Definitions
- the invention relates to a hob.
- the hob has a hob plate and heating devices underneath, wherein the heating devices are arranged and fastened on a flat carrier plate, in particular are carried by the carrier plate.
- a corresponding hob is available from the EP 1335632 A2
- the heating devices in the form of induction heating coils are attached to different holes arranged in a specific hole pattern, for example by screwing them in place.
- longitudinal slots can be provided. The different holes or longitudinal slots allow the heating devices to be positioned in a variable but precisely defined manner.
- a hob is known with a hob plate and heating devices underneath, which are attached to a flat room divider element.
- recesses are disclosed in the room divider element, which are stepped or narrow when viewed from above.
- Stepped projections with a fastening surface are provided on the heating devices, which can be inserted into the recesses and then rotated slightly. Fastening surfaces thus grip under sections of the room divider element at the edge of the recesses. This achieves a positive fastening.
- a hob is known with spring elements that are glued to the underside of a hob plate using flat fastening means.
- the spring elements form locking hooks.
- a heating device can be attached to these spring elements by locking them in place, whereby it is pressed against the underside of the hob plate.
- the invention is based on the object of creating a hob as mentioned above, with which problems of the prior art can be solved and in particular it is possible to advantageously fasten heating devices on the carrier plate.
- the hob has a hob plate and heating devices under the hob plate. It also has a flat support plate for the heating devices, which is flat, runs parallel to the hob plate and has a top.
- the support plate carries the heating devices on the top, whereby these are held in place. This means that they cannot move even when the hob is transported and their position always remains the same.
- holding means are provided for each heating device, which hold the heating device level with an accuracy against movement so that they can advantageously move a maximum of 1 cm.
- each heating device has at least one laterally protruding retaining tab, advantageously two retaining tabs.
- Each retaining tab has locking means, wherein the retaining means have counter-locking means in order to form or enter into a locking connection with the locking means of the retaining tab.
- Such a locking connection can advantageously be designed in such a way that it forms at least one loss protection, so that after the locking connection has been established, the retaining means cannot be lost from the retaining tab or the heating device or, for example, fall off.
- a heating device with locked-on retaining means can be transported separately in order to then be connected to the carrier plate. With the locking connection, play can therefore be provided in the direction perpendicular to the carrier plate if necessary; the locking connection does not necessarily have to have a single possible position.
- the holding means are attached to the top of the carrier plate, and are detachably attached, whereby such a release of the attachment is possible in a direction perpendicular to the carrier plate.
- the attachment is advantageously improved by gluing, but can be removed or released with appropriate force.
- the holding means are attached to the carrier plate with a positive fit, since this is actually the only possible movement for the holding means or the heating device in a fully assembled hob.
- the holding tab runs over the carrier plate or is located above the carrier plate, it rests on the holding means or is connected to the holding means in a snap-fit manner.
- the connection is advantageously positive and can be at least partially detachable from the snap-fit connection or the elements provided for this purpose. Additional elements can be provided for a form-fitting and thus stable connection.
- the holding means can be attached to the carrier plate, preferably in a single position or in a precise position.
- the hob or pre-assembly of the heating device with the holding means can be carried out very quickly and easily.
- each heating device can have exactly two retaining tabs, which are preferably evenly distributed. They are particularly preferably located opposite one another on the heating device. A retaining tab or each retaining tab protrudes outwards from an outer edge of the heating device so that it is easily accessible when assembling the hob, both with and without retaining means snapped onto it.
- the locking means on the retaining tabs are designed as a locking opening. They have at least one locking edge, preferably a locking opening has two spaced locking edges. These are advantageously parallel to one another. A locking hook of the retaining means can engage each locking edge. Preferably, each retaining tab has exactly one single locking opening.
- the retaining tab is flat. It can run parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. This means that it can be designed simply and does not require any additional or complex construction height.
- the retaining tab can be provided on a carrier or heating element carrier of the heating device. It can either be integrally formed on this heating element carrier, in particular if this is a plastic injection-molded part. Such a heating element carrier can be plate-shaped. Alternatively, the retaining tab can be connected to such a heating element carrier with a type of connecting section or connecting part, so that it is not attached to it in one piece, but can be attached or attached. Then, as previously explained, it can also be provided that all retaining tabs including connecting parts are identically designed, i.e. only exist in one single type, and then on be connected to the heating element carriers in the same way.
