulsionsstabilisatoren Anwendung. Im allgemeinen Sprachgebrauch werden Cremes auch als nicht-medizinische, rein pflegende Produkte bezeichnet.
Gemäß der geschilderten Aufgabenstellung wird diese durch ein desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel zum Aufträgen auf die Haut oder zur Behandlung der Haut gemäß der Merkmalskombination nach Anspruch 1, einer Creme oder einem Gel nach Anspruch 4 bzw. einem Spender, einer Dose, einer Tube oder einer Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 8 gelöst. Im Unterschied zu bekannten Lösungen setzt das erfindungsgemäße Mittel nicht auf einen Alkohol als desinfizierenden Wirkstoff, sondern auf ein Chlorderivat. Ein solcher Wirkstoff ist in entsprechenden Konzentrationen beim Aufträgen auf die Haut als Desinfektionsmittel empfohlen und geeignet.
Die bei der erfindungsgemäßen Formulierung eingesetzten Chlorderivate sind gut wasserlöslich und können in den empfohlenen Konzentrationen sehr gut in die Creme eingearbeitet werden.
Durchgeführte Tests mit Probanden, die mit der erfindungsgemäßen Creme durchgeführt wurden, belegen die keimtötende Wirkung bei gleichzeitiger guter Hautverträglichkeit.
Es geht das desinfizierende, hautverträgliche pflegende Mittel demnach von einem oder mehreren wasserlöslichen Chlorderivaten als desinfizierenden Wirkstoff aus.
Der oder die Chlorderivate werden in eine Basiscreme oder Gel-Matrix eingebunden.
Zusätzlich enthält die Creme bzw. das Gel ein Stoffgemisch zur Geruchsmaskierung der ansonsten olfaktorisch wahrnehmbaren Chlorkomponente.
Ausgestaltend weist das Mittel mindestens einen Duftstoff oder ein Duftstoffgemisch auf.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann der vorgegebenen Formulierung eine definierte Menge funktionaler Wirkstoffe zugegeben werden. Hier kann es sich beispielsweise um einen Wirkstoff zur Befeuchtung oder zum Schutz vor schädigender Strahlung, insbesondere ultravioletter Strahlung, handeln.
Die erfindungsgemäße Creme auf der Basis des erläuterten Mittels ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge des eingesetzten Chlorderivates, insbesondere Chloramin-T, bei im Wesentlichen bis zu 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt und insbesondere bis zu 2 Gew.-% liegt. Die Basiscreme enthält mindestens Glyceride, Vaselin und Stearate. Die Gel-Matrix enthält mindestens Natriumpolyacrylat oder Wasser.
Bei dem desinfizierenden Bestandteil, das heißt den Chlorderivaten, handelt es sich, wie bereits erwähnt, bevorzugt um Chloramin-T, Natriumhypochlorit oder ähnliche Stoffe.
Das vorgeschlagene Mittel bzw. die entsprechende Creme ist hinsichtlich des desinfizierenden Wirkstoffes frei von Alkoholen. Eine Entfettung der Haut wie bei üblichen flüssigen Mitteln zur Desinfektion findet nicht statt.
Erfindungsgemäß ist darüber hinaus ein Spender, eine Dose, eine Tube oder dergleichen Verpackung mit dem vorgeschlagenen Mittel oder einer entsprechenden Creme für unterschiedliche Anwendungen, insbesondere zum Aufträgen auf die menschliche Haut.
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert werden.
Die eingesetzte Basiscreme-Matrix vereinigt alle zur Hautpflege nötigenden Inhaltsstoffe und sichert die fettende und gleichzeitig pflegende Wirkung der Creme.
Der desinfizierende Wirkstoff basiert auf wasserlöslichen Chlorderivaten, welche anerkannte Desinfektionsmittel sind und die behördlichen Vorgaben erfüllen.
Bei dem Stoffgemisch zur Geruchsmarkierung handelt es sich um ein Gemisch von dermatologisch zugelassenen Komponenten mit dem Ziel, den vom desinfizierenden Wirkstoff freigesetzten Chlorgeruch zu überdecken.
Einsetzbare Duftstoffe geben der Creme einen angenehmen Geruch. Hier kann es sich um ätherische Öle oder andere Riechstoffe oder daraus hergestellte Gemische handeln. Bei den funktionalen Wirkstoffen kann zum Beispiel Harnstoff Verwendung finden, um eine zusätzliche feuchtende Wirkung zu erzielen. Ebenso ist aber auch ein Mittel zur Absorption ultravioletter Strahlung einsetzbar.
Insbesondere für die Basiscreme kann ein handelsübliches Produkt Anwendung finden.
Eine solche Basiscreme umfasst folgende beispielhafte Inhaltstoffe:
Glycerolmonostearat 60, Cetylalkohol, Mittelkettige Triglyceride, Weißes Vaselin, Macrogol-20-glycerolmonostearat, Propylenglycol und gereinigtes Wasser.
Für den desinfizierenden Wirkstoff werden Chlorderivate genutzt, wie beispielsweise Chloramin-T oder Natriumhypochlorit. Insbesondere für Chloramin-T beträgt die Konzentration in der Creme 2 Gew.-%. Hier handelt es sich um eine unbedenkliche Obergrenze, bei welcher eine ausreichende desinfizierende Wirkung nachweislich gegeben ist.
