Abstract

Eye contour make-up device (100, 200), comprising:
- a hollow tube (101, 201);
- a first tank (101c, 201c) and a second tank (101d, 201d), parallel and positioned inside the hollow tube (101, 201) ;
- a first tip (102, 202) and a second tip (103, 203), placed in correspondence with a first end (101a, 201a), configured respectively for the application of a cosmetic liquid contained in the first tank (101c, 201c) and in the second tank (101d, 201d);
- a cap (104, 204) removably applied to the hollow tube (101, 201) in correspondence with the first end (101a, 201a) and removably covering the first tip (102, 202) and the second tip (103, 203).

The eye contour make-up device (100, 200) comprises also a means, for dispensing the cosmetic liquid, comprising a wheel (105, 205), an endless screw (106, 206) and a plate (107, 207) .

Description

The present invention relates to an eye contour make-up device.
In particular, the present invention relates to an eye contour make-up device comprising tools for applying cosmetic liquids to portions of a face around the eyes.
The reference technical field concerns the aesthetics, particularly the eye contour make-up.
Several state of the art eye contour make-up devices are currently known.
A first example of known technical solution is described by the patent application CN2713865Y whose subject-matter is a double-tipped cosmetic pen, comprising a guiding element. The periphery of the guiding element is embedded with a lock sleeve, and both ends between the periphery of the guiding element and the lock sleeve are respectively provided with a pen pipe. The ends of the two pen pipes are respectively provided with a pen head, while the interiors of the two pen pipes are respectively provided with a transmission group, equipped with an external spiral pipe of an external thread and the two external spiral pipes can be mutually covered. The two external spiral pipes are provided with respective pistons, and the interiors of the two pen pipes are provided with a guiding piece which can drive the two spiral pipes to rotate. Users rotate any one of the pen pipes according to requirement, so as to drive the relative transmission group to move and extrude the cosmetic liquid in the pen pipe out.
Still, the patent application CN109527771A relates to a double-end make-up pen, comprising a pen tube. A first pen point and a second pen point are arranged at the two ends of the pen tube, while a first liquid storage cavity and a second liquid storage cavity are formed in the pen tube. A first connecting base is clamped to a cavity opening, close to the first pen point, of the first liquid storage cavity, and a second connecting base is clamped to a cavity opening, close to the second pen point of the second liquid storage cavity.
Furthermore, the patent application US2007258749A1 discloses a packaging and dispenser device comprising at least two reservoirs containing two different compositions for application to the human body and a fluid-application surface that is flocked at least in part. At least two distinct dispenser orifices, that are fed by the first and second reservoirs respectively, open out onto the fluid-application surface.
Finally, the patent application TWM514773U discloses an eye liner pencil comprising a cap that includes an internal annular ridge. The pencil comprises also a hollow member in the cap, a tubular handle including a front first opening, an annular protrusion rearward of the first opening and configured to secure to the ridge, a rear second opening, an internal annular trough adjacent to the second opening, a hollow support including a tapered rear end, a front opening, an internal space, an externally threaded section, and protuberances. In addition, the eye liner pencil includes a felt wick including an applicator, a sleeve including parallel surface slit and a rear internally threaded section secured to the externally threaded section.
However, known eye contour make-up devices often lack an optimized geometry, suitable for optimizing the control of separate dispensing of cosmetics, in particular cosmetic liquids stored in multiple reservoirs, and for applying such liquids with a high precision.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an eye contour make-up device provided with a mechanical structure that allows a precise dispensing of cosmetic liquids stored in different tanks, integrated in the device itself, applicable to the eye contour by means of a specific tip for each tank, thus having characteristics so as overcome the limitations that still affect the current eye contour make-up devices, with reference to the prior art.
A further object of the present invention is to provide an eye contour make-up device that allows a high-precision dispensing of cosmetic liquids having the same or different colors.
According to the present invention, an eye contour make-up device is provided, as defined in claim 1.
For a better understanding of the present invention, a preferred embodiment is now described, purely by way of nonlimiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, in which:

figure 1 shows front, top and sectional views, respectively, of a first embodiment of an eye contour make-up device, according to the invention;
figure 2 shows sectional, front and top views, respectively, of a second embodiment of the eye contour make-up device, according to the invention.

