In this way, it can help to avoid a case that thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 relatively move during a sliding process, to the extent that thebuckle 28 cannot smoothly slide from the receivingportion 38 into the matchingportion 40. -
FIG. 9 is a schematic rear view of a decorative sheet of the handle component inFIG. 3 . Referring toFIG. 9 , thebuckle 28 and the hangingrib 42 may be located on thedecorative sheet 20. Thedecorative sheet 20 may be substantially rectangular. Two hangingribs 42 may be disposed, and may be respectively adjacent to twobuckles 28 at both ends of thedecorative sheet 20 in a length direction. In an embodiment not shown, thebuckle 28 and the hangingrib 42 may be located on thehandle panel 18. - Optionally, center surfaces B1 and B2 of the matching
portion 40 of at least one of the assembly holes 24 are in contact with center surfaces B3 and B4 of the correspondingbuckle 28. In this way, precise positioning of thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 at the at least one of the assembly holes 24 and the correspondingbuckle 28 may be facilitated. -
FIG. 10 andFIG. 11 are schematic cross-sectional views respectively taken along lines G-G and H-H inFIG. 2 . With reference toFIG. 2 ,FIG. 10 , andFIG. 11 , it can be seen that thehandle panel 18 may be substantially rectangular, and the center surfaces B1 and B2 may be center surfaces fitted by the matchingportions 40 of the two assembly holes 24 close to both ends of thehandle panel 18 in a length direction. -
FIG. 12 andFIG. 13 are schematic cross-sectional views respectively taken along lines F-F and E-E inFIG. 9 . With reference toFIG. 9 ,FIG. 12 , andFIG. 13 , it can be seen that the center surfaces B3 and B4 may respectively be center surfaces fitted bytop surfaces 29 andbottom surfaces 31 of the twobuckles 28 close to both ends of thedecorative sheet 20 in a length direction. - In this way, precise positioning of the
handle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 at both ends in a length direction may be facilitated. - Optionally, a side surface C of the matching
portion 40 of at least one of the assembly holes 24 is in contact with a side surface C1 of the correspondingbuckle 28. Referring toFIG. 2 andFIG. 9 , one of the assembly holes 24 of thehandle panel 18 may be close to the middle of thehandle panel 18 in a length direction, and the side surface C may be a side surface of the matchingportion 40 of one of the assembly holes 24 away from the receivingportion 38. In this way, precise positioning of thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 close to the middle in a length direction may be facilitated. - Optionally, the
handle panel 18 includes first bosses A1, A2, A3, and A4 distributed on an edge of thehandle surface 22 in a protruding manner, and thedecorative sheet 20 includes second bosses D1, D2, D3, and D4 in contact with the first bosses A1, A2, A3, and A4. End faces of the first bosses A1, A2, A3, and A4 are coplanar, and end faces of the second bosses D1, D2, D3, and D4 are coplanar. - As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 9 , the first bosses A1, A2, A3, and A4 and the second bosses D1, D2, D3, and D4 may be located at four corners of thehandle panel 18 and four corners of thedecorative sheet 20 respectively, which may facilitate precise positioning of edge parts of thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20. Moreover, using a boss with a small area as a positioning reference may facilitate measurement and mold repair of thehandle component 16 in a later stage. - Optionally, the first bosses A1, A2, A3, and A4 are different in size from the second bosses D1, D2, D3, and D4. In this way, the measurement and mold repair of the
handle component 16 in a later stage may be further facilitated. - Optionally, one of the
handle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 includes a firstlateral clamping portion 44, the other one of thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 includes a secondlateral clamping portion 46 matching the firstlateral clamping portion 44, an introduction angle θ defined by the firstlateral clamping portion 44 relative to the secondlateral clamping portion 46 is an obtuse angle, and a holding angle α defined by the first lateral clamping portion relative to the second lateral clamping portion is an obtuse angle or approximately 90°. In this way, it can help to clamp thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 in a lateral direction, reduce the risk of decoupling, and the like. -
FIG. 14 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the handle component inFIG. 3 .FIG. 15 andFIG. 16 are schematic partially enlarged diagrams respectively taken from circles P and R inFIG. 14 . Referring toFIG. 14 ,FIG. 15 , andFIG. 16 , the firstlateral clamping portion 44 may be a protrusion at a tail end of a cantilever. The introduction angle θ and the holding angle α may respectively be located on both sides of the firstlateral clamping portion 44. The secondlateral clamping portion 46 may be a hook portion corresponding to the firstlateral clamping portion 44. During assembly, the secondlateral clamping portion 46 may pass by a side of the firstlateral clamping portion 44 defining the introduction angle θ along an assembly direction Z, and then remain at a side defining the holding angle α. The introduction angle θ being an obtuse angle may help the secondlateral clamping portion 46 to pass smoothly during the assembly process. As shown inFIG. 15 , when the holding angle α is an obtuse angle, it may facilitate the smooth rebound of the cantilever, and the firstlateral clamping portion 44 and the secondlateral clamping portion 46 may be in interference fit. As shown inFIG. 16 , when the holding angle α is approximately 90°, it may help to reduce the risk of decoupling between the firstlateral clamping portion 44 and the secondlateral clamping portion 46, and the firstlateral clamping portion 44 and the secondlateral clamping portion 46 may be in clearance fit. - Two or more first
lateral clamping portions 44 may be disposed, and may be distributed on thehandle panel 18 at intervals. Correspondingly, two or more secondlateral clamping portions 46 may be disposed, and may be in a one-to-one correspondence to the firstlateral clamping portions 44 in position. As shown inFIG. 14 , when there is the firstlateral clamping portion 44 with the holding angle α being an obtuse angle and there is the firstlateral clamping portion 44 with the holding angle α of approximately 90°, thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 may be assembled smoothly and may be prevented from decoupling, which is reliable. -
FIG. 17 andFIG. 18 are respectively a schematic front view and a schematic rear view of thehandle component 16 before being assembled. Referring toFIG. 17 andFIG. 18 , optionally, thehandle panel 18 includes apre-positioning rib 48 protruding from thehandle surface 22, and thepre-positioning rib 48 is close to anedge 50 of thedecorative sheet 20. In this way, pre-positioning and blind installation between thehandle panel 18 and thedecorative sheet 20 may be facilitated. Before assembly, thehandle panel 18 may be aligned with an upper part of thedecorative sheet 20, theedge 50 may be aligned with thepre-positioning rib 48, thebuckle 28 may first enter the receivingportion 38 of theassembly hole 24, and then thedecorative sheet 20 may slide along the assembly direction Z until thebuckle 28 matches the matchingportion 40. - The various specific implementations described above and shown in the accompanying drawings are only used to illustrate the present invention, but are not all of the present invention Any variation made by a person of ordinary skill in the art to the present invention within the scope of the basic technical concept of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
