- This disclosure claims priority to
Chinese Patent Application No. 201910531358.X filed Jun. 19, 2019 - The present application relates to the technical field of architectural decoration and fitting-out, for example, a hardware mounting structure.
- In the existing door or window structure, a frame body profile and a leaf body profile are both provided with a groove structure in which a hardware transmission assembly is installed so that a transmission structure of the frame body and the leaf body is formed and thus the leaf body and the frame body can be opened or locked. The hardware transmission assembly includes transmission rods, conversion transmission parts, and multiple hardware parts.
- However, a mounting operation of the existing hardware transmission assembly in the groove of the profiles generally adopts a slot-through mounting method, which has a complicated structure, a cumbersome operation, long mounting time, and low mounting efficiency.
- The present application provides a hardware mounting structure, which has a simple structure and is convenient for mounting.
- The present application adopts the technical solutions described below.
- Provided is a hardware mounting structure, including a base, a rotation part, and an elastic piece.
- The base is provided with an accommodation groove and a first boss.
- The rotation part is disposed in the accommodation groove and rotatably connected to the base, where the rotation part includes a locking piece, and two ends of the locking piece are capable of protruding out of the accommodation groove when the rotation part rotates.
- A first end of the elastic piece is installed on the first boss, and a second end of the elastic piece is capable of abutting against a side surface of the locking piece, so as to limit rotation of the locking piece.
- The drawings used in description of embodiments of the present invention will be briefly described below. Apparently, the drawings described below merely illustrate some embodiments of the present application, and those of ordinary skill in the art may obtain other drawings based on the contents of the embodiments of the present invention and these drawings on the premise that no creative work is done.

- Technical solutions in embodiments of the present invention will be further described below in detail in conjunction with the drawings. Apparently, the embodiments described below are merely part, not all of embodiments of the present application.
- In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that the orientations or position relations indicated by terms such as "center", "above", "below", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inside", "outside", and the like are based on orientations or position relations shown in the drawings. These orientations or position relations are intended only to facilitate and simplify the description of the present application and not to indicate or imply that a device or element referred to must have such specific orientations or must be configured or operated in such specific orientations. Thus, these orientations or position relations are not to be construed as limiting the present application. In addition, terms such as "first" and "second" are used merely for the purpose of description and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. - In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that terms such as "mounted", "joined", and "connected" are to be understood in a broad sense unless otherwise expressly specified and limited. For example, the term "connected" may refer to "securely connected" or "detachably connected"; may refer to "mechanically connected" or "electrically connected"; or may refer to "connected directly", "connected indirectly through an intermediary", or "connected in two components". For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the preceding terms in the present application may be understood based on specific situations.
- This embodiment provides a hardware mounting structure configured to mount a hardware transmission assembly in a groove of a profile. As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 3 , the hardware mounting structure includes abase 1, arotation part 2, and anelastic piece 3. It is to be noted that thebase 1 is only an exemplary structure in this embodiment, and thebase 1 may be a part of a lock rod on a door and window, a transmission rod on a transmission casing, or a rod-like transmission part on a hinge, or a part connected to it. - In some examples, the
base 1 is provided with anaccommodation groove 11 and afirst boss 12. Therotation part 2 is disposed in theaccommodation groove 11 and rotatably connected to thebase 1. Therotation part 2 includes a locking piece 21 (as shown inFIG. 4 ). Two ends of the lockingpiece 21 can protrude out of theaccommodation groove 11 when therotation part 2 rotates. A first end of theelastic piece 3 is installed on thefirst boss 12, and a second end of theelastic piece 3 can abut against a side surface of the lockingpiece 21, so as to limit rotation of the lockingpiece 21. - In some examples, the
