Claims (13)

  1. Rückenlehnenanordnung (1) für einen Stuhlsitz, insbesondere für einen Rollstuhl, umfassend:
    eine Rückenlehne zum Stützen des Rückens einer Person;
    zwei hohle Rückenlehnenrohre (1.14), die dazu ausgelegt sind, die Rückenlehne an jeder Seite eines Sitzes mit dem Sitz zu verbinden;
    mindestens zwei Gelenke (4.1), um eine Bewegung der Rückenlehnenrohre (1.14) zwischen mindestens einer ersten Endposition und einer zweiten Endposition in Bezug auf den Sitz zu ermöglichen;
    zwei Verriegelungsmittel (2.3) zum Verriegeln und/oder Entriegeln der Gelenke (4.1);
    gekennzeichnet durch
    mindestens ein hohles Griffstückrohr (1.13), das ein Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) trägt, das in der Mitte zwischen den Rückenlehnenrohren (1.14) angeordnet ist und mit den Verriegelungsmitteln (2.3) mechanisch über Kabel (1.3) verbunden ist, die im Wesentlichen im Inneren der hohlen Rohre (1.14, 1.13) verlaufen, wobei die Kabel (1.3) Torsionskabel sind, die von den zwei hohlen Rückenlehnenrohren (1.14) über zwei Griffstückrohre (1.13) in das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) geleitet werden und über eine Verbindungsstange (1.2) miteinander verbunden sind,
    wobei
    das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10)
    • eine Drehverriegelung (1.1) bereitstellt, wobei die Drehverriegelung (1.1) nur eine Ruheposition aufweist, in der das Verriegelungsmittel (2.3) verriegelt ist, und dazu ausgelegt ist, das Verriegelungsmittel (2.3) bei Drehung des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) zu entriegeln, und
    • dazu geeignet ist, die Rückenlehnenrohre (1.14) über die Gelenke (4.1) durch Schieben oder Ziehen nach dem Entriegeln zu bewegen,
    das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) dazu ausgelegt ist, von einem Benutzer nur in eine Richtung zum Entriegeln des Verriegelungsmittels (2.3) in eine beliebige der Endpositionen zu drehen, und
    das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) dazu ausgelegt ist, sich nach dem Entriegeln des Verriegelungsmittels (2.3) und Lösen des Griffs automatisch erneut zu verriegeln, sodass das Drehen und Schieben oder Ziehen des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) durch Greifen des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) mit einer Hand eines Benutzers, ohne den jeweiligen Griff des Griffstücks (10; 100) zu lösen, erzielt werden kann,
    weiter umfassend
    eine Kabelführung (1.6, 1.7) für jedes der zwei Kabel (1.3), wobei die Kabelführungen (1.6, 1.7) innerhalb des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) angeordnet sind und die Verbindungsstange (1.2) zwischen den zwei Kabelführungen befestigen, und wobei jedes Kabel (1.3) mit einem Verriegelungsmittel (2.3) über ein elastisches Element verbunden ist, das dazu geeignet ist, innerhalb eines vorab bestimmten Bereichs zusammengedrückt oder ausgefahren zu werden,
    wobei jede Kabelführung (1.6, 1.7) eine Kabelablenkungsneigung bereitstellt und jedes Kabel (1.3) innerhalb des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) über seine jeweilige Kabelführung (1.6, 1.7) bei Drehung des Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) entgegen der Federkraft des jeweiligen elastischen Elements zum Entriegeln des Verriegelungsmittels (2.3) umgeleitet oder abgelenkt wird und bei Lösung des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) aufgrund der Lösung der Federkraft automatisch in seinen Ruhezustand zurückgeführt wird, sodass das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) automatisch in seine Ruheposition zurückkehrt.
  2. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jedes Kabel (1.3) unter Spannung über eine Kabelklemme (1.4) durch Festziehen mindestens einer Stellschraube (1.5) angebracht wird.
  3. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    bei Drehung des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) um bis zu 30 ° jedes Kabel (1.3) im Inneren des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) über seine jeweilige Kabelführung (1.6, 1.7) um bis zu 90 ° umgeleitet oder abgelenkt wird.
  4. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jede Kabelführung eine Kabelführungsoberseite (1.6) und eine Kabelführungsunterseite (1.7) umfasst und jede Kabelablenkungsneigung durch eine Kabelführungsaussparung (1.71), die durch die Kabelführungsunterseite (1.7) bereitgestellt ist, und einen Kabelführungsvorsprung (1.61), der durch die Kabelführungsoberseite bereitgestellt ist (1.6), bereitgestellt ist.
  5. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Griffstück eine Griffstückoberseite (1.9) und eine Griffstückunterseite (1.10) umfasst und einen nicht kreisförmigen Querschnitt in Form eines abgeflachten oder ovalen Querschnitts aufweist.
  6. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Griffstück ein Schild (1.11) zum Anzeigen einer Mitteilung umfasst.
  7. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Griffstück mindestens ein Anschlagelement (1.101) umfasst, das die Ruheposition des Griffstücks definiert.
  8. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch erste Verbindungsmittel in Form von ersten Schrauben (1.8), die die Verbindungsstange (1.2) und die Kabelführungen (1.6, 1.7) mit den hohlen Griffstückrohren (1.13) verbinden,
    • wobei mindestens eine erste Schraube (1.8) ein Ende der Verbindungsstange (1.2) an einer Kabelführung (1.6, 1.7) sowie an einem hohlen Griffstückrohr (1.13) befestigt und mindestens eine andere erste Schraube (1.8) das andere, gegenüberliegende Ende der Verbindungsstange (1.2) an der anderen Kabelführung (1.6, 1.7) sowie dem anderen hohlen Griffstückrohr (1.13) befestigt und
    • wobei mindestens eine erste Schraube (1.8) in ein hohles Griffstückrohr (1.13) eintritt und durch die Kabelführungsunterseite (1.7), die Verbindungsstange (1.2) und die Kabelführungsoberseite (1.6) verläuft, um aus dem hohlen Griffstückrohr (1.13) auszutreten.
  9. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jede erste Schraube (1.8) ein Anschlagelement bereitstellt, das mit einem Anschlagelement (1.101) des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) zusammenwirkt, um die Ruheposition des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) zu sichern.
  10. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, gekennzeichnet durch
    zweite Verbindungsmittel in Form von mindestens einer zweiten Schraube (1.12), die die Griffstückunterseite (1.10) mit der Griffstückoberseite (1.9) verbindet,
    • wobei zwei zweite Schrauben (1.12) in der Mitte des Griffstücks (1.9, 1.10) oder an beiden Seiten der Verbindungsstange (1.2) oder in einem Bereich mit verringertem Durchmesser der Verbindungsstange (1.2) angeordnet sind.
  11. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) ausgehend von seiner Ruheposition nur um bis zu 30 ° gedreht werden kann
    und/oder
    das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) ausgehend von seiner Ruheposition nur vorwärts gedreht werden kann.
  12. Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (1.9, 1.10) dazu ausgelegt ist, eine zusätzliche Vorrichtung in Form einer Sitzoberfläche des Stuhls, eines Sitzrahmens des Stuhls, mindestens eines Beins, mindestens einer Lehne oder mindestens eines Rads des Stuhls zu bewegen.
  13. Rollstuhl, umfassend eine Rückenlehnenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