- a heating element carrier is also advantageously made of plastic, as is known per se.
- the design of the holding means is such that they have at least one latching hook that protrudes upwards or perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate and forms the counter-latching means for the latching means or latching opening on the holding tab.
- Each holding means advantageously has two latching hooks.
- Such a latching hook can have a latching slope at the top at a free end and a latching effect downwards. This can be formed by a latching projection pointing towards the carrier plate, which is formed near or at the free end of the latching hook.
- the height of the latching projection above the carrier plate and/or above the holding tab can be at least twice to three times the thickness of the holding tab.
- the holding means can be fastened or latched to the holding tab by the latching connection, but there is still room for movement even after latching, which allows the holding means to be moved relative to the holding tab and thus relative to the heating device, for example for easier installation on the carrier plate. Due to the mobility within this locking connection, a spring travel with a spring height of the heating device above the carrier plate can preferably also be achieved.
- two locking hooks are provided on a holding means as counter-locking means.
- These two locking hooks can be designed identically and protrude from the holding means at a distance from each other.
- the two locking hooks can be arranged with their backs to each other, so to speak, or can be arranged on a base part in such a way that the locking projections mentioned point in opposite directions or away from each other. They can be designed and arranged mirror-symmetrically, with such a plane of symmetry running in the middle between them.
- a centering projection can be formed on the holding means, which protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate.
- This centering projection can be used to find the correct position relative to one another when attaching the holding means to the holding tab, in particular for a simple and correct production of the locking connection.
- the centering projection can extend through an opening in the holding tab, in particular a completely bordered opening.
- this can be the same locking opening that forms the locking means with the at least one locking edge described above, preferably with the two locking edges mentioned above. This locking opening is then relatively large in relation to the locking hooks, which, however, rest with their locking projections on the locking edges.
- the centering projection is arranged between two aforementioned locking hooks of a holding means. In particular, it runs through the aforementioned plane of symmetry or along the aforementioned plane of symmetry.
- the centering projection is preferably at least as high as the locking hooks, preferably higher. This means that the centering projection is the first area of the holding means to reach through the locking opening or to connect with the holding tab when the locking connection is made. This means that the locking hooks are brought in correctly and as desired.
- the centering projection can have an elongated cross-sectional area in a cutting plane parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. It is therefore elongated, advantageously with a thinner area in the middle and thicker areas at the two ends of the elongated cross-section mentioned. Its distance from the locking hooks can be a few millimeters, so that these may reach close to the centering projection or even rest against it when the locking connection is made.
- the holding means can have a base part, which can be designed as a base plate. Such a base plate can run parallel to the surface of the carrier plate.
- the base part can rest on the top of the carrier plate, in particular with its underside. It can advantageously be glued in place here.
- the holding means or the underside of the base part can be glued to the carrier plate either by applying a pasty adhesive, or alternatively with a type of double-sided adhesive tape with a cover layer over the exposed adhesive layer, which is then to be glued to the carrier plate. Gluing can be done very easily by peeling off this cover layer.
- At least one fastening projection can protrude downwards from the base part and engage in a fastening opening in the carrier plate.
- Two fastening projections are advantageously provided on each base part, with each fastening projection engaging in a separate fastening opening in the carrier plate. These fastening projections in the fastening openings form the positive connection of the fastening of the holding means to the carrier plate, as they prevent lateral displacement or movement.
- the shape of a fastening opening can correspond to the design of the fastening projection, so that exact positioning is also achieved.
- a fastening projection can be elongated as a type of rail.
- the longitudinal direction can run in a direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate.
- a width of the fastening projection can remain the same, so that simple production is possible and a holding means can possibly be attached to the carrier plate in any orientation.
- a longitudinal direction of an elongated fastening projection can run at right angles to a line from a center of the heating device to the holding tab. If two fastening projections are provided on the holding means, both are advantageously elongated and particularly advantageously both are identical. This then of course also applies to their respective fastening opening.
- a fastening projection that protrudes from the underside of the base plate or the base part protrudes beyond the base part in at least one direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate, i.e. is also visible from above.
- This serves as an assembly aid so that the fastening projections of the holding means can be pressed more easily into the fastening openings in the carrier plate.
