Definitions
- the invention relates to a non-electric shower/toilet attachment with a self-cleaning device and a self-cleaning method.
- a non-electric shower toilet seat is equipped with a telescopic water outlet pipe.
- the telescopic water outlet pipe When the telescopic water outlet pipe is not in use, it is hidden in the attachment. When in use, the telescopic water outlet tube can protrude from the attachment and flush the buttocks or vulva with water, see for example the FR 2 918 687 A1 .
- some non-electric shower toilet attachments have so far been provided with a self-cleaning device for the telescopic water outlet pipe, in which a shower arm and a shower body are matched with one another with a gap. When the shower body is hit with water so that the water pressure moves the shower arm, part of the water flows out from the gap between the shower arm and the shower body to flush the shower arm.
- the present invention provides a non-electric shower toilet seat with a self-cleaning device and method that overcomes the technical problems of the prior art.
- the self-cleaning device for a non-electric shower toilet seat of the present invention which is used for self-cleaning a telescopic water outlet pipe of the non-electric shower toilet seat, has a body and a cleaning water path, and a water flow passage is provided in the body. A water exit end of the water flow passage is arranged at a bottom of the body. The cleaning water path is connected to a water inlet end of the water flow passage.
- the telescopic water outlet pipe is reciprocally movable between a home position and a water outlet position and is provided with a water outlet opening at its front end. The water outlet end of the water flow passage is located just above the front end of the telescopic water outlet tube when the telescopic water outlet tube is in the home position.
- the self-cleaning device further includes a pressure block disposed at a rear end of the telescopic water outlet tube, the pressure block being pressed against the one-way valve to close the water inlet end of the water flow passage when the telescopic water outlet tube reaches the water outlet position.
- the self-cleaning method for a non-electric shower toilet seat is characterized in that a telescopic water outlet pipe is flushed by a cleaning water flow supplied through a cleaning water path during the movement of the telescopic water outlet pipe from an initial position to a water outlet position, being in the water outlet position of the telescopic water outlet pipe, the water is supplied to the telescopic water outlet pipe through the flushing water path, and when the water outlet of the cleaning water flow, a one-way valve is opened, and a pressure block is pressed against the one-way valve to block the flow of cleaning water, when the telescopic water outlet pipe reaches the water outlet position.
- the invention has several advantages.
- the cleaning water flow provided by the cleaning water path can open the one-way valve and flow to the water outlet end to clean the telescopic water outlet pipe.
- the telescopic water outlet pipe can be used from top to bottom self-cleaning without spraying the user. Since the pressure block is pressed against the one-way valve when the telescopic water outlet tube moves to the water outlet position, the one-way valve closes the cleaning water path when the telescopic water outlet tube reaches the water outlet position, so that the water outlet end of the water flow passage no longer discharges water.
- a self-cleaning device for a non-electric shower toilet seat which is used for self-cleaning a telescopic water outlet pipe A of the non-electric shower toilet seat, has a body 10 and a cleaning water path 20, wherein a water flow passage 12 is provided in the body 10, a water outlet end 121 of the water flow passage 12 is arranged at a bottom of the body, and the cleaning water path 20 is connected to a water inlet end 122 of the water flow passage.
- the telescopic water outlet pipe A is reciprocally movable between a home position and a water outlet position and is provided at its front end with a water outlet port A1, the telescopic water outlet pipe A being supplied from the flushing water path B with water is supplied.
- the self-cleaning device further includes a pressure block 40 which is arranged at a rear end of the telescopic water outlet pipe A and is pressed against the one-way valve 30 to close the water inlet end 122 of the water flow passage 12 when the telescopic water outlet pipe A reaches the water outlet position.
