Claims (9)
- Tragbare Vorrichtung (1) zum Testen einer mechanischen Uhr, die dazu ausgelegt ist, in die Hand genommen und in physischem Kontakt mit dem Gehäuse einer mechanischen Uhr gehalten zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:- ein Kontaktmikrofon, umfassend ein Kontaktteil (10) und ein piezoelektrisches Element (20), um die Geräusche der Impulse einzufangen, die von dem Uhrwerk der Uhr erzeugt werden, wenn das Kontaktteil (10) in physischem Kontakt mit dem Gehäuse der Uhr gehalten wird,- einen Mikroprozessor (43), der dazu ausgelegt ist, auf der Basis des von dem Mikrofon erzeugten Signals die Werte von einem oder mehreren Parametern zu berechnen, die die Funktionsweise des Uhrwerks der Uhr charakterisieren, sowie einen Speicher (45), um die Werte zu speichern,- einen Bildschirm (6), der dazu ausgelegt ist, mindestens die Werte anzuzeigen,- eine Stromquelle (26), um mindestens den Mikroprozessor (43), den Speicher (45) und den Bildschirm (6) zu versorgen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) ein äußeres Gehäuse (31), eine Armatur (14) im Inneren des äußeren Gehäuses aufweist und wobei das Kontaktteil (10) eine gekrümmte äußere Oberfläche (5) aufweist und dazu ausgelegt ist, mit dem Gehäuse der Uhr in Kontakt versetzt zu sein, wobei das Kontaktteil (10) derart an der Armatur (14) anliegt, dass die gekrümmte Oberfläche (5) mindestens teilweise aus dem äußeren Gehäuse (31) heraustritt, wenn die Vorrichtung nicht verwendet wird, wobei die Krümmung der Kontaktoberfläche (5) und die Härte des Oberflächenmaterials derart sind, dass sich die Kontaktzone zwischen der Oberfläche (5) und dem Gehäuse im Wesentlichen auf einen Punkt beschränkt, gemessen im Verhältnis zu den mittleren Abmessungen der Uhr.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kontaktteil (10) an einer starren Oberfläche der Armatur (14) mit einem federnden Element (15) anliegt, das zwischen dem Kontaktteil (10) und der starren Oberfläche installiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei der Mikroprozessor (43) und der Speicher (45) auf einer Platine (22) angebracht sind, die in der Armatur (14) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Armatur (14) und mindestens ein Abschnitt des äußeren Gehäuses (31) eine runde Zylinderform haben, wobei das Kontaktteil (10) ein rundes Teil ist, das aus dem Gehäuse (31) auf einer Seite des Gehäuses heraustritt und wobei der Bildschirm (6) auf einer anderen Seite des Gehäuses angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das äußere Gehäuse (31) die Form einer Uhrmacherlupe hat, die einen zylindrischen Abschnitt (2) und einen Abschnitt (3) umfasst, der sich zu einem Querschnitt (4) erweitert, der breiter als der zylindrische Abschnitt (2) ist, und wobei der Bildschirm (6) in dem breiten Querschnitt (4) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bildschirm (6) ein berührungsempfindlicher Bildschirm ist.
- Methode zum Testen einer mechanischen Uhr in aufgezogenem Zustand, die eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche verwendet, wobei die Methode umfasst:- das Erfassen des von dem Mikrofon während eines Messzeitraums erzeugten Signals, bei dem die Vorrichtung (1) mit dem Gehäuse der Uhr im Kontakt gehalten wird, wobei das Signal eine Sequenz von "Tick"- und "Tack"-Impulsen darstellt, die von dem Uhrwerk der Uhr erzeugt werden,- das Speichern, am Ende des Messzeitraums, des Wertes mindestens eines Parameters, der die Funktionsweise des Uhrwerks der Uhr charakterisiert,- das Wiederholen der vorangehenden Schritte in bestimmen Intervallen.
- Methode nach Anspruch 7, wobei die gespeicherten Werte einen oder mehrere der folgenden Werte umfassen:- die Frequenz der "Tick"-Impulse und die Frequenz der "Tack"-Impulse,- den Gangzustand,- den Bezug,- die Bewegungsamplitude,- den Uhrwerkstyp.
- Methode nach Anspruch 8, umfassend das Speichern der Amplitude des Uhrwerks und wobei die Berechnung der Amplitude auf der Summe (50) der Signale basiert, die mit den "Tick"-Impulsen verbunden sind, und auf der Summe (51) der Signale, die mit den "Tack"-Impulsen verbunden sind, während des Messzeitraums.
