Description

  • L'invention concerne un emballage pour produit notamment alimentaire.
  • Elle s'applique en particulier à un emballage pour le conditionnement de plusieurs portions de produits alimentaires secs, par exemple des biscuits, des pâtisseries individuelles, des confiseries ou des produits de grignotage (pour l'anglais « snack »), ledit emballage présentant un film délimitant au moins partiellement un logement dans lequel de tels produits sont destinés à être conditionnés.
  • Les documents EP-1 886 934 , EP-1 975 081 et EP-2 177 455 décrivent des emballages dont le film comprend :
    • une découpe partielle qui est agencée de sorte à former un volet d'occultation d'une ouverture d'accès au logement, ledit volet étant entouré par une bordure formée sur ledit film ; et
    • une étiquette associée sur le volet et en périphérie sur la bordure, et présentant une zone de préhension permettant son soulèvement en entraînant le volet par rupture de la découpe afin de libérer l'ouverture d'accès.
  • Un tel agencement permet à un utilisateur d'ouvrir facilement l'emballage, notamment sans avoir à utiliser de ciseaux, ni à déchirer ledit emballage. Par ailleurs, l'étiquette peut être agencée pour pouvoir être réassociée sur la bordure et permettre la réoccultation de l'ouverture, ce qui permet de préserver la fraîcheur des produits alimentaires restant dans le logement.
  • Pour garantir l'intégrité des produits, notamment au moment de l'achat par un consommateur, il est connu d'équiper les emballages de dispositifs indiquant leur première ouverture.
  • A cet effet, les documents EP-1 886 934 et EP-2 177 455 prévoient de former par découpe dans la bordure des excroissances latérales agencées pour indiquer cette première ouverture au travers d'une zone de lecture de l'étiquette disposée en regard. En particulier, ces excroissances sont agencées, notamment par leur découpe, pour s'abaisser dans l'ouverture lors du premier soulèvement de l'étiquette, la zone de lecture étant suffisamment transparente pour permettre la visualisation de cet affaissement lorsque ladite étiquette est réassociée sur le film.
  • Toutefois, l'agencement des excroissances ne permet pas de garantir un bon affaissement. De ce fait, ces excroissances peuvent rester dans l'alignement du film même après la première ouverture, ce qui peut tromper le consommateur, et ainsi pourrait le conduire à acheter un emballage déjà ouvert.
  • Pour pallier ces inconvénients, le document EP-1 886 934 propose de réaliser en regard de la zone de lecture une inscription indicative de fermeture (pour l'anglais «SEALED»), ainsi qu'une excroissance latérale agencée pour effacer cette inscription lors de son affaissement, afin d'indiquer la première ouverture par disparition de ladite inscription.
  • Cette solution ne donne pas entière satisfaction en ce que, du fait des problèmes d'affaissement de l'excroissance, l'inscription peut rester visible même après la première ouverture de l'emballage.
  • L'invention vise à perfectionner l'art antérieur en proposant un emballage dans lequel la première ouverture est indiquée de façon simple et fiable.
  • A cet effet, l'invention propose un emballage pour produit notamment alimentaire, présentant un film délimitant au moins partiellement un logement dans lequel ledit produit est destiné à être conditionné, ledit film comprenant une découpe partielle qui est agencée de sorte à former un volet d'occultation d'une ouverture d'accès au logement, ledit volet étant entouré par une bordure formée sur ledit film, ledit film étant équipé d'une étiquette associée sur le volet et en périphérie sur la bordure, ladite étiquette présentant une zone de préhension permettant son soulèvement en entraînant le volet par rupture de la découpe afin de libérer l'ouverture d'accès, ladite étiquette étant apte à être réassociée sur la bordure pour permettre une réoccultation de ladite ouverture, la découpe formant une excroissance dans le film qui est disposée dans l'ouverture pour indiquer, au travers d'une zone de lecture de l'étiquette qui est disposée en regard, la première ouverture de l'emballage, l'excroissance présentant un support qui est raccordé à la bordure par un pont dont la dimension est réduite par rapport à celle du support afin, qu'après rupture de la découpe, le support soit en position abaissée dans l'ouverture par fléchissement dudit pont, la zone de lecture présentant une inscription positive d'ouverture de l'emballage, ladite inscription étant occultée par le support avant la première ouverture de l'emballage et visible au travers de la zone de lecture lorsque le support est en position abaissée.
