Definitions
- the present invention relates to a knitted part, in particular to a compressive knitted part with an adhesive effect, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Knitted parts of this type are used, in particular for the formation of leg clothing, for medical use and/or for use in sporting activities. These compressive garments are used to apply pressure to a patient's body in a targeted manner. The pressure exerted on a patient's body is called compression.
- the aim of compression stockings for example, in particular in the form of leggings with or without hand or foot sections for medical use, is, among other things, to relieve a patient's damaged venous and/or lymphatic system.
- the pressure applied prevents increasing swelling of the limbs, improves the evacuation of venous blood and lymph and increases blood supply. When using compression stockings in sports, they increase performance and improve regeneration.
- these compressive knitted parts are preferably knitted flat or circularly using a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine having a front and a rear needle bed.
- the knitted parts are knitted from at least one stitch-forming knitting thread and an inserted elastic weft thread.
- the standard RAL-GZ 387 of the Quality Mark Association exists for the production, in particular for the measurement and quality assurance, of compressive arm or leg stockings for medical use.
- the RAL test regulations show how the pressure of a compression stocking on a leg is to be determined. Testing on the HOSY measuring device (Hohenstein Institute) is suggested as a measuring device, in particular a compression test device.
- the test is carried out by measuring the tension force in the several measuring points, which varies depending on the respective extensibility of the knitted fabric, i.e. depending on the elasticity of the knitted fabric.
- the compression is calculated from the clamping force. This means that the more elasticity a knitted fabric has in the transverse direction of the knitted fabric, the lower the compression exerted on the patient by the knitted fabric. On the other hand, the lower the elasticity of the knitted part, the higher the compression exerted on the patient.
- a large number of compressive knitted parts, in particular in the form of arm or leg stockings, are known from the prior art.
- a textile fabric with an anti-slip effect, in particular for use in bandages or compression stockings, is, for example, from EP 2 886 691 B1 known.
- This well-known textile fabric which is a flat knitted fabric made with a double formation, is produced using two thread systems which are connected to one another by forming stitches with a stitch head and two stitch legs leading to the stitch head.
- An anti-slip effect is given to the fabric by the fact that a silicone thread is knitted into the textile fabric to form a stitch, namely in such a way that the silicone thread forms basic knitting stitches and is therefore essentially only exposed on the surface of the textile fabric in the area of its loop legs.
- the silicone thread occurs only in the area of the loop legs on the surface of the fabric or protrudes from it.
- a major part of the silicone mesh is inside the knitted fabric.
- a disadvantage of the design of the textile fabric known from this prior art is the reduced adhesive effect. Due to the fact that the adhesive silicone thread knitted into the textile fabric to form a stitch only protrudes from the knitted fabric surface on its loop legs, there are only very few adhesive sections on the fabric. The predominant part of the silicone thread, namely the stitch heads and stitch feet, is present inside the knitted fabric, ie neither on the inside nor on the outside of the knitted fabric. This proportion of the knitted-in silicone thread, in particular the stitches formed in each case, has no effect on the adhesive properties of the knitted fabric. On the contrary, this proportion reduces the breathability of the knitted fabric, which in turn can lead to increased perspiration in the wearer of the garment.
- a further disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the formation of the basic knitted fabric as a flat knitted fabric, in particular using the silicone thread to form basic knitted stitches. Due to the formation of the fabric as a flat knitted fabric, in particular as a two-layer knitted fabric, the silicone thread only occurs a surface of the fabric. An anti-slip effect is therefore only given on one side of the knitted fabric. For knitted fabrics or compressive items of clothing, however, where a slip-resistant effect is to be provided on both sides of the fabric, this prior art does not provide any proposed solution.
- a textile fabric in particular a knitted fabric, known, which has an inside and outside, on each of which in turn Adhesive portions are provided to create an adhesive effect simultaneously between the support of the fabric and the fabric itself and between the fabric and an external surface.
- the adhesive sections are made of a sticky and structured material.
- it is proposed to knit the entire textile fabric from several adhesive yarns, or to partially knit in these yarns with adhesive properties, in particular on a basic knitted fabric, i.e. plating onto a basic knitted stitch.
