Definitions

  • the invention relates to a disc brake according to the preamble of claim 1 and a brake lining for such a disc brake.
  • EP 2 392 835 B1 is mentioned in relation to the prior art.
  • one or both brake pads are usually based on the brake disc in the circumferential direction on the inlet side or on the outlet side - based on the preferred direction of rotation of the brake disc - offset.
  • the invention has the task of creating an alternative measure for Verrin reduction of the effect of oblique wear of the brake pads, which does not require an offset of a pad in the circumferential direction.
  • the invention achieves this object by the subject matter of claim 1 and by the subject matter of claim 17.
  • a brake disc with a preferred direction of rotation a brake carrier, a brake caliper, the Brake carrier is displaceably guided, an application-side brake pad and a reaction-side Brake lining, an application device which has a single pressure piston which has a central axis and which has a pressure piece at an end facing the application-side brake lining, which acts with a pressure surface on a corresponding abutment surface of the application-side brake lining, so that between the pressure surface and the abutment surface is formed when the brake is applied, the application-side brake lining and the reaction-side brake lining are centered in the circumferential direction with respect to the brake disc and the center axis of the piston, the active surface on which the pressure surface and the abutment surface during application the disc brake lie on one another, in
  • a particular advantage of this embodiment is that even with a disc brake that has only a single pressure piston and in which the brake linings are both centered in the circumferential direction with respect to the brake disc, without an offset of a lining and / or its associated lining well times in that the pressure piece and / or the back plate of the brake pad is / are changed so that the effective surface is eccentric in the circumferential direction or is not centered in relation to the brake disc, oblique wear of the brake pads can be counteracted.
  • This measure can easily be implemented in an after-equipping process or by a simple structural change in the elements of the pressure piece and / or the brake lining on the application side.
  • the pressure piston has a first, preferably cylindrical or partially cylindrical, section and the pressure piece for acting on the application-side brake pad at least when the disc brake is applied.
  • the brake disc has a diameter of 15 "or more, since with sliding caliper disc brakes of this type with a relatively large disc diameter it is particularly advantageous that oblique wear without a structurally complex offset of the lining wells and also without reducing the size of the effective Can be implemented by chamfers or the like.
  • the application-side brake lining and the reaction-side brake lining are arranged in an application-side lining well and (ie or) in a reaction-side lining well of the brake carrier.
  • the brake caliper and the brake carrier each frame-like overlap the upper edge of the brake disc, a central opening being provided in the brake caliper for changing the lining. • the lining wells of the Bremsträ gers are aligned centered in the circumferential direction with respect to the brake disc.
  • the brake linings each have a back plate and a friction material, with the friction materials and / or the back plate preferably being centered on the brake disc in the circumferential direction.

  • the back plate and the friction materials of both brake linings of a disc brake are aligned in the circumferential direction on the piston.
  • the invention can be developed in a structurally advantageous manner.
  • the pressure piece has a projection that has the pressure surface and that the pressure surface is arranged offset in the circumferential direction relative to the preferred direction of rotation of the brake disc on the outlet side.

  • This approach 308 can be configured like a ring segment. For example, it can also be designed essentially semi-cylindrical. However, it could also have a different shape, for example in the area of the abutment surface 53. It acts in this way on the abutment surface 53.
  • This abutment surface can be corresponding, e.g. also be designed like a ring segment. But it can also be designed differently, for example circular or rectangular.

  • the pressure surface 307 of the pressure piece 306 can therefore be shifted off-center on the outlet side.

  • This can also be achieved in that on the inlet side a corresponding recess 56a is provided in the back plate 51, which does not touch the pressure surface of the preferably otherwise flat pressure piece (FIG. 3).