With reference to these figures, an eye contour make-up device is shown, according to the invention.
In particular, the eye contour make- up device 100, 200 according to the invention comprises:

a hollow tube 101, 201;
a first tank 101c, 201c and a second tank 101d, 201d, parallel and positioned inside the hollow tube 101, 201;
a first tip 102, 202 and a second tip 103, 203, placed side by side and consisting of the tips of a typical brush, placed in correspondence with a first end 101a, 201a of the tube 101, 201 and configured for the application on the eye contour of a cosmetic liquid contained in the first tank 101c, 201c and in the second tank 101d, 201d, respectively;
a cap 104, 204 removably applied to the hollow tube 101, 201 in correspondence with the first end 101a, 201a and removably covering the aforementioned first tip 102, 202 and the second tip 103, 203.

According to an aspect of the invention, the eye contour make- up device 100, 200, which is similar in shape to a pen, comprises also a means for dispensing the cosmetic liquid including in turn a wheel 105, 205, an endless screw 106, 206 and a plate 107, 207.
According to an aspect of the invention, the wheel 105, 205, partially external to the hollow tube 101, 201, is able to be manually activated by a user and to engage the endless screw 106, 206, that is coaxial to the hollow tube 101, 201.
According to another aspect of the invention, the aforementioned endless screw 106, 206 is interposed between the first tank 101c, 201c and the second tank 101d, 201d, inside the hollow tube 101, 201 and is fixed to the plate 107, 207, in turn internal to the hollow tube 101, 201 and able to slide along the axis of the hollow tube 101, 201 itself.
According to another aspect of the invention, the activation, specifically the rotation, performed by the user acting manually on the portion external to the hollow tube 101, 201 of the wheel 105, 205, causes the endless screw 106, 206, engaged by the aforementioned wheel 105, 205, to rotate in turn. The rotation of the endless screw 106, 206, integral with the plate 107, 207, causes the plate 107, 207 itself to slide, acting as a piston, along the axis of the hollow tube 101, 201, causing the compression of the cosmetic liquid contained in the first tank 101c, 201c and in the second tank 101d, 201d in the direction, respectively, of the first tip 102, 202 and of the second tip 103, 203.
According to an aspect of the invention, in compliance with a first embodiment, the first tank 101c and the second tank 101d have a length substantially equal to the length of the hollow tube 101.
According to another aspect of the invention, the wheel 105 is placed in correspondence with a second end 101f, opposite to the first end 101a, of the hollow tube 101.
According to an aspect of the invention, and with reference to a second embodiment which, substantially, is represented by the association of two opposed eye contour make-up devices by means of a single tube having two mirrored ends, as shown in figure 2, such an eye contour make-up device 200 comprises a third tank 201b and a fourth tank 201e storing a cosmetic liquid.
According to another aspect of the invention, the previously mentioned third tank 201b and fourth tank 201e are parallel and positioned inside the hollow tube 201, and in addition are internally separated, by means of a dividing wall placed substantially halfway along the length of the hollow tube 201 itself, respectively from the first tank 201c and from the second tank 201d, respect to which they are opposed.
According to an aspect of the invention, the eye contour make-up device 200 comprises a third tip 208 and a fourth tip 209, consisting of brush tips, placed side by side in correspondence with a second end 201f, opposite to the first end 201a, of the hollow tube 201.
According to another aspect of the invention, the third tip 208 and the fourth tip 209, respectively opposite to the first tip 202 and to the second tip 203, are able to apply, on the eye contour, the cosmetic liquid contained in the third tank 201b and in the fourth tank 201e.
According to an aspect of the invention, the eye contour make-up device 200 comprises a further cap 210 removably applied to the hollow tube 201 in correspondence with the second end 201f and to cover the third tip 208 and the fourth tip 209.
According to an aspect of the invention, the eye contour make-up device 200 comprises a further means for dispensing the cosmetic liquid, operating as the dispensing means previously described and shown in figure 2, comprising a further wheel 211 partially external to the hollow tube 201, configured to be manually activated by the user and to engage a further endless screw 212, which is coaxial to the hollow tube 201.
