Definitions
- the invention is based on a fire protection door for closing door openings, preferably in tunnel tubes.
- the escape routes and emergency exits are separated from the tunnel serving traffic by fire doors.
- fire protection doors prevent the spread of fire and smoke into a second tunnel serving as an escape route and/or rescue route.
- the second tunnel can either be a safety tunnel used exclusively as an escape and rescue route, a second tube for traffic, or a connecting tunnel between two tunnel tubes used for traffic.
- the fire protection door typically has a door frame that serves as a door frame and delimits the door opening, and a door leaf that is rotatably arranged on the door frame and forms a door leaf. In order to stop the fire and smoke, the door leaf and possibly also the door frame are made of a material that is resistant to fire and heat.
- a built-in fire protection door is normally closed. In the closed position, the fire protection door must pass through the vehicles in the tunnel withstand the built-up pressure. The vehicles driving in the tunnel generate negative or positive pressure.
- the automatic opening of the fire protection door due to the pressure in the tunnel is prevented by a locking device.
- the locking device locks the door leaf to the door frame in a door-closed position. In the event of an accident or danger, people can escape through the fire door. To do this, the people have to release the door lock by manually actuating a door handle and open the door leaf, which is designed as a door leaf, by applying force in the direction of escape. It is crucial that the fire protection door can also be opened by children and infirm persons.
- the force that a person has to apply in order to open the fire door and move the door leaf into the door open position depends on the door and on the ambient pressure of the door. If there is different pressure on both sides of the closed fire door, this pressure difference must be overcome when the fire door is opened. In order to open the fire door in the direction of the area with higher pressure, an escaping person must apply additional force.
- a device for the pressure relief of fire protection doors which is equipped with an electric drive, a rod extending out of a housing and a signal transmitter. If the signal transmitter detects that a person is approaching a fire door or that a person is operating the fire door, the drive is switched on. This ensures that the rod moves out of the housing and the door leaf is at least far enough away from the door frame that a gap is created that enables pressure equalization. proves disadvantageous However, be sure that the device is equipped with a drive that must be supplied with electricity.
- CN 2 542 811 Y describes a fire protection door with a door leaf, which is equipped with door leaf slots designed as through openings, and with a slide arranged movably on the door leaf.
- the fire protection door is characterized in that the door leaf has slits which are designed as through openings and are referred to as door leaf slits.
- the fire protection door is equipped with a slider that is movably arranged on the door leaf. In a slide closed position, the slide covers the door leaf slots. In a slide open position, the slide releases the door leaf slots.
- the special feature is that the slide is coupled to a door handle with which a lock latch of the fire protection door is moved from a lock latch closed position to a lock latch open position. This coupling means that when the door handle is actuated, the lock latch moves into the lock latch open position and the slide into the slide open position, and the door leaf slots are thus released by the slide.
- the door handle can be designed, for example, as a door handle, as a push rod or as a pressure plate.
- the door handle is typically connected to a lock follower of a lock equipped with the lock latch. This lock is integrated into the fire door. It ensures that the fire protection door does not open by itself.
- the lock can be equipped with one lock latch or with several lock latches.
- the lock latch can be arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge and can protrude laterally beyond the door leaf in the lock latch closed position.
- the lock can also be used with several Be equipped with lock latches, which are arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge, for example in the middle, upper and lower area of the door leaf.
- the lock can be equipped with lock latches which are arranged on the top of the door leaf and/or on the underside of the door leaf. In the lock latch closed position, these lock latches project upwards or downwards over the door leaf. They grab into a door lintel or a threshold.
- the slider When the fire door is closed, the slider is in its closed slider position so that the door panel slots are closed. If a person operates the door handle of the fire protection door, the lock latch is moved into the lock latch open position and the slide into the slide open position at the same time. Air can flow through the door leaf slots that are now open, so that the pressure on the fire door is equalized even before the person has moved the door leaf of the fire door into a door open position. When the door leaf is then moved, the person no longer has to overcome any pressure difference, which is why the force required to open the fire door is reduced.
- the pressure is relieved due to the purely mechanical coupling of the slider to the door handle. An electrical power supply is not necessary for this.
- the slider can be integrated into the door leaf or placed on the door leaf.
- the slider automatically returns to its closed slider position when the fire door closes again.
- the door leaf is equipped with an intumescent building material in the area of the door leaf slots.
- building materials are also used as insulating layers designated.
- the intumescent building material increases in volume and completely fills the door leaf slots designed as passage openings.
- the fire protection door thus inhibits the spread of the fire.
- the amount of intumescent building material is to be adapted to the size of the door leaf slots in such a way that the door leaf slots are completely closed in the event of a fire.
- the intumescent building material is arranged on the inside of the door leaf slots.