- the telescopic water outlet tube A is extended from the home position to the water outlet position and is flushed by a flow of cleaning water supplied through a cleaning water path 20 during movement of the telescopic water outlet tube from the home position to the water outlet position. That is, the cleaning water flow flows along the cleaning water path 20 to the water flow passage 12 to open the one-way valve 30 and finally flows out from the water discharge end 121 to flush the telescopic water discharge pipe A. Consequently, the telescopic water outlet pipe A is always cleaned by the flushing water path when extending.
- the flushing water path B supplies the water to the telescopic water outlet pipe A, with a water outlet port A1 of the telescopic Water outlet pipe A discharges water to realize the function of buttock washing or vulva washing.
- the pressure block 40 is accurately pressed against the one-way valve 30, thereby shutting off the flow of cleaning water 20.
- the water discharge end 121 stops discharging water, that is, when the telescopic water discharge pipe A reaches the water discharge position, the cleaning water flow 20 is stopped.
- the cleaning water path 20 is connected to the flushing water path B, wherein the flushing water path B can be compressed during the return movement of the telescopic water outlet pipe A from the water outlet position to the initial position, so that the water in the flushing water path B is guided through the cleaning water path 20 and then finally discharged through the water discharge end 121 of the water flow passage.
- the pressure block 40 unlocks the one-way valve 30 and the water outlet end 121 discharges water again. This performs a second cleaning of the telescopic water outlet pipe A and solves the second technical problem mentioned in the "Prior Art" section.
- the rinsing water path B has a pressure chamber B1, with a push rod B2 at one end with the telescopic water outlet pipe A and is moved synchronously therewith, and at the other end engages with the pressure chamber B1 and can slide back and forth.
- the push rod B2 blocks a water inlet port and a water outlet port of the pressure chamber when the telescopic water outlet pipe A is in the home position.
- the push rod B2 is moved out from a passage between the water inlet port and the water outlet port.
- the water pressure in the pressure chamber B1 drives the push rod B2 to push the telescopic water outlet pipe A to the water outlet position when the water enters the flushing water path B, the water flow being transported through a hose B3 to the water outlet port A1 of the telescopic water outlet pipe, to carry out washing of the buttocks or vulva.
- the telescopic water outlet pipe A drives the push rod B2 so that they move back together toward the home position.
- the push rod B2 presses the water in the pressure chamber B1 and introduces the water in the pressure chamber B1 into the flushing water path 20 .
- the cleaning water path supplies a flow of cleaning water to flush the telescopic water outlet tube until the telescopic water outlet tube returns to the home position. Consequently, the water used for the second flushing of the telescopic water outlet tube A is residual water from the pressure chamber B1, with no additional water being supplied. After the water in the pressure chamber B1 is squeezed out, an air gap can be formed to prevent siphoning. Since the push rod B2 only then moved out of the passage between the water inlet port and the water outlet port when the telescopic water outlet pipe A is in the water outlet position, water is supplied to the flushing water path only when the telescopic water outlet pipe is in the water outlet position. This ensures that the pressure in the pressure chamber B1 is not relieved prematurely before the telescopic water outlet tube reaches the use position, which ensures that the telescopic water outlet tube can be pushed into its intended position even with very low water supply pressure.
- the non-electric shower toilet seat has two flushing water paths B, which supply water to the telescopic water outlet pipe, the water flow passage 12 having two water inlet ends 122, each provided with a one-way valve 30, the cleaning water path 20 comprising two partial flows, wherein a first sub-flow is connected to one of the water inlet ends of the water flow passage and one of the flushing water paths B, and wherein the second sub-flow is connected to the other of the water inlet ends of the water flow passage and the other of the flushing water paths B.
- two cleaning water paths 20 are provided for two rinsing water paths B respectively, the two rinsing water paths B being provided to separate the water for washing the buttocks and the water for washing the vulva.
- the telescopic water outlet tube A can also be equipped with different water outlet ports A1 for vulva washing and that Buttocks washing can be provided, therefore, for both the buttocks washing and the vulva washing, a corresponding cleaning water path 20 for self-washing of the telescopic water outlet pipe A is provided.