- An elongated fastening projection advantageously protrudes beyond the base part at both ends, for example with a projection of 1 mm to 5 mm. This is sufficient for good visibility, and if necessary, an assembly person can also grip and guide the holding means better with their hand.
- two fastening projections are formed on the base part, they can be spaced apart from one another. Elongated fastening projections are advantageously parallel to one another. Such a distance can be between 10 mm and 40 mm.
- the underside of the base part can be bonded to the carrier plate at this distance, advantageously with an adhesive layer as described above.
- the underside of the base part should be as flat as possible in this area or have no projections. Under certain circumstances, free cuts or cutouts can be provided in it to facilitate production by injection molding.
- the fit between the fastening openings and the fastening projections can be between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, and is particularly advantageous at a maximum of 1 mm or a maximum of 0.4 mm. This makes it possible to specify the position of the holding means on the carrier plate very precisely, and thus also of the entire heating device.
- cutouts or depressions are formed on the underside of the base part at a transition between the fastening projections and this underside. These can be recessed in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate. They serve to ensure that, when the fastening openings are punched into a metal carrier plate, protruding metal edges or burrs at the fastening openings can reach into them and thus do not lie against the underside of the base part. This could cause an inaccurate fit.
- the fastening openings can therefore be punched out more easily and with less effort and precision.
- the aforementioned adhesives in the form of an adhesive layer for example as double-sided adhesive tape with a thickness of between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, can be left out here if necessary so that the aforementioned edges or burrs do not press into them.
- a projection can protrude from each retaining tab, in particular from the aforementioned base part of a retaining tab, in the direction away from the heating device.
- a projection can be a maximum of 10 mm long or protrude from the retaining tab.
- Such a projection also makes it possible to guide the retaining tab when attaching the heating device to a carrier plate with retaining means attached to it. If the retaining means are already locked onto the retaining tabs and this entire assembly is then attached to a carrier plate, this is advantageously done by an assembly person grasping the retaining means and attaching them to the carrier plate.
- a carrier plate can advantageously generally be made of metal, in particular aluminum.
- the fastening openings mentioned are punched out of it for the sake of simplicity, whereby advantageously only those fastening openings are punched out at the corresponding locations for a carrier plate which are necessary for fastening heating devices with retaining tabs and holding means to it. In this case, it is advantageous not to punch out several sets or arrangements of fastening openings, some or most of which are no longer required afterwards. Punching is advantageously carried out with a punching direction from the underside of the carrier plate to the top.
- the carrier plate, the heating devices and the holding means are provided, each initially separately.
- Adhesives are advantageously already provided on the holding means, but not yet activated in the sense that, for example, double-sided adhesive tape is still provided with a cover layer.
- the holding means are first attached to a holding tab of a heating device by snapping them in.
- the adhesives are then applied or activated, in particular by peeling off an aforementioned cover layer.
- the structural units of the heating device and holding means are then attached to the carrier plate by pressing the fastening projections into the fastening openings and gluing them on.
- the adhesives are first applied or activated to the holding means and these holding means are then glued to the carrier plate. This is advantageously done for all holding means that are intended for a single heating device, i.e. particularly advantageously two holding means.
- the heating device is then attached to the holding means by locking the retaining tabs so that the heating device is attached to the carrier plate. This can be done one after the other for each heating device for the hob.
- a hob 11 according to the invention is shown in a simplified sectional view. It has a hob plate 12, which can be made of glass ceramic, for example.
- a hob housing 15 is attached to an underside 13 of the hob plate 12, which can be made of plastic, for example, and can have an operating device 17 with operating elements, for example touch switches, and a hob control.
- the hob housing 15 also contains power electronics 34, which can be contained in one or two modules. Above the power electronics 34, possibly placed directly on top of it, a carrier plate 30 corresponding to the carrier plate according to the invention is provided, which is parallel to the hob plate. It is made of aluminum with a thickness of 2 mm, whereby the thickness and material can also be modified.
- Induction heating coils are arranged on top of the carrier plate 30. 19 are arranged as heating devices which are pressed upwards by means of springs 29.
- the springs 29 press the induction heating coils 19 with a certain force onto the underside 13 of the hob plate 12 for a defined position both in terms of a distance to the top of the hob plate 12, on which a pot to be heated is placed, and in a direction parallel to the hob plate 12 and the carrier plate 30.
