Claims (11)

  1. Elément de maintien (1) pour un dispositif de protection (6) à monter sur un cadre dormant (13) d'une ouverture de bâtiment avec un cadre (7), comprenant
    - une section de fixation (2) pour fixer l'élément de maintien (1) au cadre (7) du dispositif de protection (6),
    - une barrette d'espacement (3), laquelle est constituée pour s'étendre à un état monté sur le cadre dormant (13) du dispositif de protection (6) depuis le cadre (7) du dispositif de protection (6) dans l'ouverture de bâtiment et être disposé orthogonalement par rapport au plan tendu par le cadre (7) du dispositif de protection (6), et
    - une branche de maintien (4), laquelle est courbée à environ 90 degrés par rapport à la barrette d'espacement (3) et est constituée de manière à venir en prise par l'arrière avec une zone du cadre dormant (13) à l'état monté sur le cadre dormant (13) du dispositif de protection (6), sachant que
    la barrette d'espacement (3) et la branche de maintien (4) définissent un plan de maintien, sachant que le plan de maintien est orienté à l'état monté du dispositif de protection de façon orthogonale par rapport au plan tendu par le cadre (7) du dispositif de protection (6),
    caractérisé en ce que la section de fixation (2) est disposée déportée par rapport au plan de maintien de telle manière que la barrette d'espacement (3) et la branche de maintien (4) sont déportées en direction d'un intérieur de cadre par rapport à la section de fixation (2).
  2. Elément de maintien (1) selon la revendication 1, sachant que la section de fixation (2) est constituée en forme de bande pour insertion dans une ouverture (10) du dispositif de protection (6).
  3. Elément de maintien (1) selon la revendication 1, sachant que la section de fixation (2) est constituée pour être vissée sur le dispositif de protection (6).
  4. Elément de maintien (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que la barrette d'espacement (3) et la section de fixation (2) sont reliées par une section de liaison (5), qui est orientée de préférence parallèlement à la branche de maintien (4).
  5. Elément de maintien (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que la barrette d'espacement (3) et la section de fixation (2) sont reliées par une section de liaison (5), sachant que la section de liaison (5) s'étend le long de la section de fixation (2).
  6. Elément de maintien (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que la barrette d'espacement (3) et la branche de maintien (4) sont orientées l'une par rapport à l'autre à angle droit dans le plan de maintien et la section de fixation (2) et la barrette d'espacement (3) sont orientées à angle droit l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  7. Elément de maintien (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que la section de fixation (2), la barrette d'espacement (3) et la branche de maintien (4) sont constituées en une seule pièce, en particulier dans une tôle métallique formée.
  8. Dispositif de protection (6) destiné à couvrir une ouverture de bâtiment, comprenant
    - un cadre (7),
    - un élément de protection, comme une grille ou un filet, fixé ou pouvant être fixé au cadre (7) et tendu par le cadre (7), et
    - un élément de maintien (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour monter le dispositif de protection (6) sur un cadre dormant d'une ouverture de bâtiment, sachant que l'élément de maintien (1) est fixé au cadre (7) avec la section de fixation (2).
  9. Dispositif de protection (6) selon la revendication 8, sachant que la section de fixation (2) de l'élément de maintien (1) est fixée à un listeau profilé (8) ou un raccord d'angle (9) du cadre (7), sachant que le plan de maintien est disposé vers l'intérieur du cadre déporté par rapport à la section de fixation (2).
  10. Dispositif de protection (6) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, sachant que l'élément de maintien (1) est fixé au cadre de telle manière que le plan de maintien de cet élément de maintien (1) est verticalement déporté par rapport à la section de fixation (2) de cet élément de maintien (1).
  11. Dispositif de protection (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, sachant que l'élément de maintien (1) est fixé au cadre de telle manière que le plan de maintien de cet élément de maintien (1) est horizontalement déporté par rapport à la section de fixation (2) de cet élément de maintien (1).