- at least two adhesive yarns are used, which only protrude on one side.
- Adhesive yarns lead to increased production times and production costs.
- Another disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the lack of a connection between the adhesive sections on one side, in particular the inside, of the fabric with the adhesive sections on the other side, in particular the outside, of the fabric.
- the opposite adhesive sections are not direct connected to each other, so that the opposing adhesion sections are mutually displaceable when subjected to a load by the wearer, in particular by the generation of shearing forces. A secure hold in the residual limb cannot be guaranteed.
- a knitted fabric in particular in the form of a stocking, with an anti-slip effect is known.
- the stocking has an integrated gripper yarn in the sole area.
- the adhesive yarn is also plated there on a basic knitting thread.
- Another disadvantage of this embodiment of the knitted fabric known from this prior art is that by plating the adhesive yarn onto a basic knitting thread, the adhesive yarn itself is only attached in the region of the stitch heads formed the fabric surface is exposed. This only achieves an average adhesive effect.
- a sock which has plush sections knitted into the sole area, in particular in the form of ribs.
- an additional moisture-transporting yarn is locally knitted into a basic knit.
- the additional yarn preferably forms plush loops, as a result of which it stands out more strongly on the knitted surface.
- this improves the moisture transport properties of the knitted fabric.
- the formation of ribs also "captures" the skin of the sole of the foot between adjacent ribs, so that the frictional connection between the sock and the foot is increased.
- Another disadvantage of this configuration of the knitted fabric known from this prior art is that only an average anti-slip effect is achieved.
- the yarn itself which is formed from polyester fibers and transports moisture, does not have any particular adhesive effect.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a compressive knitted part which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular significantly improves the adhesive effect of the knitted part.
- the hold of the knitted fabric on the wearer should be improved while at the same time increasing the adhesion to an external surface.
- this consists of at least one stitch-forming basic knitting thread, at least one inserted and/or knitted elastic weft thread, and at least one plush thread that forms plush loops and is plated at least in sections on the basic knitting thread, with the at least one plush thread being an adhesive thread in order to hold the compressive knitted part to give an anti-slip effect, and wherein the
- Adhesive thread is a silicone, elastane or rubber thread.
- the adhesive thread particularly preferably has a thread core, preferably made of elastane or polyamide, the thread core being coated or wound with silicone, elastane and/or rubber.
- the thread is also preferably provided with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, coating or wrapped with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, binding thread.
- a binding thread or coating reduces the friction of the otherwise adhesive silicone material during the knitting process, in particular on the stitch-forming elements (needle, thread guide, etc.) and the thread feed.
- the knitted part is preferably washed so that the water-soluble binding thread or the coating dissolves and the adhesive properties of the silicone thread or silicone coating come into full effect.
- a second plush loop-forming plush thread preferably made of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene or natural fibers, is plated at least in sections on the base knit thread of the compressive knitted part.
- the first plush loops formed by the adhesive thread and the second plush loops formed by the second plush thread are particularly preferably of different heights.
- the sections with the plush threads forming the plush loops preferably overlap at least partially, so that a multi-layer structure is created.
- the basic knitting thread knitted to form a stitch forms a first layer or basic knitting level.
- a second layer or first plush level, in particular for padding, is formed by the plush thread forming the plush loop.
- a third layer, in particular an adhesive layer, is formed by the adhesive thread forming the plush loop, the loops of the adhesive thread being longer than those of the second plush thread.
- the plush loops formed by the adhesive thread extend through the basic knitted fabric, so that the adhesive thread protrudes on both sides of the knitted fabric.
- the stitch heads and stitch feet are preferably exposed on one side of the knitted fabric and the associated stitch legs on the other side of the knitted fabric.
- the plush handles, formed by the stitch heads and parts of the stitch legs are formed at different heights.
- the adhesive thread is introduced into the base knit in a locally limited manner to form one or more anti-slip elements.
- the one or more anti-slip elements preferably each have an extension in the longitudinal and/or circumferential direction of the knitted fabric of between 1 and 2 cm, but no more than 3 cm.
