Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de porte (1) destiné à être monté dans ou au niveau d'une ouverture murale (2) d'un mur (3), ce dispositif de porte (1) comprenant
    - un cadre de porte (8) avec au moins une partie longitudinale (10) et une partie transversale (9),
    - au mains un battant de porte (4), cet au mains un battant de porte (4) définissant un premier plan de battant de porte (6) et un deuxième plan de battant de porte (7) distant de celui-ci d'une épaisseur de battant de porte (5), et étant délimite, sur sa périphérie, par une première face frontale longitudinale (25), une deuxième face frontale longitudinale (26), une première face frontale transversale (27) et une deuxième face frontale transversale (28),
    - une unité de pivotement (11), cette unité de pivotement (11) logeant de manière pivotante l'au moins un battant de porte (4) au niveau d'au moins une partie longitudinale (10) du cadre de porte (8) et le battant de porte (4) peut être pivoté le long d'une course de pivotement entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture et inversement,
    - au mains une unité de réglage (13) comprenant
    - un dispositif d'entraînement (14) avec un moyen d'entraînement (15) et avec un élément d'entraînement (16), dans lequel l'élément d'entraînement (16) définit un axe d'entraînement (17) et est en liaison d' entraînement avec le moyen d'entraînement (15) et dans lequel le moyen d'entraînement (15) applique, le long d'au moins une partie de la course de pivotement du battant de porte (4), au moins un couple d'accélération autour de l'axe d' entraînement (17) de l' élément d'entraînement (16),
    - un organe de guidage (18),
    - un élément de glissement (19), cet élément de glissement (19) étant guide dans l'organe de guidage (18) de manière coulissante longitudinalement et
    - un levier de réglage (20), ce levier de réglage (20) comprenant une première extrémité de levier (21) et une deuxième extrémité de levier (22), distante de celle-ci, dans lequel la première extrémité de levier (21) et la deuxième extrémité de levier (16) sont reliées de manière solidaire en rotation entre elles et l'élément de glissement (19) est dispose au niveau de la deuxième extrémité de levier (22) à un point d'articulation (23) sur le levier de réglage (20),
    dans lequel l'unité de réglage (13) est disposée, côté unité de pivotement, aussi bien sur le battant de porte (4) que sur le cadre de porte (8) et dans lequel le dispositif d'entraînement (14) est dispose dans une ouverture de logement (29) dans le battant de porte (4) et l'organe de guidage (18) est dispose sur le cadre de porte (8),
    dans lequel l'ouverture de logement (29) pour le dispositif d'entraînement (14) est conçue de façon à s'étendre de la première face frontale longitudinale (25), qui se trouve côté unité de pivotement, en direction de la deuxième face frontale longitudinale (26) se trouvant en face, et
    dans lequel l'axe d'entraînement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (16) est dispose à proximité immédiate de la première face frontale longitudinale (25) du battant de porte (4).
  2. Dispositif de porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l' ouverture de logement (29) est disposée en direction de I' épaisseur du battant de porte (5) à l'intérieur des deux plans de battants de porte (6, 7).
  3. Dispositif de porte (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l' ouverture de logement (29) présente la forme d'une rainure et s'étend jusqu'à la face frontale transversale supérieure (27) du battant de porte (4).
  4. Dispositif de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'entraînement (17) présente une orientation parallèle par rapport à un axe de pivotement (12) défini par l'unité de pivotement (11) et l'axe d'entraînement (17) est disposée de façon à s' étendre dans un plan perpendiculaire, vu par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (12), immédiatement à proximité de l'axe de pivotement (12).
  5. Dispositif de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de pivotement (11) comprend plusieurs charnières de porte conçues chacune de manière multiaxiale.
  6. Dispositif de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de rigidification (31) est dispose ou réalise sur le levier de réglage (20), cet au moins un élément de rigidification (31) s'étendant dans la direction de l'extension longitudinale du levier de réglage (20).
  7. Dispositif de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le levier de réglage (20) est loge dans un interstice entre la première face frontale transversale supérieure (27) du battant de porte (4) et la partie transversale (9) du cadre de porte (8).
  8. Dispositif de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une cavité de logement (30) est réalisée dans la première face frontale transversale supérieure (27) du battant de porte (4) pour le logement du levier de réglage (20).