- the retaining tabs 22 according to the invention are shown here in a simplified manner, with regard to the retaining means, reference is made primarily to the Fig. 9, 10 and 12 referred to.
- an induction heating coil 19 is shown in an oblique view from above, which partially corresponds to the state of the art.
- the induction heating coil 19 has a round lower part 20, advantageously made of plastic, on which, among other things, indicated ferrite cores and above them the coil windings (not shown) are arranged.
- the induction heating coil 19 is covered at the top by an upper part 27, which can also be made of plastic, alternatively of heat-resistant mica.
- Connecting cables 28 are brought in from the rear left.
- a reinforcement area 21 on the lower part 20 which can be formed in one piece or molded on, alternatively it can be formed as a separate part and then attached to the lower part 20, for example glued, snapped or screwed on.
- the reinforcement area 21 has a considerably greater thickness than the lower part 20 itself and merges into a retaining tab 22 according to the invention, which protrudes outwards, parallel to the essential surface of the lower part 20 and thus also parallel to the carrier plate 30.
- the underside of the retaining tab 22 runs slightly above the underside of the remaining induction heating coil 19 and thus also of the lower part 20. This will be explained in more detail below.
- a holding means 40 according to the invention which is latched onto the holding tab 22. This is explained in more detail below.
- the Fig. 3 shows the holding means 40 alone in a view obliquely from above, similar to the position shown in Fig. 2
- the holding means 40 is made of plastic and has a rectangular base plate 42, for example with a thickness of 2 mm to 4 mm.
- From the underside of the base plate 42 as can be seen in particular in the oblique view from below according to Fig. 5 shows two fastening rails 44a and 44b, which correspond to the fastening projections according to the invention. They are, as the Fig. 9 can be seen, approximately with the thickness of the base plate 42 downwards or are just as thick. They run parallel to each other and have bevels all the way down to facilitate insertion into corresponding Openings in the carrier plate 30.
- Fig. 4 by a few millimeters in its longitudinal direction over the base plate 42, namely at both ends.
- elongated recesses 58a and 58b run at the transition from the underside 57 of the base plate 42 to the fastening rails 44a and 44b. They can, for example, extend 0.5 mm to 1 mm deep into the underside 57 and serve to accommodate or compensate for punched edges or burrs of the openings in the carrier plate 30.
- Two identically designed projections 45a and 45b protrude from the base plate 42 on opposite sides. These serve to simplify the handling of the holding means 40, for example, even if they are in accordance with Fig. 2 are already latched onto the induction heating coils 19 or their retaining tabs 22.
- two locking hooks 47a and 47b protrude upwards from the top of the base plate 42 or are formed there.
- the two locking hooks 47a and 47b have locking hook stems 51a and 51b that protrude vertically upwards from the base plate 42, on which they are formed at the top with locking hook edges 48a and 48b and locking bevels 49a and 49b at the upper end. They are positioned with their backs facing each other or the locking hook edges 48a and 48b face away from each other. They are located at the same height above the top of the base plate 42.
- a centering projection 54 protrudes vertically upwards from the base plate 42, which has an elongated cross-section, see also the top view of the Fig. 4
- This cross-section is roughly bone-shaped, so that the centering projection 54 has a kind of constriction 55 in the middle area, where it is narrower. This can serve to ensure that when the locking connection is made, the locking hooks 47a and 47b are pressed towards one another in accordance with the locking bevels 49a and 49b.
- the constriction 55 provides a little more space into which they can, so to speak, escape or be pressed further towards one another.
- the two holding means 40 are Fig. 2 identically designed, which are required to attach the induction heating coil 19 to the carrier plate 30. Furthermore, they are also mirror-symmetrical in two planes of symmetry that are perpendicular to each other and that are in turn perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate 30, and can therefore be rotated or locked onto the retaining tabs 22 in any direction of rotation.
- the equally long Mounting rails 44a and 44b fit in any case into the slots 31a and 31b in the carrier plate 30, see also the Fig. 11 and 12 .
- the Fig. 6 shows an oblique view of the retaining tab 22. It has a thickness that is significantly greater than that of the base plate 42 of the holding means 40, in particular at least twice as large. This is because it must have sufficient stability despite a large locking opening 23 therein.