- the adhesive thread is preferably only partially knitted in in the circumferential direction, forming at least one plush handle within a row of stitches.
- the adhesive thread can be knitted into the base fabric in sections.
- the adhesive thread is knitted in in the at least one section, preferably forming plush loops in some areas and only backed or plated in some areas in the basic knit without forming plush loops, in order to form several anti-slip elements arranged next to one another.
- the compressive knitted part according to the previous exemplary embodiments is preferably designed as a stocking, in particular as an arm or leg stump, sock, leg warmer, arm warmer, leggings or trousers, bandage, or as a knitted part of an orthosis. It is particularly preferably designed as a compressive knitted part, with the compression intensity decreasing or increasing in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric, in particular from the ankle in the direction of the calf muscles.
- the at least one adhesive thread forming the plush loops is knitted into the knitted fabric in such a way that the plush loops when the knitted fabric (1) is being worn are in the area of the sole of the foot, in particular only in the area of the Heel (X), toes (X) and/or the ball of the foot (X) are arranged on the inside and/or outside of the knitted fabric.
- the compressive pressures generated by the knitted part in an ankle area of the leg garment are preferably between 10 and 40 mmHg, in the calf area preferably between 5 and 30 mmHg and in a metatarsal area preferably between 10 and 30 mmHg.
- the present leg garment is characterized by a number of significant advantages.
- the compressive knitted part By designing the compressive knitted part with a plush thread forming a plush loop that is plated at least in sections on a basic knitted thread, which is a silicone, elastane or rubber thread, the adhesive property of the knitted part is significantly increased.
- the formation of plush loops, which consist of the loop heads and large parts of the loop loops, with such an adhesive thread means that significantly more non-slip and/or adhesive material is arranged above the base knit surface than is known from the prior art, see above that the knitted part is given a much better anti-slip effect.
- the adhesive sections are formed on both sides of the knitted part, which are directly connected to one another, i.e. are formed in one piece and extend through the knitted part, so that when the wearer applies a load, the opposing adhesive sections directly transmit the applied shearing forces without the opposing adhesive sections being displaced relative to one another, whereby slipping of the wearer relative to the knitted part can be completely avoided, which is also a significant advantage.
- a further advantage of the invention is the cost-effective production of one or more anti-slip sections, in particular on two opposite surfaces of a knitted part.
- the design of the one or more adhesive sections according to the invention in particular the way in which the adhesive thread is integrated into the basic knitted fabric, makes it possible for the majority of the adhesive thread, namely the stitch heads and stitch feet formed by the thread, as well as large parts the loop leg, on the inside of the knitted fabric or on the outside of the knitted fabric is arranged so that it is freely accessible.
- there is significantly less material inside the knitted fabric so that increased perspiration in the wearer of the garment due to reduced breathability of the knitted part can be avoided.
- FIG 1 is an embodiment of a leg stocking 9, consisting of a compressive knitted part according to the invention, shown in side view.
- the stocking 9, in particular a sports stocking consists of at least a first and second knitted section 18, 19, preferably knitted using a circular knitting machine.
- the compressive pressures generated by the stocking are preferably between 10 and 40 mmHg in an ankle area 14 of the leg garment, between 5 and 30 mmHg in the calf area 15 and in a metatarsal area 16 between 10 and 30 mmHg.
- the values are measured using the measurement methodology and measuring device presented at the beginning, in particular using the test on the HOSY measuring device (Hohenstein Institute).
- the stocking 9 has a first padding 21 which, viewed in the circumferential direction, preferably only extends between the two muscle heads of the calf muscles without overlapping them.
- the at least one padding 21 also extends at least partially along the Achilles tendon in the direction of the heel 11 when the stocking 9 is in the worn state.
- the stocking 9 also has a foot part 19 .
- This foot part 19 preferably includes additional padding 22 for the toe area 12, the ball of the foot 13, the heel 11 and the sole of the foot 10.
- the padding 22 extends from the sole 10 to the sides of the foot part 19.
- the padding 22 can also be arranged only in individual sections of the aforementioned areas.