- the door leaf slits are essentially elongated. Long and comparatively narrow door leaf slits enable the intumescent building material to be closed quickly in the event of a fire.
- the door panel slots are arranged in a lower half of the door panel.
- the door leaf slots are not at the height of a person's face. If air carrying dust or dirt particles flows through the open door leaf slots as a result of pressure equalization, these particles do not hit the person in the face but at most on the legs.
- the door leaf is equipped with at least one profile rail, in which the slider is slidably guided.
- the slide can also be guided in several rails, for example in a first rail on the underside of the slide and in a second rail on the top of the slide.
- the rail is inclined to the horizontal and forms an inclined plane.
- the inclination of the rail is specified such that the in the Profile rail guided slide in the slide closed position has a lower level than in the slide open position.
- the slider returns to the closed position of the slider by sliding down the inclined plane.
- the inclined plane on which the slider slides or rolls is formed by a section of the profile rail.
- the slide is equipped with rollers that roll in the profile rail.
- a sliding guide is also possible.
- the slide has slide slots.
- the number of slider slots corresponds to the number of door leaf slots.
- the shape and size of the slide slots essentially corresponds to the shape and size of the door panel slots. If the slider slots are brought into alignment with the door panel slots in the slider open position, the opening cross section of the door panel slots is not restricted at all or at most slightly restricted by the slider slots.
- the slide is designed as a plate-shaped element.
- the slide slits are designed as through-openings in the plate-shaped element.
- the fire protection door is equipped with a slider operating device which connects the slider to the door handle.
- the slider is not directly but indirectly coupled to the door handle.
- the slide actuator transmits the movement of the door handle to the slide. It is used for power transmission.
- the slide-actuating device can lock the slide in the slide-open position and ensure that the slide returns to the slide closed position when the fire door is closed.
- the slider actuating device has a reversing lever connected to the door handle. If the door handle is a door handle or door buckle, the reversing lever can be connected to the door handle in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the deflection lever is connected to the slider via a traction cable.
- the traction cable can be guided over deflection rollers.
- the slide actuating device has a hook which is arranged rotatably on the door leaf and hooks onto the slide when the slide open position is reached and holds the slide in the slide open position.
- the hook is used to lock the slide in the slide open position.
- the slide is equipped with a pin that protrudes beyond its surface and on which the hook hooks when it reaches the open position of the slide.
- the slide actuation device has a slide release spring-mounted on the door leaf, which projects beyond the door leaf when the fire protection door is open and which slides along the door frame when the fire protection door is closed and is pushed into the door leaf against the pressure of a spring.
- the slide release is connected to the hook in such a way that the movement of the slide release when the slide release is pushed into the door leaf is transferred to the hook.
- the hook is rotated about its axis of rotation, releasing the pin located on the slider. This leads to, that when the fire door is closed, the locking of the slide in the slide open position is released and the slide can return to its slide closed position.
- the hook is connected to the slide release via a connecting rod.
- the push rod transfers the movement of the slide trigger to the hook.
- the slide-actuating device is designed in such a way that the slide returns to its slide-closed position once pressure equalization has taken place. This is at the latest when the fire protection door is closed.
- the return to the slide closed position can be initiated in particular in that the hook releases the slide and the locking of the slide in the slide open position is thereby released.
- the slider is now no longer held in the slider open position.
- the movement of the slide from the slide open position to the slide closed position can be stimulated in different ways.
- a profile rail in which the slide is guided can have an inclined plane, which the slide is moved up during the transition from the slide closed position to the slide open position. After releasing the lock, the slider slides down the inclined plane by itself under its own weight and returns to the closed slider position.
- a spring can be arranged between the slider and the door leaf, which is deflected when the slider transitions from the slider closed position to the slider open position. The spring force of this deflected spring ensures that the slider then returns to the closed slider position.
- the return of the slide from the slide open position to the slide closed position is linked to the movement of the door leaf when the fire door is closed.
- the Return of the slide from the slide-open position to the slide-closed position is coupled to the door handle or the latch bolt.
- the door leaf slots are covered with a grid. This prevents people from reaching into the slots with their hands and injuring themselves. Furthermore, the undesired penetration of parts into the door leaf slots is prevented, which could possibly affect the movement of the slider relative to the door leaf.
- the grid openings are dimensioned in such a way that precisely this intrusion is prevented.
- a fire protection door 1 is shown in a top view of a first side of a door leaf 2 .
- the door leaf 2 is rotatably arranged on a door frame 3 with hinges 4 .
- a door handle 5 is arranged on the door leaf 2, with which the fire door can be opened by a person not shown in the drawing. To do this, a person manually presses the door handle 5 down. As a result, a lock latch coupled to the door handle 5 of a lock is moved from a lock latch closed position into a lock latch open position. Lock, lock latch and a locking plate arranged on the door frame 3 are not shown in the drawing. In the lock latch closed position, the lock latch protrudes over the door leaf 2 and engages in the striking plate.