  • D'autres particularités et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront dans la description qui suit, faite en référence aux figures annexées, dans lesquelles :
    • les figures 1a et 1b sont des représentations schématiques en perspective vue de dessus d'un emballage selon respectivement un mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
    • les figures 2 à 7 représentent schématiquement les étapes de la première ouverture d'un emballage selon respectivement un mode de réalisation de l'invention, respectivement avant (étape (a)) et pendant (étape (b)) le soulèvement de l'étiquette, et après la réassociation de ladite étiquette au film (étape (c)) ;
    • les figures 8a, 8b et 8c sont des représentations schématiques partielles et en vue de dessus d'un emballage selon respectivement un mode de réalisation de l'invention.
  • En relation avec ces figures, on décrit ci-dessous un emballage pour produit notamment alimentaire.
  • En particulier, l'emballage est adapté pour le conditionnement de plusieurs portions de produits alimentaires secs, par exemple des biscuits, des pâtisseries individuelles, des confiseries ou des produits de grignotage (pour l'anglais « snack »).
  • L'emballage présente un film 1 délimitant au moins partiellement un logement dans lequel de tels produits sont destinés à être conditionnés. Le film 1 peut notamment être réalisé à base d'un matériau polymérique, par exemple le polypropylène, le polyéthylène ou la cellophane.
  • De façon avantageuse, le film 1 présente une structure stratifiée qui comprend au moins une couche extérieure et une couche intérieure, les épaisseurs et/ou les matériaux respectifs desdites couches étant choisis pour leur fonction respective.
  • En particulier, la couche extérieure peut conférer la résistance mécanique à l'emballage, la couche intérieure permettant sa fermeture, notamment par soudage, mais également une bonne conservation du produit conditionné dans l'emballage tout en limitant les risques d'altération dudit produit par contact avec ladite couche intérieure.
  • Sur la figure 1a, l'emballage comprend une enveloppe 2 formée avec un film 1. En particulier, l'enveloppe 2 est formée par enroulage d'un film 1, dont les deux bords longitudinaux sont joints, notamment par soudure, suivant une dorsale disposée sur la face inférieure de ladite enveloppe (non représentée), et dont chaque bord transversal est fermé, notamment par soudure, suivant une bordure étanche 3 disposée sur respectivement une face transversale 2a de ladite enveloppe.
  • Pour protéger l'intégrité des produits alimentaires, notamment contre les risques d'écrasement, l'emballage peut comprendre une barquette 4 en matériau rigide, par exemple en carton ou en plastique, dans laquelle lesdits produits sont destinés à être conditionnés, le film 1 recouvrant au moins un côté d'accès à ladite barquette. En particulier, la barquette 4 peut être agencée pour former des compartiments disposés suivant au moins une rangée, et dans chacun desquels des produits alimentaires peuvent être conditionnés en piles, notamment s'il s'agit de biscuits ou de pâtisseries individuelles.
  • Une telle barquette 4 peut notamment être disposée à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe 2 telle que représentée sur la figure 1a, ce qui permet de rigidifier la forme de l'emballage tout en protégeant les produits alimentaires qu'il contient.
  • Sur la figure 1b, la barquette 4 forme l'extérieur de l'emballage, et le film 1 est associé sur les bords 4a de son côté d'accès, notamment par soudure ou par thermocollage.
  • Le film 1 comprend une découpe partielle 5 agencée de sorte à former un volet 6 d'occultation d'une ouverture 7 d'accès au logement, ledit volet étant entouré par une bordure 8 formée sur ledit film.