- the plurality of pads 21 and 22 are each through a knitted portion in the knitted fabric formed, which differs in terms of its type of binding from a bordering on the padding 21, 22 area of the basic knitted fabric.
- the several paddings 21, 22 are preferably designed as plush, in particular sandwich plush.
- the stocking 9 has a gradual compression profile in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric.
- the compression strength decreases from the lower end in the direction of the calf muscles.
- the gradual course of pressure is determined by the manner in which a weft thread 3 is inserted, in particular by the number of consecutive rows of stitches in which the weft thread 3 is inserted.
- the knitted fabric according to the invention it is of course possible for the knitted fabric according to the invention to be in the form of an arm stump, a sock, a bandage or a knitted part of an orthosis.
- an adhesive thread is knitted into the compressive knitted fabric.
- the adhesive thread is plated onto at least one basic knitting thread, forming plush loops at least in sections.
- the plush handles formed in this way or the so-called adhesive plush form a further knitted fabric level above the basic knitted fabric on the inside and/or outside of the compressive knitted part.
- the adhesive plush has a higher coefficient of friction than the rest of the knitted fabric.
- the adhesive thread is preferably a silicone thread or a thread which also has an adhesive, preferably slightly sticky, adhesive, and in any case anti-slip surface.
- the knitted part or in this exemplary embodiment the leg stocking 9 is thus partially, ie in sections, attached to the inside and/or outside of an adhesive layer. According to this first exemplary embodiment, these are particularly preferably located on the inside in the region of the collar 20 and on the inside and outside in the sole area 10. Anti-slip elements 8 are therefore formed.
- the manner in which the adhesive thread is integrated into the basic knitted fabric in these areas according to this exemplary embodiment of the leg stocking 9 is shown in the stitch patterns according to FIGS Figures 2 to 4 shown and described as follows. First, in figure 2 a first simple embodiment of the compressive knitted part 1 according to the invention in the form of a stitch pattern is explained in detail.
- the stitch pattern according to figure 2 shows a compressive knitted part 1 consisting of a basic knitting thread 2, which is knitted to form a stitch over several knitting rows R1 to R4 and wales M1 to M7.
- At least one compression weft thread 3 is inserted into the basic knitting stitches.
- the highly elastic weft thread 3 is in every second row of stitches inserted.
- this can be configured as desired. It can also be inlaid in every row of stitches or in every nth row of stitches.
- the weft thread 3 can also be knitted in sections in one or more wales to form a stitch.
- the stitch pattern shows an adhesive thread 4 that forms at least partially plated plush loops on the basic knitting thread 2. According to this exemplary embodiment, this is present in every row of stitches.
- This thread 4 can also only be knitted into the knitted fabric 1 in any row of stitches and only in sections, ie partially and not circumferentially, seen in the circumferential direction.
- the adhesive thread 4 is shown next to the basic knitting thread 2, but this is only for the purpose of illustration. According to the technical integration, namely by plating the adhesive thread 4 onto the basic knitting thread 2, the adhesive thread 4 is essentially in front of or behind the basic knitting thread 2 when the knitted fabric 1 is viewed from above. The threads 2, 4 are therefore in the knitted fabric 1 in the Essentially, i.e. for the most part, one above the other or one behind the other.
- the adhesive thread 4 forms plush loops 6 in a first wale, is then merely backed in two further wales, and again forms plush loops 6 in the following wale.
- So-called anti-slip elements 8 in the form of rods or ribs, are produced by this knitting process, which emerge on the inside and/or outside of the basic knitted fabric 1 .
- Anti-slip elements 8 are formed by these ribs 8 or plush ribs 8 made from one or more adhesive threads 4 .
- other geometric shapes, such as punctiform or circular designs of the anti-slip elements 8 are possible. Particularly preferably, these each have an extension in the longitudinal and/or circumferential direction of the knitted fabric of between 1 and 2 cm, at most 3 cm.
- the stitch heads and stitch feet as well as large parts of the stitch legs of the adhesive thread 4 preferably face the skin of the wearer.
