Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de guidage pour un élément mobile de meuble, notamment un tiroir comportant un organe d'entraînement (5), mobile le long d'un chemin de guidage (6), cet organe précontraint par un accumulateur de force est au moins mobile entre une position de rangement avec un accumulateur de force tendu et une position de fin de course avec un accumulateur de force moins tendu,
    * l'accumulateur de force étant susceptible d'être couplé à un activateur (10) entre la position de rangement et la position de fin de course pour transmettre une force de freinage ou d'accélération à l'élément mobile de meuble,
    * l'activateur (10) ayant une pièce d'appui métallique (11),
    dispositif caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce d'appui métallique (11) dans au moins une zone de contact avec l'organe d'entraînement (5), comporte un revêtement (12) en matière plastique,
    * le revêtement (12) ayant un relief formé avec une surface extérieure arrondie qui pénètre dans un logement en forme de U de l'organe d'entraînement (5).
  2. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement (12) a au moins reliefs écartés l'un de l'autre et chacun des reliefs s'applique contre un côté d'une surface de contact de l'organe d'entraînement (5).
  3. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce d'appui métallique (11) est au moins en partie dans le revêtement (12) et à l'intérieur du logement en forme de U de l'organe d'entraînement (5).
  4. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement (12) est réalisé par surmoulage par injection sur la pièce d'appui métallique (11).
  5. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce d'appui (11) comporte une plaque de montage (13) et une pièce de maintien (16) en relief de la plaque de montage (13), à laquelle est fixé le revêtement (12).
  6. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce de maintien (16) a un orifice (18) rempli de matière plastique.
  7. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce de maintien (16) a au moins une entretoise (17) inclinée en saillie par rapport à la plaque de montage (13).
  8. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entretoise (17) est au moins en partie dans le revêtement (12) et dans le logement en forme de U de l'organe d'entraînement (5).
  9. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entretoise (17) est déformable élastiquement pour pouvoir absorber l'énergie du choc lors de l'arrivée sur l'organe d'entraînement (5).
  10. Guide d'extraction (1) comportant un dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  11. Guide d'extraction selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce d'appui métallique (11) est soudée à un rail mobile (3) ou à un rail fixe (2) du guide d'extraction (1).