  • La découpe 5 peut notamment comprendre une ligne de découpe partielle de l'épaisseur du film 1 qui est agencée pour se rompre par déchirement lors du soulèvement du volet 6 par rapport au film 1.
  • Sur les figures 1a et 1b, la découpe partielle 5 présente une ligne ouverte formant un volet 6 sensiblement rectangulaire, ladite ligne ouverte comprenant deux portions longitudinales 5a s'étendant chacune le long de respectivement un bord longitudinal 9a de la face supérieure 1a du film 1, et une portion transversale 5b s'étendant le long d'un bord transversal 9b de ladite face supérieure. En outre, la découpe partielle 5 est agencée pour s'interrompre le long de l'autre bord transversal 9c, afin de former un pont 10 reliant le volet 6 au reste du film 1.
  • De façon avantageuse, la découpe partielle 5 comprend deux portions transversales 5c de longueur réduite s'étendant de part et d'autre du pont 10, afin de faciliter le pliage du volet 6 selon ledit pont lors de son soulèvement, et ainsi d'améliorer la libération de l'ouverture 7 pour un meilleur accès aux produits conditionnés.
  • Le film 1 est équipé d'une étiquette 11 associée sur le volet 6 et en périphérie sur la bordure 8, ladite étiquette présentant une zone de préhension 12, notamment sous la forme d'une languette, pour permettre son soulèvement en entraînant le volet 6 par rupture de la découpe 5 afin de libérer l'ouverture d'accès 7. En particulier, lorsque l'emballage comprend une barquette rigide 4, la portion 1a de film 1 pourvue de l'étiquette 11 recouvre le côté d'accès à ladite barquette.
  • L'étiquette 11 peut être associée au volet 6 au moyen d'un adhésif suffisamment résistant pour entraîner le soulèvement conjoint de ladite étiquette et dudit volet lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage.
  • Sur les figures 1a et 1b, l'étiquette 11 présente une forme rectangulaire qui s'étend sur la majeure partie de la face supérieure 1a du film 1, ainsi qu'une languette 12 de préhension disposée en regard du bord transversal 9b opposé au pont 10 du volet 6. En particulier, la languette 12 peut présenter une inscription 12a pour indiquer sa fonction au consommateur, notamment sous la forme d'une flèche dirigée dans le sens de la traction à exercer sur ladite languette pour ouvrir l'emballage.
  • Sur les figures 8a, 8b et 8c, l'étiquette 11 s'étend sur une partie réduite, notamment la moitié de la face supérieure 1a du film 1. En particulier :
    • sur les figures 8a et 8b, l'étiquette 11 présente une forme rectangulaire, ainsi qu'une languette 12 de préhension disposée en regard d'un bord transversal 9b (figure 8b) ou longitudinal 9a (figure 8a) de la face supérieure 1a ;
    • sur la figure 8c, l'étiquette 11 présente une forme triangulaire, ainsi qu'une languette 12 de préhension disposée en regard d'un coin 9d de la face supérieure 1a.
  • Pour préserver la fraîcheur des produits restant dans l'emballage, l'étiquette 11 est apte à être réassociée sur la bordure 8 pour permettre une réoccultation de l'ouverture 7.
  • Pour ce faire, l'étiquette 11 peut être associée à la bordure 8 au moyen d'un adhésif repositionnable. En particulier, l'adhésif repositionnable peut être identique à l'adhésif utilisé pour associer ladite étiquette au volet 6, ce qui permet de faciliter la fabrication de l'emballage.
  • Pour éviter au consommateur d'acheter un emballage ayant déjà été ouvert, la découpe partielle 5 forme une excroissance 13 dans le film 1 qui est disposée dans l'ouverture 7 pour indiquer, au travers d'une zone de lecture 12b de l'étiquette 11 qui est disposée en regard, la première ouverture dudit emballage.