elastic piece 3 is configured to limit the rotation of the lockingpiece 21 when the two ends of the lockingpiece 21 protrude out of theaccommodation groove 11. - In some examples, the locking
piece 21 has an initial state and a protruding state. When the lockingpiece 21 is in the initial state, the lockingpiece 21 is completely disposed in theaccommodation groove 11 and does not protrude out of theaccommodation groove 11. When the lockingpiece 21 is in the protruding state, the two ends of the lockingpiece 21 protrude out of theaccommodation groove 11. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , in this embodiment, thefirst boss 12 protrudes from a bottom surface of thebase 1. The bottom surface of thebase 1 and one side surface of thefirst boss 12 define theaccommodation groove 11, and the bottom surface of thebase 1 and the one side surface of thefirst boss 12 are inner walls of theaccommodation groove 11. - It is to be understood that the two ends of the locking
piece 21 capable of protruding out of theaccommodation groove 11 means that the two ends of the lockingpiece 21 can protrude outward relative to circumferential side surfaces adjacent to the bottom surface of thebase 1. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 8 , during mounting, the hardware mounting structure is placed in a groove of aframe body profile 100 or aleaf body profile 100, therotation part 2 is rotated on thebase 1, therotation part 2 drives the lockingpiece 21 to rotate together, and the two ends of the lockingpiece 21 protrude out of theaccommodation groove 11 to be engaged with the groove of theprofile 100, so as to complete the mounting. Moreover, one end of theelastic piece 3 is pressed upon the lockingpiece 21, where theelastic piece 3 is installed on thefirst boss 12; during the rotation of the lockingpiece 21, under an elastic force of theelastic piece 3, the one end of theelastic piece 3 gradually switches to abut against the side surface of the lockingpiece 21, so as to limit the rotation of the lockingpiece 21. This structure has a self-locking function. - To ensure that the locking
piece 21 in the initial state is completely disposed in theaccommodation groove 11, optionally, the width of the lockingpiece 21 is less than or equal to the width of theaccommodation groove 11. To facilitate the mounting and cooperation of the lockingpiece 21 and theelastic piece 3, optionally, theaccommodation groove 11 and thefirst boss 12 are both disposed on the bottom surface of thebase 1. To reduce the overall weight of the hardware mounting structure, optionally, thebase 1 is provided with a throughhole 14 configured to reduce the weight of thebase 1. - To achieve the rotational connection between the
rotation part 2 and thebase 1, optionally, thebase 1 is provided with afirst connection hole 13, therotation part 2 further includes aconnection shaft 22 fitting with thefirst connection hole 13, and thelocking piece 21 is disposed on one end of theconnection shaft 22. To facilitate the rotation of theconnection shaft 22 through a mounting tool, optionally, asecond connection hole 221 is disposed in theconnection shaft 22. Optionally, a cross section of thesecond connection hole 221 is a regular hexagon, which is convenient for use with the existing mounting tool. Optionally, asecond boss 211 is disposed on one side of the lockingpiece 21 facing away from theconnection shaft 22, and a side surface of thesecond boss 211 is used for abutting against theelastic piece 3. In this embodiment, thesecond boss 211 may be integrally formed with theconnection shaft 22, and thelocking piece 21 is sleeved on theconnection shaft 22. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, thefirst connection hole 13 is disposed on a bottom of theaccommodation groove 11. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 and5 , in this embodiment, the lockingpiece 21 has two opposite sides that do not protrude out of an outer edge of thesecond boss 211 when the lockingpiece 21 is in the protruding state and also has two opposite ends protrude out of the outer edge of thesecond boss 211 when the lockingpiece 21 is in the protruding state. In some examples, the orientation of the two opposite sides of the lockingpiece 21 is substantially perpendicular to the orientation of the two opposite ends of the lockingpiece 21. - To facilitate the mounting of the
elastic piece 3, optionally, theelastic piece 3 is installed on thefirst boss 12 through aconnection plate 31. To facilitate the mounting of theconnection plate 31, optionally, thefirst boss 12 is provided with a clampingprotrusion 121, and theconnection plate 31 is provided with athird connection hole 311 fitting with the clampingprotrusion 121. The structure is stable and easy to disassemble and assemble. - In the hardware mounting structure provided in this embodiment, during mounting, the following steps are included: the hardware mounting structure is placed vertically in the groove of the
