Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Detektion von Artikeln der Tabakindustrie mit zumindest teilweise metallischer Beschichtung, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:- Formen eines durchgehenden Stabs (B) aus Material der Tabakindustrie, wobei der durchgehende Stab (B) durch ein Halbfertigerzeugnis (12) der Tabakindustrie definiert ist, das in ein Rohr eingewickelt ist, definiert durch eine Bahn aus Einwickelmaterial;- Detektieren von mindestens einer Eigenschaft eines Abschnitts des durchgehenden Stabs (B) mit einem elektromagnetischen Detektor, wobei der Schritt zum Detektieren durchgeführt wird, nachdem die Bahn aus Einwickelmaterial (11) vollständig rund um das Halbfertigerzeugnis (12) gewickelt wurde;- nach dem Schritt zum Detektieren, Anbringen einer mindestens teilweise metallischen oder metallisierten Beschichtung auf dem durchgehenden Stab (B), sodass ein durchgehender Stab (B) hergestellt wird, der ungeeignet für die Verbrennung ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der elektromagnetische Detektor (21) ausgelegt ist, um mindestens eine Eigenschaft des durchgehenden Stabs (B) zu detektieren, die aus Folgendem ausgewählt ist: Gewicht, Feuchtigkeit, Dichte.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Halbfertigerzeugnis (12) aus Folgendem ausgewählt ist: eine Tabakfasermasse, ein Filtermaterialstrom, eine einheitliche oder nicht einheitliche Abfolge von Filtermaterialsegmenten, ein Aerosol- oder Aromaerzeugendes Material, ein Strom aus homogenisiertem oder regeneriertem Tabak.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der elektromagnetische Detektor (21) ein Mikrowellendetektor ist, wobei der Mikrowellendetektor vorzugsweise ausgelegt ist, um zwischen 109 und 1012 Hz zu arbeiten.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend nach dem Schritt zum Detektieren einen Schritt zum Trennen des durchgehenden Stabs (B) in eine Vielzahl von Segmenten des durchgehenden Stabs (B) und den Schritt zum Anbringen einer mindestens teilweise metallischen oder metallisierten Beschichtung auf dem durchgehenden Stab (B), der durchgeführt wird, indem die Beschichtung auf jedem Segment des durchgehenden Stabs (B) angebracht wird.
- Maschine zur Herstellung eines durchgehenden Stabs (B) der Tabakindustrie, umfassend:- eine Formungsstation (10), die ausgelegt ist, um eine Bahn aus Einwickelmaterial (11) von Mitteln zum Zuführen der Bahn aus Einwickelmaterial (11) und ein Halbfertigerzeugnis (12) der Tabakindustrie von Mitteln zum Zuführen des Halbfertigerzeugnisses (12) zu empfangen, wobei die Station einen Formungsbalken (13) umfasst, auf dem das Halbfertigerzeugnis (12) auf der Bahn aus Einwickelmaterial (11) platziert wird, und wobei die Formungsstation (10) ausgelegt ist, um die Bahn aus Einwickelmaterial (11) rund um das Halbfertigerzeugnis (12) zu wickeln, um einen durchgehenden Stab (B) aus Material der Tabakindustrie zu formen;- eine Detektionsstation (20), die nach dem Formungsbalken angeordnet ist und mindestens einen elektromagnetischen Detektor (21) umfasst, um eine oder mehrere Eigenschaften des durchgehenden Stabs (B) zu erfassen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Bearbeitungsstation (30) umfasst, die ausgelegt ist, um eine mindestens teilweise metallische oder metallisierte Beschichtung auf dem durchgehenden Stab (B) anzubringen, wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (30) nach der Detektionsstation (20) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (30) dazu bestimmt ist, eine Bahn eines mindestens teilweise metallischen oder metallisierten Umhüllungsmaterials (31) von Mitteln zum Zuführen der Bahn aus Umhüllungsmaterial (31) und den durchgehenden Stab (B) von der Detektionsstation (20) zu empfangen, wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (30) einen Formungsbalken (32) umfasst, auf dem der durchgehenden Stab (B) auf der Bahn aus Umhüllungsmaterial (31) platziert ist, wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (30) ausgelegt ist, um den durchgehenden Stab (B) stufenweise in die Bahn aus Umhüllungsmaterial (31) einzuwickeln.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (30) eine Sprühstation ist, die ausgelegt ist, um einen mindestens teilweise metallischen oder metallisierten Lack auf den durchgehenden Stab (B) zu sprühen, um diesen zumindest teilweise zu beschichten.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (30) unmittelbar nach der Detektionsstation (20) angeordnet ist, d. h., ohne dass andere Bearbeitungseinheiten zwischen ihnen eingesetzt sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei die Detektionsstation (20) unmittelbar nach der Formungsstation (10) angeordnet ist, d. h., ohne dass andere Bearbeitungseinheiten zwischen ihnen eingesetzt sind.