  • L'étiquette 11 comprend au moins une zone 12b réalisée en un matériau transparent, afin de former la zone de lecture. En particulier, pour faciliter la fabrication de l'emballage, l'étiquette peut être intégralement réalisée en un tel matériau transparent, puis recouverte d'impressions en dehors de la zone de lecture 12b, par exemple pour indiquer :
    • des informations sur le produit conditionné dans l'emballage, telles que sa nature, sa quantité, son logo ou sa marque commerciale, ses ingrédients, ou encore sa date limite de consommation (DLC) ou d'utilisation optimale (DLUO) ; et/ou
    • d'autres informations, notamment le logo et/ou la marque du fabriquant du produit, ou encore des informations à caractère commercial.
  • L'excroissance 13 présente un support 13a qui est raccordé à la bordure 8 par un pont 13b dont la dimension est réduite par rapport à celle du support 13a afin, qu'après rupture de la découpe 5, le support 13a soit en position abaissée dans l'ouverture 7 par fléchissement dudit pont.
  • Pour ce faire, le pont 13b peut présenter une largeur au moins deux fois inférieure à la largeur maximale du support 13a, afin de fléchir de façon suffisamment importante pour abaisser franchement ledit support, et ainsi améliorer la visibilité dudit abaissement au travers de la zone de lecture 12b. Toutefois, la largeur du pont 13b doit être suffisamment importante pour éviter son déchirement lors de la première ouverture, par exemple en étant au moins égale à 3 mm. Sur les figures, le pont 13b présente une forme parallélépipédique.
  • Par ailleurs, le support 13a présente une forme adaptée, notamment en largeur et/ou en longueur, pour permettre un bon affaissement de son extrémité libre. Pour ce faire, le support peut notamment présenter une forme ovoïde (figures 1a, 1b, 2, 3) ou être désaxé par rapport au pont 13b (figures 4 à 7).
  • De façon avantageuse, le support 13a s'étend dans la continuité de la zone 12 de préhension de l'étiquette, ce qui lui permet d'être désolidarisé de ladite étiquette dès le début de son soulèvement, et donc d'indiquer la première ouverture de l'emballage même en cas de soulèvement partiel de ladite étiquette. Sur les figures 1a, 1b et 2 à 7, le support 13a est formé par la portion transversale 5b de la découpe 5.
  • La zone de lecture 13b présente une inscription positive 14 d'ouverture de l'emballage, ladite inscription étant occultée par le support 13a avant la première ouverture dudit emballage, et visible au travers de la zone de lecture 12b lorsque le support 13a est en position abaissée. Ainsi, on indique la première ouverture de l'emballage de façon plus claire et plus ergonomique pour le consommateur.
  • En particulier, l'inscription 14 est agencée pour être disposée au centre du support 13a, ce qui permet d'améliorer sa visibilité par le consommateur après l'affaissement dudit support.
  • L'inscription 14 peut comprendre le mot « OPEN », comme sur les figures 2, 3, 6 et 7, ou son équivalent linguistique et/ou sémantique, notamment le mot français « OUVERT », afin de d'indiquer de façon explicite l'ouverture de l'emballage.
  • Sur les figures 4 et 5, l'inscription 14 comprend un point d'exclamation disposé en regard du centre d'un support 13a de forme triangulaire, de sorte que, lors de la première ouverture de l'emballage, l'affaissement dudit support provoque l'apparition au travers de la zone de lecture 12b d'une figure semblable à un panneau routier indicateur de danger, ce qui constitue un symbole particulièrement compréhensible pour le consommateur.
  • Sur les figures 2, 4 et 6, l'inscription 14 est réalisée par impression sur la zone de lecture 12b, ladite impression étant agencée pour être invisible sur le support 13a. Pour ce faire, l'impression formant l'inscription 14 peut être réalisée dans des tons identiques à ceux de la portion de film 1 formant le support 13a.