- the water inlet end 122 of the water flow passage 12 is arranged on the side of the telescopic water outlet pipe A and the pressure block 40 is arranged on top.
- This structural configuration facilitates the arrangement of the water inlet ends left and right for the two cleaning water paths 20.
- FIG. 7 shows a schematic view of a construction variant of the self-cleaning device for a currentless shower-toilet attachment.
- a three-way branch 50 is provided in the cleaning water path 20, which divides the rinsing water path 20 into three partial flows.
- a first partial flow is connected to the water inlet end 122 of the water flow passage 12 .
- the other two partial flows are each connected to a flushing water path B and equipped with a one-way valve 60 .
- This structure has an advantage that the construction of the body 10 can be simplified. Thus, only one water inlet end needs to be provided on the body 10.

The present invention provides a non-electric shower toilet seat with a self-cleaning device and method that overcomes the technical problems of the prior art.
The self-cleaning device for a non-electric shower toilet seat of the present invention, which is used for self-cleaning a telescopic water outlet pipe of the non-electric shower toilet seat, has a body and a cleaning water path, and a water flow passage is provided in the body. A water exit end of the water flow passage is arranged at a bottom of the body. The cleaning water path is connected to a water inlet end of the water flow passage. The telescopic water outlet pipe is reciprocally movable between a home position and a water outlet position and is provided with a water outlet opening at its front end. The water outlet end of the water flow passage is located just above the front end of the telescopic water outlet tube when the telescopic water outlet tube is in the home position. At the water inlet end of the water flow passage a one-way valve is provided, wherein the water flow of the cleaning water path can open the one-way valve to supply the water to the water flow passage. The self-cleaning device further includes a pressure block disposed at a rear end of the telescopic water outlet tube, the pressure block being pressed against the one-way valve to close the water inlet end of the water flow passage when the telescopic water outlet tube reaches the water outlet position.
The self-cleaning method for a non-electric shower toilet seat according to the present invention is characterized in that a telescopic water outlet pipe is flushed by a cleaning water flow supplied through a cleaning water path during the movement of the telescopic water outlet pipe from an initial position to a water outlet position, being in the water outlet position of the telescopic water outlet pipe, the water is supplied to the telescopic water outlet pipe through the flushing water path, and when the water outlet of the cleaning water flow, a one-way valve is opened, and a pressure block is pressed against the one-way valve to block the flow of cleaning water, when the telescopic water outlet pipe reaches the water outlet position.
Compared to the prior art, the invention has several advantages. During self-cleaning, the cleaning water flow provided by the cleaning water path can open the one-way valve and flow to the water outlet end to clean the telescopic water outlet pipe. The telescopic water outlet pipe can be used from top to bottom self-cleaning without spraying the user.

In use, the telescopic water outlet tube A is extended from the home position to the water outlet position and is flushed by a flow of cleaning water supplied through a
It is preferably provided that the
Preferably, the rinsing water path B has a pressure chamber B1, with a push rod B2 at one end with the telescopic water outlet pipe A and is moved synchronously therewith, and at the other end engages with the pressure chamber B1 and can slide back and forth. The push rod B2 blocks a water inlet port and a water outlet port of the pressure chamber when the telescopic water outlet pipe A is in the home position. When the telescopic water outlet pipe A is in the water outlet position, the push rod B2 is moved out from a passage between the water inlet port and the water outlet port. Thus, the water pressure in the pressure chamber B1 drives the push rod B2 to push the telescopic water outlet pipe A to the water outlet position when the water enters the flushing water path B, the water flow being transported through a hose B3 to the water outlet port A1 of the telescopic water outlet pipe, to carry out washing of the buttocks or vulva. After shutting off the flow of water into the flushing water path B, the telescopic water outlet pipe A drives the push rod B2 so that they move back together toward the home position. At this time, the push rod B2 presses the water in the pressure chamber B1 and introduces the water in the pressure chamber B1 into the flushing
