For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the preceding terms in the present application may be understood based on specific situations.
  • This embodiment provides a hardware mounting structure configured to mount a hardware transmission assembly in a groove of a profile. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the hardware mounting structure includes a base 1, a rotation part 2, and an elastic piece 3. It is to be noted that the base 1 is only an exemplary structure in this embodiment, and the base 1 may be a part of a lock rod on a door and window, a transmission rod on a transmission casing, or a rod-like transmission part on a hinge, or a part connected to it.
  • In some examples, the base 1 is provided with an accommodation groove 11 and a first boss 12. The rotation part 2 is disposed in the accommodation groove 11 and rotatably connected to the base 1. The rotation part 2 includes a locking piece 21 (as shown in FIG. 4). Two ends of the locking piece 21 can protrude out of the accommodation groove 11 when the rotation part 2 rotates. A first end of the elastic piece 3 is installed on the first boss 12, and a second end of the elastic piece 3 can abut against a side surface of the locking piece 21, so as to limit rotation of the locking piece 21.
  • In some examples, the elastic piece 3 is configured to limit the rotation of the locking piece 21 when the two ends of the locking piece 21 protrude out of the accommodation groove 11.
  • In some examples, the locking piece 21 has an initial state and a protruding state. The bottom surface of the base 1 and one side surface of the first boss 12 define the accommodation groove 11, and the bottom surface of the base 1 and the one side surface of the first boss 12 are inner walls of the accommodation groove 11.
  • It is to be understood that the two ends of the locking piece 21 capable of protruding out of the accommodation groove 11 means that the two ends of the locking piece 21 can protrude outward relative to circumferential side surfaces adjacent to the bottom surface of the base 1.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, during mounting, the hardware mounting structure is placed in a groove of a frame body profile 100 or a leaf body profile 100, the rotation part 2 is rotated on the base 1, the rotation part 2 drives the locking piece 21 to rotate together, and the two ends of the locking piece 21 protrude out of the accommodation groove 11 to be engaged with the groove of the profile 100, so as to complete the mounting. Moreover, one end of the elastic piece 3 is pressed upon the locking piece 21, where the elastic piece 3 is installed on the first boss 12; during the rotation of the locking piece 21, under an elastic force of the elastic piece 3, the one end of the elastic piece 3 gradually switches to abut against the side surface of the locking piece 21, so as to limit the rotation of the locking piece 21. This structure has a self-locking function.
  • To ensure that the locking piece 21 in the initial state is completely disposed in the accommodation groove 11, optionally, the width of the locking piece 21 is less than or equal to the width of the accommodation groove 11. To facilitate the mounting and cooperation of the locking piece 21 and the elastic piece 3, optionally, the accommodation groove 11 and the first boss 12 are both disposed on the bottom surface of the base 1. To reduce the overall weight of the hardware mounting structure, optionally, the base 1 is provided with a through hole 14 configured to reduce the weight of the base 1.
  • To achieve the rotational connection between the rotation part 2 and the base 1, optionally, the base 1 is provided with a first connection hole 13, the rotation part 2 further includes a connection shaft 22 fitting with the first connection hole 13, and the locking piece 21 is disposed on one end of the connection shaft 22. To facilitate the rotation of the connection shaft 22 through a mounting tool, optionally, a second connection hole 221 is disposed in the connection shaft 22. Optionally, a cross section of the second connection hole 221 is a regular hexagon, which is convenient for use with the existing mounting tool. Optionally, a second boss 211 is disposed on one side of the locking piece 21 facing away from the connection shaft 22, and a side surface of the second boss 211 is used for abutting against the elastic piece 3. The one end of the elastic piece 3 is pressed upon the locking piece 21, where the elastic piece 3 is installed on the first boss 12. During the rotation of the locking piece 21, under the elastic force of the elastic piece 3, the one end of the elastic piece 3 gradually switches to abut against the side surface of the locking piece 21, so as to limit the rotation of the locking piece 21. This structure has a self-locking function.
  • It is to be understood that the hardware mounting structure may be configured to install a component in the groove of the profile 100. For example, the base 1 may be fixed on a component, and the locking piece 21 is disposed on one side of the hardware mounting structure facing away from the component. The bottom surface of the base 1 faces to the groove of the profile 100, and the locking piece 21 protrudes into the groove of the profile 100. Through the rotation of the locking piece 21, the hardware mounting structure is clamped in the groove of the profile 100. In this manner, the connection between the assembly and the profile 100 is achieved.
  • The hardware mounting structure provided in this embodiment is convenient to operate, simple in structure, high in mounting efficiency, stable in structure, and has a self-locking function.
  • In the hardware mounting structure provided in the present application, during mounting, the hardware mounting structure is placed in the groove of the frame body profile or the leaf body profile, the rotation part is rotated on the base, the rotation part drives the locking piece to rotate together, and the two ends of the locking piece protrude out of the accommodation groove to be engaged with the groove of the profile, so as to complete the mounting. Moreover, the one end of the elastic piece is pressed upon the locking piece, where the elastic piece is installed on the first boss. During the rotation of the locking piece, under the elastic force of the elastic piece, the one end of the elastic piece gradually switches to abut against the side surface of the locking piece, so as to limit the rotation of the locking piece. This structure has a self-locking function. The hardware mounting structure provided in the present embodiment is convenient to operate, simple in structure, high in mounting efficiency, stable in structure, and has a self-locking function.