- the locking opening 23 runs, so to speak, around the locking hooks 47a and 47b and the centering projection 54. It has opposing locking edges 24a and 24b, on which the locking hook edges 48a and 48b of the locking hooks 47a and 47b lock or overlap. This corresponds to a conventional locking connection.
- FIG. 13 An alternative design of a retaining tab is shown in Fig. 13 with the retaining tab 22' there.
- This retaining tab 22' is significantly thinner, in particular even slightly thinner than the base plate 42 of the holding means 40. It protrudes from a reinforcement area 21', which has the same relatively small thickness. It has no centering slot or the like, but merely a locking opening 23' formed in the surface of the retaining tab 22'.
- the locking edges are formed by the edges of the locking opening 23' and the top of the retaining tab 22', whereby only the locking edge 24'a for the locking hook 47a can be seen here.
- a distance can be seen between the locking hooks 47a and 47b and the centering projection 54 and the edge of the locking opening 23', which can be approximately as large as previously described.
- Fig. 9 is in a view similar to the sectional view of the Fig. 1 to see how the holding means 40 is latched onto the induction heating coil 19 or its holding tab 22 from below, and so far that the locking connection is just established. For this reason, the holding means 40 protrudes so far downwards over the holding tab 22.
- Springs 29, which are designed as helical springs, protrude from the underside of the induction heating coil 19, for example 0.5 cm to 1 cm or even up to 2 cm downwards.
- the dashed line shows the carrier plate 30 in a position if the fastening rails 44 of the holding means 40 were pressed into corresponding slots and the holding means 40 were glued in place. It can then be seen that in this relative position between the holding tab 22 and the holding means 40, the springs 29 should already be slightly pressed in. Some force is therefore required during assembly, but this is easy for an assembly person to apply.
- the induction heating coil 19 is pressed as far as possible towards the carrier plate 30, the springs 29 are therefore compressed as far as possible. They are advantageously arranged in spring receptacles which are slightly recessed into the underside of the induction heating coil 19 or into the lower part 20, so that they no longer protrude downwards over the underside of the lower part 20 while the spring effect is maintained.
- Fig. 10 can represent the installation state in the maximum compressed position. However, in the installation state in the finished hob 11, it is advantageous for there to be a distance of 0.5 mm to 5 mm between the underside of the retaining tab 22 and the top of the base plate 42 of the retaining means 40, so that the springs 29 can be active. However, this is variable.
- FIG. 11 is shown again in detail how the holding means 40 with the two fastening rails 44a and 44b is inserted into corresponding slots 31a and 31b in the carrier plate 30 as fastening openings.
- An adhesive bond is created with an adhesive layer 59 attached to the underside 57 of the base plate 42, for example formed by double-sided adhesive tape with a certain thickness of 0.5 mm to 3 mm.
- a circumferential fit between the fastening rails 44 and the slots 31 is approximately 0.5 mm, so that the positioning can have a corresponding inaccuracy. However, this is sufficient, at the same time a certain manufacturing tolerance is compensated and the fastening or insertion and gluing of the holding means 40 to the carrier plate 30 is simplified.
- the Fig. 12 again shows, starting from the Fig. 7 how the induction heating coil 19 is latched onto the holding means 40 by means of the holding tab 22, wherein the holding means 40 is correspondingly Fig. 11 is inserted and glued to the carrier plate 30.
- the bonding is carried out by means of the adhesive layer 59, which prevents the holding means 40 from lifting off the carrier plate 30.
- This adhesive layer 59 also essentially prevents the holding means 40 from moving sideways in the area parallel to the carrier plate 30, so that the positive connection between the fastening rails 44 and the slots 31 is generally not absolutely necessary. This thus serves to guide and precisely position the holding means 40 when fastening to the carrier plate 30 and in the event of large forces occurring that exceed the adhesive effect of the adhesive layers 59 or could tear them off, so to speak.
- a holding means 40 is first snapped onto one holding tab 22 and then onto the other holding tab 22 of the induction heating coil 19, preferably manually.
- the adhesive layer 59 on the holding means 40 is still covered or, so to speak, deactivated, in particular provided with a conventional peel-off film.