According to another aspect of the invention, the further endless screw 212 is interposed between the third tank 201b and the fourth tank 201e and is fixed to a further plate 213, which is mounted internally to the hollow tube 201.
According to another aspect of the invention, the further plate 213 is able to slide along the axis of the hollow tube 201, due to the joint rotations of the further wheel 211 and of the further endless screw 212, and to compress the cosmetic liquid contained in the third tank 201b and in the fourth tank 201e in the direction of the third tip 208 and of the fourth tip 209, respectively.
According to an aspect of the invention, the hollow tube 101, 201 and the cap 104, 204 have an elliptical section.
According to an aspect of the invention, even the further cap 210, compliant with the second embodiment and removably covering the third tip 208 and the fourth tip 209, has an elliptical section.
According to an aspect of the invention, the eye contour make-up device 100, 200 is preferably made of a plastic material or of a composite material.
According to an aspect of the invention, the first tank 101c and the second tank 101d contain cosmetic liquid having the same color or two different colors.
According to an aspect of the invention, the first tank 201c, the second tank 201d, the third tank 201b and the fourth tank 201e contain cosmetic liquid having the same color or, according to the needs, four different colors.
According to an aspect of the invention, the first tip 102, 202, the second tip 103, 203, the third tip 208 and the fourth tip 209 are made of synthetic hair.
According to an aspect of the invention, the cap 104, 204 has a length comprised between 35 mm and 45 mm, preferably equal to 41,5 mm.
According to an aspect of the invention, the hollow tube 101 has a length comprised between 95 mm and 105 mm, preferably equal to 100 mm.
According to an aspect of the invention, the hollow tube 201 has a length comprised between 140 mm and 160 mm, preferably equal to 150 mm.
According to an aspect of the invention, the eye contour make- up device 100, 200 is suitable, in addition to the application of cosmetic liquid around the eye contour, also for face make-up.
Advantageously according to the invention, the eye contour make-up device 100, 200 allows to satisfy and complete a need for fantasy in the make-up sector, producing a double sign in order to make the eye contour make-up particular and original.
Advantageously according to the invention, the eye contour make-up device 100, 200, by means of the dispensing means of the cosmetic liquid, replicated on both modules of the pen 200 in the case of the second embodiment, allows to apply the cosmetic liquid in a functional way, preventing any waste of the liquid itself.
Advantageously according to the invention, the elliptical section of the eye contour make-up device 100, 200 makes the same device particularly easy to grip.
Therefore, the eye contour make-up device according to the invention ensures an easy apply of a double mark to the eye contour, through the use of a pen with a single module or with a double module, respectively with two tanks or with four tanks, in order to achieve a better control of the separate dispensing of cosmetic liquids contained in the different tanks, with respect to the known technique.
Furthermore, the eye contour make-up device according to the invention allows to use one or two pairs of brush tips mounted on one or both ends of the pen itself, with the possibility of applying cosmetic liquids of a distinct color for each tip.
Another advantage of the eye contour make-up device according to the invention is that it allows an efficient dispensing of the cosmetic liquid, avoiding waste and smudging.
Another advantage of the eye contour make-up device according to the invention is that the reduced size makes the device itself easily portable inside a small handbag.
A further advantage of the eye contour make-up device according to the invention is that it is inexpensive.
Finally, the eye contour make-up device according to the invention is able to be industrialized on a large scale.
It is finally clear that the eye contour make-up device, described and illustrated herein, may be subject to modifications and variations without departing from the protective scope of the present invention, as defined in the appended claims.