- the plush loops 6 formed by the adhesive thread 4 thus preferably extend through the basic knitted fabric 1 so that the adhesive thread 4 protrudes on both sides of the knitted fabric 1 and forms anti-slip elements 8 .
- the knitted fabric 1 thus ensures a secure hold in relation to the wearer and an external surface.
- a stitch pattern in particular a first section A from the in figure 1 shown embodiment leg stocking 9, especially in the area of the waistband 20, is in figure 3 shown.
- the stitch pattern also shows, as in figure 2 , a stitch-forming base knitting thread 2, which is knitted over several knitting courses R1 to R6 and wales M1 to M8 to form the waistband 20.
- At least one compression-imparting weft thread 3 is inserted into the basic knitted part 1'.
- the weft thread 3 is inserted here in each row of stitches.
- the stitch pattern shows a reinforcing thread 17 plated onto the basic knitting thread. According to this exemplary embodiment, this is present in every row of stitches and every wale.
- This thread 17 can also be knitted into the knitted fabric only in any row of stitches and only in sections, viewed in the circumferential direction.
- the reinforcing thread 17 is shown next to the ground knitting thread 2, but only for purposes of illustration. This thread 17 is also located essentially in front of or behind the basic knitting thread 2.
- the reinforcing thread 17 is particularly preferred in the entire knitted fabric of the in figure 1 shown leg stocking 9 on the basic knitting thread 2 plated.
- the reinforcing thread 17 consists of a plurality of profile fibers spun together in order to form channels for transporting moisture between the plurality of fibers. Moisture can thus be easily transported away from the basic knitting thread 2 .
- an adhesive thread 4 is now also provided.
- This is knitted into the base fabric 1' in such a way that it forms plush loops 6 in each base knit stitch formed.
- This knitting integration forms a flat adhesive section which, due to the large number of plush loops 6 and thus adhesive material on the surface of the knitted fabric 1', produces a particularly high adhesive effect.
- the amount of adhesive material can be additionally increased by the formation of very long plush handles 6, by the use of corresponding sinkers in the knitting machine. This results in a particularly good hold of the stocking 9 according to FIG figure 1 guaranteed on the wearer.
- FIG 4 is now a second excerpt B from the in figure 1 Leg stocking 9 shown, in particular in the area of the sole 10, is shown.

Description
The present invention relates to a knitted part, in particular to a compressive knitted part with an adhesive effect, according to the preamble of
Knitted parts of this type are used, in particular for the formation of leg clothing, for medical use and/or for use in sporting activities. These compressive garments are used to apply pressure to a patient's body in a targeted manner. The pressure exerted on a patient's body is called compression. The aim of compression stockings, for example, in particular in the form of leggings with or without hand or foot sections for medical use, is, among other things, to relieve a patient's damaged venous and/or lymphatic system. The pressure applied prevents increasing swelling of the limbs, improves the evacuation of venous blood and lymph and increases blood supply. When using compression stockings in sports, they increase performance and improve regeneration.
To form these compressive knitted parts, they are preferably knitted flat or circularly using a circular knitting machine or a flat knitting machine having a front and a rear needle bed. For this purpose, the knitted parts are knitted from at least one stitch-forming knitting thread and an inserted elastic weft thread. The standard RAL-GZ 387 of the Quality Mark Association exists for the production, in particular for the measurement and quality assurance, of compressive arm or leg stockings for medical use. The RAL test regulations show how the pressure of a compression stocking on a leg is to be determined. Testing on the HOSY measuring device (Hohenstein Institute) is suggested as a measuring device, in particular a compression test device. The test is carried out by measuring the tension force in the several measuring points, which varies depending on the respective extensibility of the knitted fabric, i.e. depending on the elasticity of the knitted fabric. The compression is calculated from the clamping force. This means that the more elasticity a knitted fabric has in the transverse direction of the knitted fabric, the lower the compression exerted on the patient by the knitted fabric. On the other hand, the lower the elasticity of the knitted part, the higher the compression exerted on the patient.