- the induction heating coil 19 is then brought to the carrier plate 30, although this may also involve transport over a longer time and a greater distance.
- the adhesive layer 59 is activated, in particular by peeling off the cover film, and then the induction heating coil 19 is placed on the carrier plate 30 in approximately the desired position.
- the adhesive layer 59 between the protruding fastening rails 44 Due to the arrangement of the adhesive layer 59 between the protruding fastening rails 44, it cannot yet come into contact with the carrier plate 30. Only when a holding means 40 with its fastening rails 44 engages or is moved into the corresponding slots 31 in the carrier plate 30 does the adhesive layer 59 come into contact with the upper side of the carrier plate 30 and effect the bonding.
- the other holding means 40 on the other holding tab 22 of the induction heating coil 19 can also already be approximately in its intended position, so that it is then pressed in exactly the same way with the fastening rails 44 into the slots 31 provided for it and is thus bonded.
- the two holding means 40 are attached and glued to a carrier plate 30 by activating the adhesive layer 59.
- Either the induction heating coil 19 can then be attached or locked to it directly afterwards with the holding tabs 22, or alternatively, transport can take place over a longer period of time and a greater distance. Then an induction heating coil 19 with the holding tabs 22 is brought up to the holding means 40, and then either the locking manufactured or first locked to one retaining tab 22 and then to the other retaining tab 22.

The invention is based on the object of creating a hob as mentioned above, with which problems of the prior art can be solved and in particular it is possible to advantageously fasten heating devices on the carrier plate.
This object is achieved by a hob with the features of claim 1. Advantageous and preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the further claims and are explained in more detail below. Some of the features are only applicable to the hob or only for a method for assembling such a hob. However, they should be able to apply independently and independently of one another to a hob. The wording of the claims is made part of the content of the description by express reference.
The hob has a hob plate and heating devices under the hob plate. It also has a flat support plate for the heating devices, which is flat, runs parallel to the hob plate and has a top. The support plate carries the heating devices on the top, whereby these are held in place. This means that they cannot move even when the hob is transported and their position always remains the same. On the top of the support plate, holding means are provided for each heating device, which hold the heating device level with an accuracy against movement so that they can advantageously move a maximum of 1 cm.
According to the invention, each heating device has at least one laterally protruding retaining tab, advantageously two retaining tabs. Each retaining tab has locking means, wherein the retaining means have counter-locking means in order to form or enter into a locking connection with the locking means of the retaining tab. Such a locking connection can advantageously be designed in such a way that it forms at least one loss protection, so that after the locking connection has been established, the retaining means cannot be lost from the retaining tab or the heating device or, for example, fall off. For example, a heating device with locked-on retaining means can be transported separately in order to then be connected to the carrier plate. With the locking connection, play can therefore be provided in the direction perpendicular to the carrier plate if necessary; the locking connection does not necessarily have to have a single possible position.
The holding means are attached to the top of the carrier plate, and are detachably attached, whereby such a release of the attachment is possible in a direction perpendicular to the carrier plate. The attachment is advantageously improved by gluing, but can be removed or released with appropriate force. In a direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate, the holding means are attached to the carrier plate with a positive fit, since this is actually the only possible movement for the holding means or the heating device in a fully assembled hob. The holding tab runs over the carrier plate or is located above the carrier plate, it rests on the holding means or is connected to the holding means in a snap-fit manner. The connection is advantageously positive and can be at least partially detachable from the snap-fit connection or the elements provided for this purpose. Additional elements can be provided for a form-fitting and thus stable connection.
This makes it possible for the holding means to be attached to the carrier plate, preferably in a single position or in a precise position. By connecting the heating device via the holding tab to the holding means using a snap-in connection, the hob or pre-assembly of the heating device with the holding means can be carried out very quickly and easily.
In an embodiment of the invention, each heating device can have exactly two retaining tabs, which are preferably evenly distributed. They are particularly preferably located opposite one another on the heating device. A retaining tab or each retaining tab protrudes outwards from an outer edge of the heating device so that it is easily accessible when assembling the hob, both with and without retaining means snapped onto it.
According to the invention, the locking means on the retaining tabs are designed as a locking opening. They have at least one locking edge, preferably a locking opening has two spaced locking edges. These are advantageously parallel to one another. A locking hook of the retaining means can engage each locking edge. Preferably, each retaining tab has exactly one single locking opening.