- the door leaf 2 is held on the door frame 3 with the side facing away from the hinges 4 .
- the fire protection door 1 is in its closed door position. In the lock latch open position, the lock latch has drawn into the lock and no longer engages in the striker plate.
- the fire door 1 can now be opened by one person by swinging the fire door in the direction of escape.
- a door closing device 6 ensures that that the door returns to its door closed position.
- the door leaf 2 is equipped with several door leaf slots 7 in a lower half. a in figure 2 , 3 and 4 Slider 8 shown closes these door leaf slots 7 when the fire door is in its closed door position.
- a cover 9 arranged on the door leaf protects the slider 8 and a slider operating device.
- figure 2 shows the fire protection door 1 without the cover 9.
- figure 3 shows a section figure 2 .
- figure 4 shows the slider 8.
- On the door leaf 2 a first rail 10 and a second rail 11 are arranged.
- the slider 8 is guided in these two profile rails 10, 11.
- the first rail 10 supports the slide 8 from below. It is inclined to the horizontal and forms an inclined plane.
- the slide 8 is equipped with rollers 12 on its underside, which roll in the first profile rail 10 .
- the second rail 11 runs horizontally. It is designed purely as a sliding rail and holds the slider 8 at its upper end.
- FIG 3 shows that a deflection lever 13 is arranged on the door handle 5 .
- the door handle 5 and the reversing lever 13 are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner and can be rotated about the same axis of rotation.
- a rotation of the door handle 5 about its axis of rotation thus leads to a rotation of the deflection lever 13 about the same axis of rotation.
- a traction cable 14 is fastened to the deflection lever 13 at its end remote from the door handle 5 . This is guided over two deflection rollers 15, 16 and attached to the slide 8.

Description
The invention is based on a fire protection door for closing door openings, preferably in tunnel tubes.
In road tunnels and tunnels for train traffic, the escape routes and emergency exits are separated from the tunnel serving traffic by fire doors. In the event of a fire in the tunnel, such fire protection doors prevent the spread of fire and smoke into a second tunnel serving as an escape route and/or rescue route. The second tunnel can either be a safety tunnel used exclusively as an escape and rescue route, a second tube for traffic, or a connecting tunnel between two tunnel tubes used for traffic. The fire protection door typically has a door frame that serves as a door frame and delimits the door opening, and a door leaf that is rotatably arranged on the door frame and forms a door leaf. In order to stop the fire and smoke, the door leaf and possibly also the door frame are made of a material that is resistant to fire and heat.
A built-in fire protection door is normally closed. In the closed position, the fire protection door must pass through the vehicles in the tunnel withstand the built-up pressure. The vehicles driving in the tunnel generate negative or positive pressure. The automatic opening of the fire protection door due to the pressure in the tunnel is prevented by a locking device. The locking device locks the door leaf to the door frame in a door-closed position. This applies both to releasing the lock when the door handle is actuated and to moving the door leaf from the door-closed position to an open position. As soon as the force that forces the door leaf into an open position is removed, the fire protection door usually closes automatically due to a door closing device.
The force that a person has to apply in order to open the fire door and move the door leaf into the door open position depends on the door and on the ambient pressure of the door. If there is different pressure on both sides of the closed fire door, this pressure difference must be overcome when the fire door is opened. In order to open the fire door in the direction of the area with higher pressure, an escaping person must apply additional force.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a fire protection door in which the force required to open the fire protection door is reduced, in particular in the case of pressure differences, without an electrical power supply being necessary for this purpose.
This problem is solved by a fire protection door with the features of
The door handle can be designed, for example, as a door handle, as a push rod or as a pressure plate. The door handle is typically connected to a lock follower of a lock equipped with the lock latch. This lock is integrated into the fire door. It ensures that the fire protection door does not open by itself.
The lock can be equipped with one lock latch or with several lock latches. The lock latch can be arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge and can protrude laterally beyond the door leaf in the lock latch closed position. The lock can also be used with several Be equipped with lock latches, which are arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge, for example in the middle, upper and lower area of the door leaf. In addition, the lock can be equipped with lock latches which are arranged on the top of the door leaf and/or on the underside of the door leaf. In the lock latch closed position, these lock latches project upwards or downwards over the door leaf. They grab into a door lintel or a threshold.
When the fire door is closed, the slider is in its closed slider position so that the door panel slots are closed.
The pressure is relieved due to the purely mechanical coupling of the slider to the door handle. An electrical power supply is not necessary for this.
The slider can be integrated into the door leaf or placed on the door leaf.