This well-known textile fabric, which is a flat knitted fabric made with a double formation, is produced using two thread systems which are connected to one another by forming stitches with a stitch head and two stitch legs leading to the stitch head. An anti-slip effect is given to the fabric by the fact that a silicone thread is knitted into the textile fabric to form a stitch, namely in such a way that the silicone thread forms basic knitting stitches and is therefore essentially only exposed on the surface of the textile fabric in the area of its loop legs. As a result, the silicone thread occurs only in the area of the loop legs on the surface of the fabric or protrudes from it. A major part of the silicone mesh is inside the knitted fabric. With the solution known from the prior art, the textile fabric is given an anti-slip effect.
A disadvantage of the design of the textile fabric known from this prior art is the reduced adhesive effect.
A further disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the formation of the basic knitted fabric as a flat knitted fabric, in particular using the silicone thread to form basic knitted stitches.
Durch die Verwendung mehrererThe knitting of several adhesive yarns to produce an adhesive effect on the inside and outside proves to be a disadvantage of the configuration of the textile fabric known from this prior art. By using several
Adhesive yarns lead to increased production times and production costs.
Furthermore, simply plating on the adhesive yarns only achieves an average adhesive effect. By plating the adhesive yarn onto a basic knitting thread, this is only exposed on the stitch heads formed on the knitted surface. The other sections of the adhesive yarn, in particular the loops and butts, are inside the knitted fabric. As a result, only very little adhesive yarn protrudes from the surface of the respective knitted side.
Another disadvantage of the textile fabric known from the prior art is the lack of a connection between the adhesive sections on one side, in particular the inside, of the fabric with the adhesive sections on the other side, in particular the outside, of the fabric. The opposite adhesive sections are not direct connected to each other, so that the opposing adhesion sections are mutually displaceable when subjected to a load by the wearer, in particular by the generation of shearing forces. A secure hold in the residual limb cannot be guaranteed.
Another disadvantage of this embodiment of the knitted fabric known from this prior art is that by plating the adhesive yarn onto a basic knitting thread, the adhesive yarn itself is only attached in the region of the stitch heads formed the fabric surface is exposed. This only achieves an average adhesive effect.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a compressive knitted part which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular significantly improves the adhesive effect of the knitted part. Preferably, the hold of the knitted fabric on the wearer should be improved while at the same time increasing the adhesion to an external surface.
Gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel des kompressiven Gestrickteils besteht dieses aus zumindest einem maschenbildenden Grundstrickfaden, zumindest einem eingelegten und/ oder verstrickten elastischen Schussfaden, sowie zumindest einem auf den Grundstrickfaden zumindest abschnittsweise plattierten Plüschhenkel ausbildenden Plüschfaden, wobei der zumindest eine Plüschfaden ein Haftfaden ist, um dem kompressiven Gestrickteil eine rutschhemmende Wirkung zu verleihen, und wobei derAccording to one exemplary embodiment of the compressive knitted part, this consists of at least one stitch-forming basic knitting thread, at least one inserted and/or knitted elastic weft thread, and at least one plush thread that forms plush loops and is plated at least in sections on the basic knitting thread, with the at least one plush thread being an adhesive thread in order to hold the compressive knitted part to give an anti-slip effect, and wherein the
Haftfaden ein Silikon-, Elastan- oder Kautschukfaden ist.Adhesive thread is a silicone, elastane or rubber thread.
In this case, the adhesive thread particularly preferably has a thread core, preferably made of elastane or polyamide, the thread core being coated or wound with silicone, elastane and/or rubber. For better knitting ability, the thread is also preferably provided with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, coating or wrapped with a fluid-soluble, in particular water-soluble, binding thread. Such a binding thread or coating reduces the friction of the otherwise adhesive silicone material during the knitting process, in particular on the stitch-forming elements (needle, thread guide, etc.) and the thread feed.
After knitting, the knitted part is preferably washed so that the water-soluble binding thread or the coating dissolves and the adhesive properties of the silicone thread or silicone coating come into full effect.