It is advantageous that all retaining tabs are identical, and this can also apply to the retaining elements. This simplifies the manufacturing process and the provision of the parts for assembling the hob.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the retaining tab is flat. It can run parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. This means that it can be designed simply and does not require any additional or complex construction height.
The retaining tab can be provided on a carrier or heating element carrier of the heating device. A heating element carrier is also advantageously made of plastic, as is known per se.
According to the invention, the design of the holding means is such that they have at least one latching hook that protrudes upwards or perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate and forms the counter-latching means for the latching means or latching opening on the holding tab. Each holding means advantageously has two latching hooks. Such a latching hook can have a latching slope at the top at a free end and a latching effect downwards. This can be formed by a latching projection pointing towards the carrier plate, which is formed near or at the free end of the latching hook. The height of the latching projection above the carrier plate and/or above the holding tab can be at least twice to three times the thickness of the holding tab. Thus, the holding means can be fastened or latched to the holding tab by the latching connection, but there is still room for movement even after latching, which allows the holding means to be moved relative to the holding tab and thus relative to the heating device, for example for easier installation on the carrier plate. Due to the mobility within this locking connection, a spring travel with a spring height of the heating device above the carrier plate can preferably also be achieved.
Advantageously, two locking hooks are provided on a holding means as counter-locking means. These two locking hooks can be designed identically and protrude from the holding means at a distance from each other. The two locking hooks can be arranged with their backs to each other, so to speak, or can be arranged on a base part in such a way that the locking projections mentioned point in opposite directions or away from each other. They can be designed and arranged mirror-symmetrically, with such a plane of symmetry running in the middle between them.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a centering projection can be formed on the holding means, which protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate. This centering projection can be used to find the correct position relative to one another when attaching the holding means to the holding tab, in particular for a simple and correct production of the locking connection. The centering projection can extend through an opening in the holding tab, in particular a completely bordered opening. Particularly advantageously, this can be the same locking opening that forms the locking means with the at least one locking edge described above, preferably with the two locking edges mentioned above. This locking opening is then relatively large in relation to the locking hooks, which, however, rest with their locking projections on the locking edges.
It can advantageously be provided that the centering projection is arranged between two aforementioned locking hooks of a holding means. In particular, it runs through the aforementioned plane of symmetry or along the aforementioned plane of symmetry. The centering projection is preferably at least as high as the locking hooks, preferably higher. This means that the centering projection is the first area of the holding means to reach through the locking opening or to connect with the holding tab when the locking connection is made. This means that the locking hooks are brought in correctly and as desired.
In an embodiment of the invention, the centering projection can have an elongated cross-sectional area in a cutting plane parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. It is therefore elongated, advantageously with a thinner area in the middle and thicker areas at the two ends of the elongated cross-section mentioned. Its distance from the locking hooks can be a few millimeters, so that these may reach close to the centering projection or even rest against it when the locking connection is made.
The holding means can have a base part, which can be designed as a base plate. Such a base plate can run parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. The base part can rest on the top of the carrier plate, in particular with its underside. It can advantageously be glued in place here. The holding means or the underside of the base part can be glued to the carrier plate either by applying a pasty adhesive, or alternatively with a type of double-sided adhesive tape with a cover layer over the exposed adhesive layer, which is then to be glued to the carrier plate. Gluing can be done very easily by peeling off this cover layer.
At least one fastening projection can protrude downwards from the base part and engage in a fastening opening in the carrier plate. Two fastening projections are advantageously provided on each base part, with each fastening projection engaging in a separate fastening opening in the carrier plate. These fastening projections in the fastening openings form the positive connection of the fastening of the holding means to the carrier plate, as they prevent lateral displacement or movement.
The shape of a fastening opening can correspond to the design of the fastening projection, so that exact positioning is also achieved.