profile 100. Therotation part 2 is rotated on thebase 1 through the mounting tool inserted into thesecond connection hole 221 of theconnection shaft 22, therotation part 2 drives the lockingpiece 21 to rotate together, and the two ends of the lockingpiece 21 protrude out of theaccommodation groove 11 to be engaged with the groove of theprofile 100. The one end of theelastic piece 3 is pressed upon the lockingpiece 21, where theelastic piece 3 is installed on thefirst boss 12. During the rotation of the lockingpiece 21, under the elastic force of theelastic piece 3, the one end of theelastic piece 3 gradually switches to abut against the side surface of the lockingpiece 21, so as to limit the rotation of the lockingpiece 21. This structure has a self-locking function. - It is to be understood that the hardware mounting structure may be configured to install a component in the groove of the
profile 100. For example, thebase 1 may be fixed on a component, and thelocking piece 21 is disposed on one side of the hardware mounting structure facing away from the component. The bottom surface of thebase 1 faces to the groove of theprofile 100, and thelocking piece 21 protrudes into the groove of theprofile 100. Through the rotation of the lockingpiece 21, the hardware mounting structure is clamped in the groove of theprofile 100. In this manner, the connection between the assembly and theprofile 100 is achieved. - The hardware mounting structure provided in this embodiment is convenient to operate, simple in structure, high in mounting efficiency, stable in structure, and has a self-locking function.
- In the hardware mounting structure provided in the present application, during mounting, the hardware mounting structure is placed in the groove of the frame body profile or the leaf body profile, the rotation part is rotated on the base, the rotation part drives the locking piece to rotate together, and the two ends of the locking piece protrude out of the accommodation groove to be engaged with the groove of the profile, so as to complete the mounting. Moreover, the one end of the elastic piece is pressed upon the locking piece, where the elastic piece is installed on the first boss. During the rotation of the locking piece, under the elastic force of the elastic piece, the one end of the elastic piece gradually switches to abut against the side surface of the locking piece, so as to limit the rotation of the locking piece. This structure has a self-locking function. The hardware mounting structure provided in the present embodiment is convenient to operate, simple in structure, high in mounting efficiency, stable in structure, and has a self-locking function.
Claims (10)
- A hardware mounting structure, comprising:a base (1) provided with an accommodation groove (11) and a first boss (12);a rotation part (2) disposed in the accommodation groove (11) and rotatably connected to the base (1), wherein the rotation part (2) comprises a locking piece (21), and two ends of the locking piece (21) are capable of protruding out of the accommodation groove (11) when the rotation part (2) rotates; andan elastic piece (3), wherein a first end of the elastic piece (3) is installed on the first boss (12), and a second end of the elastic piece (3) is capable of abutting against a side surface of the locking piece (21), so as to limit rotation of the locking piece (21).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the base (1) is provided with a first connection hole (13), the rotation part (2) further comprises a connection shaft (22) fitting with the first connection hole (13), and the locking piece (21) is disposed at one end of the connection shaft (22).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 2, wherein a second boss (211) is disposed on one side of the locking piece (21) facing away from the connection shaft (22), and a side surface of the second boss (211) is capable of abutting against the elastic piece (3).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 2, wherein a second connection hole (221) is disposed in the connection shaft (22).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 4, wherein a cross section of the second connection hole (221) is a regular hexagon.
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the elastic piece (3) is installed on the first boss (12) through a connection plate (31).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 6, wherein the first boss (12) is provided with a clamping protrusion (121), and the connection plate (31) is provided with a third connection hole (311) fitting with the clamping protrusion (121).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 1, wherein a width of the locking piece (21) is less than or equal to a width of the accommodation groove (11).
- The hardware mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the base (1) is provided with a through hole (14) configured to reduce a weight of the base (1).
- The hardware mounting structure of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the accommodation groove (11) and the first boss (12) are both disposed on a bottom surface of the base (1).