  • Sur les figures 3, 5 et 7, l'inscription 14 est réalisée par une découpe partielle du support 13a, ladite inscription restant associée à la zone de lecture 12b lors de la première ouverture de l'emballage. Pour ce faire, l'inscription 14 peut comprendre au moins un motif formé par des découpes en ligne fermée dans le support 13a, notamment une lettre (figures 3, 7) ou un symbole sémantique (figure 5), afin de faciliter la dissociation dudit motif du support 13a lors du soulèvement de l'étiquette 11.

Claims (15)

  1. Emballage pour produit notamment alimentaire, présentant un film (1) délimitant au moins partiellement un logement dans lequel ledit produit est destiné à être conditionné, ledit film comprenant une découpe partielle (5) qui est agencée de sorte à former un volet (6) d'occultation d'une ouverture (7) d'accès au logement, ledit volet étant entouré par une bordure (8) formée sur ledit film, ledit film étant équipé d'une étiquette (11) associée sur le volet (6) et en périphérie sur la bordure (8), ladite étiquette présentant une zone (12) de préhension permettant son soulèvement en entraînant le volet (6) par rupture de la découpe (5) afin de libérer l'ouverture d'accès (7), ladite étiquette étant apte à être réassociée sur la bordure (8) pour permettre une réoccultation de ladite ouverture, la découpe (5) formant une excroissance (13) dans le film (1) qui est disposée dans l'ouverture (7) pour indiquer, au travers d'une zone (12b) de lecture de l'étiquette (11) qui est disposée en regard, la première ouverture de l'emballage, ledit emballage étant caractérisé en ce que l'excroissance (13) présente un support (13a) qui est raccordé à la bordure (8) par un pont (13b) dont la dimension est réduite par rapport à celle du support (13a) afin, qu'après rupture de la découpe (5), le support (13a) soit en position abaissée dans l'ouverture (7) par fléchissement dudit pont, la zone de lecture (12b) présentant une inscription positive (14) d'ouverture de l'emballage, ladite inscription étant occultée par le support (13a) avant la première ouverture de l'emballage et visible au travers de la zone de lecture (12b) lorsque le support (13a) est en position abaissée.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'inscription (14) comprend le mot OPEN ou son équivalent linguistique et/ou sémantique.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'inscription (14) est réalisée par une découpe partielle du support (13a), ladite inscription restant associée à la zone de lecture (12b) lors de la première ouverture de l'emballage.
  4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'inscription (14) est réalisée par impression sur la zone de lecture (12b), ladite impression étant agencée pour être invisible sur le support (13a).
  5. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le pont (13b) présente une largeur au moins deux fois inférieure à la largeur maximale du support (13a).
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (13a) présente une forme ovoïde.
  7. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le pont (13b) présente une forme parallélépipédique.
  8. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le support (13a) est désaxé par rapport au pont (13b).
  9. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (11) est associée à la bordure (8) au moyen d'un adhésif repositionnable.
  10. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (11) est associée au volet (6) au moyen d'un adhésif suffisamment résistant pour entrainer le soulèvement conjoint de ladite étiquette et dudit volet lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage.
  11. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le support (13a) s'étend dans la continuité de la zone de préhension (12) de l'étiquette (11).
  12. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une barquette (4) dans laquelle le produit est destiné à être conditionné, le film (1) pourvu de l'étiquette (11) recouvrant au moins un côté d'accès à ladite barquette.
  13. Emballage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le film (1) est associé sur les bords (4a) du côté d'accès de la barquette (4).
  14. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une enveloppe (2) formée avec un film (1) dont au moins un côté est pourvu de l'étiquette (11).
  15. Emballage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) est formée par enroulage d'un film (1), dont les deux bords longitudinaux sont joints suivant une dorsale disposée sur la face inférieure de ladite enveloppe, et dont chaque bord transversal est fermé suivant une bordure étanche (3) disposée sur respectivement une face transversale (2a) de ladite enveloppe.
