- the fusion of the “V”-shaped part 14 also allows the circular inner surface 10 of the attachment and the curved surface 26 of the caseband to be brought together and brought into contact.
- the slots 22, 22', 22" arranged on the attachment 4 cooperate with the curved surface 26 to define several buffer cavities 46.
- the buffer cavities 46 can be filled, at least partially, with molten material coming from the parts of the attachment 4 and the caseband 2. In this way, molten material, possibly in excess of the intermediate cavities, fills the buffer cavities 46. This makes it possible to prevent molten material from exiting towards the outside through the interface between the two connectors of the horn and the caseband and thus being visible on the edges thereof. The aesthetic appearance is thus preserved.
- the molten material is then solidified.
- the undercut cavity is now at least partially filled with solid material: the caseband-horn assembly is secured. Indeed, the removal of the attachment is now sterically prevented by the solid material having flowed from the “V”-shaped portion 14 into the intermediate cavities 42.

Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Befestigungsteils mit mindestens einem Horn (4) an einem Mittelteil (2) einer Uhr, wobei das Befestigungsteil einen ersten Verbinder (8) und das Mittelteil einen zweiten Verbinder (24) mit einer hinterschnittenen Nut (28) aufweist, wobei der erste Verbinder mit dem zweiten Verbinder zusammenwirkt, um das Befestigungsteil an dem Mittelteil zu befestigen, und wobei das Verfahren umfasst:Anbringen des ersten Verbinders des Befestigungsteils in Kontakt mit dem zweiten Verbinder des Uhrgehäuse-Mittelteils, so dass ein oder mehrere Zwischenhohlräume (42) zwischen der hinterschnittenen Nut und dem ersten Verbinder gebildet werden;Schmelzen eines Abschnitts (14) des ersten Verbinders des Befestigungsteils, um ein geschmolzenes Material zu erzeugen;zumindest teilweises Füllen des einen oder der mehreren Zwischenhohlräume durch Verdrängung des geschmolzenen Materials; undVerfestigung des geschmolzenen Materials, um das Befestigungsteil mit dem Uhrgehäuse-Mittelteil zu verbinden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Abschnitt des ersten Verbinders durch Ultraschall geschmolzen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, umfassend das Zusammendrücken des Befestigungsteils und des Mittelteils, um den einen oder die mehreren Zwischenhohlräume durch Verdrängung von geschmolzenem Material zumindest teilweise zu füllen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, wobei der erste Verbinder einen Zapfen (12) und der zweite Verbinder ein Zapfenloch (30) aufweist, wobei der Kontakt des ersten Verbinders des Befestigungsteils mit dem zweiten Verbinder des Mittelteils durch den Dübel und die Nut geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei der erste Verbinder zwei oder mehr Dübel und der zweite Verbinder zwei oder mehr Nuten aufweist, wobei der Kontakt des ersten Verbinders des Befestigungsteils mit dem zweiten Verbinder des Mittelteils durch die Dübel und die Nuten geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, umfassend das zumindest teilweise Füllen eines oder mehrerer Pufferhohlräume (46), die zwischen dem ersten Verbinder und dem zweiten Verbinder vorhanden sind, wenn der erste und der zweite Verbinder in Kontakt sind, mit geschmolzenem Material.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung für eine Uhr, umfassend:ein Befestigungsteil mit mindestens einem Horn (4), das einen ersten Verbinder (8) umfasst; undein Mittelteil (2) mit einem zweiten Verbinder (24), der eine hinterschnittene Nut (28) aufweist;wobei der erste Verbinder so konfiguriert ist, dass er mit dem zweiten Verbinder zusammenwirkt, um das Befestigungsteil an dem Mittelteil zu befestigen;wobei der erste Verbinder und der zweite Verbinder so konfiguriert sind, dass sie in Kontakt gebracht werden, so dass ein oder mehrere Zwischenhohlräume (42) zwischen der hinterschnittenen Nut und dem ersten Verbinder gebildet werden;wobei der eine oder die mehreren Zwischenhohlräume so konfiguriert sind, dass sie das zumindest teilweise Füllen der Hohlräume durch Verdrängung des geschmolzenen Materials aus einem Abschnitt (14) des ersten Verbinders ermöglichen; undwobei das Befestigungsteil und der Mittelteil so konfiguriert sind, dass sie durch Verfestigung des geschmolzenen Materials fest verbunden werden.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Abschnitt des ersten Verbinders so konfiguriert ist, dass er durch Ultraschall geschmolzen wird.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, wobei der erste Verbinder aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei der erste Verbinder einen Dübel (12) und der zweite Verbinder eine Nut (30) umfasst, wobei die Nut so konfiguriert ist, dass es den Dübel führt, wenn der erste Verbinder des Befestigungsteils in Kontakt mit dem zweiten Verbinder des Mittelteils gebracht wird.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei der erste Verbinder zwei oder mehr Dübel und der zweite Verbinder zwei oder mehr Nuten umfasst, wobei die Nuten so konfiguriert sind, dass sie die Dübel führen, wenn der erste Verbinder des Befestigungsteils in Kontakt mit dem zweiten Verbinder des Mittelteils gebracht wird.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, mit einem oder mehreren Tupferhohlräumen (46) zwischen dem ersten Verbinder und dem zweiten Verbinder, wenn diese in Kontakt sind.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, wobei der erste Verbinder einen oder mehrere vorstehende Ablenker (16) umfasst, so dass die Verschiebung von geschmolzenem Material im Wesentlichen nur in Richtung des einen oder der mehreren Zwischenhohlräume erfolgt.
- Mittelteil-Horn-Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anbauteil vier Hörner umfasst.