Bei dem Stoffgemisch zur Geruchsmarkierung kann auf kommerziell erhältliche Produkte zurückgegriffen werden.
Beispielhaft sind folgende Zusammensetzungen:

2,6-Dimethyloct-7-en-2ol, 3,7-Dimethyloctan-3-ol, l-(l,2,3,4,5,6,7,80ctahydro- 2,3,8,8tetramethyl-2naphthyl)ethan-l-one, Benzenepentanol, bmethyl- ,Isopentyl salicylate , 3-(p-Ethylphenyl)-2,2dimethylpropionaldehyde, 3,7-Dimethyloctan-3-yl acetate, Benzenepropanol, .beta.,.beta.,3-trimethyl-, 2-Phenylethanol, Anisaldehyde, (E)-4-(2,6,6-Trimethyll-cyclohexen-l-yl)-3buten-2-one, Oxacyclohexadecen-2-one, Piperonal, l,4-Dioxacycloheptadecane5,17-dione, Pentadecan-15-olide, Hexyl acetate, 3-(o-Ethylphenyl)-2,2dimethylpropionaldehyde, l-Methyl-4-(4methylpentyl)cyclohex3- ene-l-carbaldehyde 1;

Als Duftstoffe kommen ätherische Öle, wie Rosenöl, Lavendelöl oder ähnliches bzw. Gemische aus solchen ätherischen Ölen zum Einsatz.
Die erwähnten funktionalen Wirkstoffe müssen nicht Bestandteil der Creme sein, können jedoch deren Wirkung verbessern und für weitere Applikationen sorgen.
Als Mittel zum Schutz vor ultravioletter Strahlung kann der Creme ein Titandioxid beigegeben werden, um einen entsprechenden Lichtschutzfaktor sicherzustellen.
Eine verkaufsfertige Creme als desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches und pflegendes Mittel umfasst mindestens die Basiscreme und den desinfizierenden Wirkstoff in Form wasserlöslicher Chlorderivate.
Durch die Zugabe des Stoffgemisches zur Geruchsmarkierung wird die Anwendung deutlich besser akzeptiert, da der unangenehme Chlorgeruch des oder der eingesetzten Chlorderivate einer Kapselung unterliegt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Creme wird nach Aufbereitung und Herstellung abgefüllt. Ein Abfüllen kann hier in einen geeigneten Spender, in eine Dose, eine Tube oder dergleichen Verpackung vorgenommen werden. Die Anwendung der Creme erfolgt durch Aufträgen auf die Haut und leichtes Einreiben, wodurch sich die desinfizierende und gleichzeitig pflegende Wirkung entfaltet.
Die vorgestellte Creme kann entweder allein oder zur nachträglichen Pflege der Haut bei vorheriger Verwendung desinfizierender Produkte auf Alkoholbasis eingesetzt werden.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform als Gel ist dieses im Unterschied zur vorgestellten Creme durchsichtig oder durchscheinend.
Sowohl der Creme als auch dem erfindungsgemäßen Gel können weitere Stoffe in verkapselter Form beigefügt werden.
Die in verkapselter Form ausgebildeten Kügelchen erzeugen einen besonderen optischen Effekt. Insbesondere sind die Kügelchen andersfarbig als die Basis-Creme bzw. fallen optisch bezüglich der durchsichtigen Creme besonders auf. Die Kügelchen, welche zusätzliche Wirkstoffe enthalten, schweben innerhalb des Gels bzw. sind im Volumen der Creme verteilt. In einem Beispiel haben die Kügelchen mit hierin aufgenommenen, verkapselten Zusatzstoffen einen Durchmesser von im Wesentlichen 2 mm.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel zum Aufträgen auf die Haut oder zur Behandlung dieser, aufweisend ein oder mehrere wasserlösliche Chlorderivate als desinfizierenden Wirkstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Chlorderivate in eine Basiscreme- oder Gel-Matrix eingebunden sind und zusätzlich enthaltend ein Stoffgemisch zur Geruchsmaskierung der Chlorkomponente.
2. Desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses mindestens einen Duftstoff oder ein Duftstoffgemisch enthält.
3. Desinfizierendes, hautverträgliches, pflegendes Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses in vorgegebener Formulierung funktionale Wirkstoffe, beispielsweise zur Befeuchtung oder zum Schutz vor schädigender Strahlung aufweist.
4. Creme oder Gel auf der Basis eines Mittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge der Chlorderivate bei im Wesentlichen bis zu 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere bis zu 2 Gew.-% liegt.
5. Creme auf der Basis eines Mittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basiscreme mindestens Glyceride, Vaseline und Stearate und die Gel-Matrix mindestens Natriumpolyacrylat und Wasser enthält.
6. Mittel oder Creme nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als desinfizierender Bestandteil Chloramin-T, Natriumhypochlorid oder ein ähnliches Chlorderivat enthalten ist.
7. Mittel oder Creme nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass hinsichtlich des desinfizierenden Wirkstoffes dieser frei von Alkoholen ist.
8. Spender, Dose, Tube oder Verpackung mit einem Mittel oder einer Creme nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche.