The slider automatically returns to its closed slider position when the fire door closes again.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf is equipped with an intumescent building material in the area of the door leaf slots. This expands under the influence of heat and completely closes the door leaf slots. Such building materials are also used as insulating layers designated. In the event of a fire and the resulting heat, the intumescent building material increases in volume and completely fills the door leaf slots designed as passage openings. The fire protection door thus inhibits the spread of the fire. The amount of intumescent building material is to be adapted to the size of the door leaf slots in such a way that the door leaf slots are completely closed in the event of a fire.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the intumescent building material is arranged on the inside of the door leaf slots.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf slits are essentially elongated. Long and comparatively narrow door leaf slits enable the intumescent building material to be closed quickly in the event of a fire.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door panel slots are arranged in a lower half of the door panel. Thus, the door leaf slots are not at the height of a person's face. If air carrying dust or dirt particles flows through the open door leaf slots as a result of pressure equalization, these particles do not hit the person in the face but at most on the legs.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf is equipped with at least one profile rail, in which the slider is slidably guided. The slide can also be guided in several rails, for example in a first rail on the underside of the slide and in a second rail on the top of the slide.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the rail is inclined to the horizontal and forms an inclined plane. The inclination of the rail is specified such that the in the Profile rail guided slide in the slide closed position has a lower level than in the slide open position. Following its own weight, the slider returns to the closed position of the slider by sliding down the inclined plane. The inclined plane on which the slider slides or rolls is formed by a section of the profile rail.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide is equipped with rollers that roll in the profile rail. In addition, a sliding guide is also possible.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide has slide slots. The number of slider slots corresponds to the number of door leaf slots. The shape and size of the slide slots essentially corresponds to the shape and size of the door panel slots. If the slider slots are brought into alignment with the door panel slots in the slider open position, the opening cross section of the door panel slots is not restricted at all or at most slightly restricted by the slider slots.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide is designed as a plate-shaped element. The slide slits are designed as through-openings in the plate-shaped element.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fire protection door is equipped with a slider operating device which connects the slider to the door handle. The slider is not directly but indirectly coupled to the door handle. The slide actuator transmits the movement of the door handle to the slide. It is used for power transmission. In addition, the slide-actuating device can lock the slide in the slide-open position and ensure that the slide returns to the slide closed position when the fire door is closed.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slider actuating device has a reversing lever connected to the door handle. If the door handle is a door handle or door buckle, the reversing lever can be connected to the door handle in a rotationally fixed manner.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the deflection lever is connected to the slider via a traction cable. The traction cable can be guided over deflection rollers.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide actuating device has a hook which is arranged rotatably on the door leaf and hooks onto the slide when the slide open position is reached and holds the slide in the slide open position. The hook is used to lock the slide in the slide open position.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide is equipped with a pin that protrudes beyond its surface and on which the hook hooks when it reaches the open position of the slide.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide actuation device has a slide release spring-mounted on the door leaf, which projects beyond the door leaf when the fire protection door is open and which slides along the door frame when the fire protection door is closed and is pushed into the door leaf against the pressure of a spring. The slide release is connected to the hook in such a way that the movement of the slide release when the slide release is pushed into the door leaf is transferred to the hook. The hook is rotated about its axis of rotation, releasing the pin located on the slider. This leads to, that when the fire door is closed, the locking of the slide in the slide open position is released and the slide can return to its slide closed position.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the hook is connected to the slide release via a connecting rod. The push rod transfers the movement of the slide trigger to the hook.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, the slide-actuating device is designed in such a way that the slide returns to its slide-closed position once pressure equalization has taken place. This is at the latest when the fire protection door is closed. The return to the slide closed position can be initiated in particular in that the hook releases the slide and the locking of the slide in the slide open position is thereby released. The slider is now no longer held in the slider open position. The movement of the slide from the slide open position to the slide closed position can be stimulated in different ways. For example, a profile rail in which the slide is guided can have an inclined plane, which the slide is moved up during the transition from the slide closed position to the slide open position. After releasing the lock, the slider slides down the inclined plane by itself under its own weight and returns to the closed slider position. Alternatively, a spring can be arranged between the slider and the door leaf, which is deflected when the slider transitions from the slider closed position to the slider open position. The spring force of this deflected spring ensures that the slider then returns to the closed slider position. A further alternative is that the return of the slide from the slide open position to the slide closed position is linked to the movement of the door leaf when the fire door is closed. Another alternative is that the Return of the slide from the slide-open position to the slide-closed position is coupled to the door handle or the latch bolt.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf slots are covered with a grid. This prevents people from reaching into the slots with their hands and injuring themselves. Furthermore, the undesired penetration of parts into the door leaf slots is prevented, which could possibly affect the movement of the slider relative to the door leaf. The grid openings are dimensioned in such a way that precisely this intrusion is prevented.
ZeichnungFurther advantages and advantageous configurations of the invention can be found in the claims. drawing

The slide actuating device also comprises a