Claims

Eye contour make-up device (100, 200), comprising:
- a hollow tube (101, 201);

- a first tank (101c, 201c) and a second tank (101d, 201d), parallel and positioned inside the hollow tube (101, 201) ;

- a first tip (102, 202) and a second tip (103, 203) placed in correspondence with a first end (101a, 201a), said first tip (102, 202) being configured for the application of a cosmetic liquid contained in the first tank (101c, 201c), said second tip (103, 203) being configured for the application of a cosmetic liquid contained in the second tank (101d, 201d);

- a cap (104, 204) able to be applied to the hollow tube (101, 201) in correspondence with the first end (101a, 201a) and to cover the first tip (102, 202) and the second tip (103, 203);
characterized in comprising a means for dispensing the cosmetic liquid comprising: a wheel (105, 205); an endless screw (106, 206); and a plate (107, 207); said wheel (105, 205) being partially external to the hollow tube (101, 201), able to be activated by a user and to engage the endless screw (106, 206), coaxial with the hollow tube (101, 201), interposed between the first tank (101c, 201c) and the second tank (101d, 201d) and fixed to the plate (107, 207), internal to the hollow tube (101, 201) and able to slide along the axis of said hollow tube (101, 201) and to compress the cosmetic liquid contained in the first tank (101c, 201c) and in the second tank (101d, 201d) toward respectively the first tip (102, 202) and the second tip (103, 203).
Eye contour make-up device (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the first tank (101c) and the second tank (101d) have a length substantially equal to the length of the hollow tube (101), and in that the wheel (105) is positioned in correspondence with a second end (101f), said second end (101f) being opposite to the first end (101a).
Eye contour make-up device (200) according to claim 1, characterized in comprising a third tank (201b) and a fourth tank (201e), said third tank (201b) and fourth tank (201e) being configured for containing a cosmetic liquid and positioned inside the hollow tube (201), parallel and internally separated, by means of a dividing wall placed substantially at half the length of said hollow tube (201), from the first tank (201c) and from the second tank (201d).
Eye contour make-up device (200) according to claim 3, characterized in comprising a third tip (208) and a fourth tip (209) placed in correspondence with a second end (201f) opposite to the first end (201a), said third tip (208) and fourth tip (209) being configured for the application, respectively, of the cosmetic liquid contained in the third tank (201b) and in the fourth tank (201e).
Eye contour make-up device (200) according to claim 4, characterized in comprising a further cap (210) able to be applied to the hollow tube (201) in correspondence with the second end (201f) and to cover the third tip (208) and the fourth tip (209).
Eye contour make-up device (200) according to claim 4, characterized in comprising a further means for dispensing the cosmetic liquid comprising a further wheel (211) partially external to the hollow tube (201) and able to be activated by a user and to engage a further endless screw (212) coaxial to the hollow tube (201), said further endless screw (212) being interposed between the third tank (201b) and the fourth tank (201e) and fixed to a further plate (213), internal to the hollow tube (201) and able to slide along the axis of said hollow tube (201) and to compress the cosmetic liquid contained in the third tank (201b) and in the fourth tank (201e) toward, respectively, the third tip (208) and the fourth tip (209).
Eye contour make-up device (100, 200) according to claim 1, characterized in that the hollow tube (101, 201) and the cap (104, 204) have an elliptical section.
Eye contour make-up device (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the hollow tube (101) has a length comprised between 95 mm and 105 mm.
Eye contour make-up device (200) according to claim 1, characterized in that the hollow tube (201) has a length comprised between 140 mm and 160 mm.
Eye contour make-up device (200) according to claim 3, characterized in that the first tank (201c), the second tank (201d), the third tank (201b) and the fourth tank (201e) contain a cosmetic liquid having four different colors.