It is advantageous that no fastening projection protrudes downwards beyond the underside of the carrier plate. This ensures that functional units mounted there, for example power electronics and/or control components, circuit boards or the like, are not touched or affected by a fastening projection protruding beyond the underside of the carrier plate. If the carrier plate is between 1 mm and 5 mm thick, the engagement of the fastening projections in the fastening openings is sufficient for the desired form fit.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a fastening projection can be elongated as a type of rail. The longitudinal direction can run in a direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. A width of the fastening projection can remain the same, so that simple production is possible and a holding means can possibly be attached to the carrier plate in any orientation. A longitudinal direction of an elongated fastening projection can run at right angles to a line from a center of the heating device to the holding tab. If two fastening projections are provided on the holding means, both are advantageously elongated and particularly advantageously both are identical. This then of course also applies to their respective fastening opening.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that a fastening projection that protrudes from the underside of the base plate or the base part protrudes beyond the base part in at least one direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate, i.e. is also visible from above. This serves as an assembly aid so that the fastening projections of the holding means can be pressed more easily into the fastening openings in the carrier plate. An elongated fastening projection advantageously protrudes beyond the base part at both ends, for example with a projection of 1 mm to 5 mm. This is sufficient for good visibility, and if necessary, an assembly person can also grip and guide the holding means better with their hand.
If two fastening projections are formed on the base part, they can be spaced apart from one another. Elongated fastening projections are advantageously parallel to one another. Such a distance can be between 10 mm and 40 mm. The underside of the base part can be bonded to the carrier plate at this distance, advantageously with an adhesive layer as described above. The underside of the base part should be as flat as possible in this area or have no projections. Under certain circumstances, free cuts or cutouts can be provided in it to facilitate production by injection molding.
The fit between the fastening openings and the fastening projections can be between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, and is particularly advantageous at a maximum of 1 mm or a maximum of 0.4 mm. This makes it possible to specify the position of the holding means on the carrier plate very precisely, and thus also of the entire heating device.
In an embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that cutouts or depressions are formed on the underside of the base part at a transition between the fastening projections and this underside. The fastening openings can therefore be punched out more easily and with less effort and precision. The aforementioned adhesives in the form of an adhesive layer, for example as double-sided adhesive tape with a thickness of between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, can be left out here if necessary so that the aforementioned edges or burrs do not press into them.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a projection can protrude from each retaining tab, in particular from the aforementioned base part of a retaining tab, in the direction away from the heating device. Such a projection can be a maximum of 10 mm long or protrude from the retaining tab. Such a projection also makes it possible to guide the retaining tab when attaching the heating device to a carrier plate with retaining means attached to it. If the retaining means are already locked onto the retaining tabs and this entire assembly is then attached to a carrier plate, this is advantageously done by an assembly person grasping the retaining means and attaching them to the carrier plate.
A carrier plate can advantageously generally be made of metal, in particular aluminum. The fastening openings mentioned are punched out of it for the sake of simplicity, whereby advantageously only those fastening openings are punched out at the corresponding locations for a carrier plate which are necessary for fastening heating devices with retaining tabs and holding means to it. In this case, it is advantageous not to punch out several sets or arrangements of fastening openings, some or most of which are no longer required afterwards. Punching is advantageously carried out with a punching direction from the underside of the carrier plate to the top. This keeps the underside free of the edges or burrs mentioned from the punching, and on the top side these can be covered by the holding means attached to it to prevent any risk of injury, whereby the The burrs can be absorbed, so to speak, in the aforementioned cutouts or recesses.
To assemble a hob according to the invention, the carrier plate, the heating devices and the holding means are provided, each initially separately. Adhesives are advantageously already provided on the holding means, but not yet activated in the sense that, for example, double-sided adhesive tape is still provided with a cover layer. In a first embodiment of the method, the holding means are first attached to a holding tab of a heating device by snapping them in. The adhesives are then applied or activated, in particular by peeling off an aforementioned cover layer. The structural units of the heating device and holding means are then attached to the carrier plate by pressing the fastening projections into the fastening openings and gluing them on.
In a second embodiment of the method, the adhesives are first applied or activated to the holding means and these holding means are then glued to the carrier plate. This is advantageously done for all holding means that are intended for a single heating device, i.e. particularly advantageously two holding means. The heating device is then attached to the holding means by locking the retaining tabs so that the heating device is attached to the carrier plate. This can be done one after the other for each heating device for the hob.

From the figures, it is easy to imagine how the assembly process can proceed according to one of the two alternatives. In the second alternative, it is provided that first the two holding means 40 are attached and glued to a
This means that both options can be installed easily and without risk of errors. Once installed, the