According to a second embodiment, a second plush loop-forming plush thread, preferably made of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene or natural fibers, is plated at least in sections on the base knit thread of the compressive knitted part. As a result, the knitted part is given not only an adhesive effect but also a cushioning property. The first plush loops formed by the adhesive thread and the second plush loops formed by the second plush thread are particularly preferably of different heights. In this case, the sections with the plush threads forming the plush loops preferably overlap at least partially, so that a multi-layer structure is created. The basic knitting thread knitted to form a stitch forms a first layer or basic knitting level. A second layer or first plush level, in particular for padding, is formed by the plush thread forming the plush loop. A third layer, in particular an adhesive layer, is formed by the adhesive thread forming the plush loop, the loops of the adhesive thread being longer than those of the second plush thread.
According to a third embodiment, the plush loops formed by the adhesive thread extend through the basic knitted fabric, so that the adhesive thread protrudes on both sides of the knitted fabric. The stitch heads and stitch feet are preferably exposed on one side of the knitted fabric and the associated stitch legs on the other side of the knitted fabric. Depending on the setting of the knitting machine, the plush handles, formed by the stitch heads and parts of the stitch legs, are formed at different heights.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the adhesive thread is introduced into the base knit in a locally limited manner to form one or more anti-slip elements. The one or more anti-slip elements preferably each have an extension in the longitudinal and/or circumferential direction of the knitted fabric of between 1 and 2 cm, but no more than 3 cm. In this case, the adhesive thread is preferably only partially knitted in in the circumferential direction, forming at least one plush handle within a row of stitches. Alternatively, the adhesive thread can be knitted into the base fabric in sections. Then the adhesive thread is knitted in in the at least one section, preferably forming plush loops in some areas and only backed or plated in some areas in the basic knit without forming plush loops, in order to form several anti-slip elements arranged next to one another.
The compressive knitted part according to the previous exemplary embodiments is preferably designed as a stocking, in particular as an arm or leg stump, sock, leg warmer, arm warmer, leggings or trousers, bandage, or as a knitted part of an orthosis. It is particularly preferably designed as a compressive knitted part, with the compression intensity decreasing or increasing in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric, in particular from the ankle in the direction of the calf muscles.
If the knitted fabric is designed as leg clothing, in particular as a leg stocking, sock or foot bandage, the at least one adhesive thread forming the plush loops is knitted into the knitted fabric in such a way that the plush loops when the knitted fabric (1) is being worn are in the area of the sole of the foot, in particular only in the area of the Heel (X), toes (X) and/or the ball of the foot (X) are arranged on the inside and/or outside of the knitted fabric.
In the case of a compressive leg garment, the compressive pressures generated by the knitted part in an ankle area of the leg garment are preferably between 10 and 40 mmHg, in the calf area preferably between 5 and 30 mmHg and in a metatarsal area preferably between 10 and 30 mmHg.
The present leg garment is characterized by a number of significant advantages.
By designing the compressive knitted part with a plush thread forming a plush loop that is plated at least in sections on a basic knitted thread, which is a silicone, elastane or rubber thread, the adhesive property of the knitted part is significantly increased. The formation of plush loops, which consist of the loop heads and large parts of the loop loops, with such an adhesive thread means that significantly more non-slip and/or adhesive material is arranged above the base knit surface than is known from the prior art, see above that the knitted part is given a much better anti-slip effect.
Furthermore, by knitting in the adhesive thread in such a way that the plush loops formed by the adhesive thread extend through the basic knitted fabric, the adhesive sections are formed on both sides of the knitted part, which are directly connected to one another, i.e. are formed in one piece and extend through the knitted part, so that when the wearer applies a load, the opposing adhesive sections directly transmit the applied shearing forces without the opposing adhesive sections being displaced relative to one another, whereby slipping of the wearer relative to the knitted part can be completely avoided, which is also a significant advantage.
A further advantage of the invention is the cost-effective production of one or more anti-slip sections, in particular on two opposite surfaces of a knitted part. By means of a single process step, namely the knitting in of a single adhesive thread, one or more adhesive sections can be produced, but also opposite ones on the knitted part. The time-consuming knitting in of several adhesive threads and/or the application of adhesive material using templates etc. is no longer necessary. In addition, the design of the one or more adhesive sections according to the invention, in particular the way in which the adhesive thread is integrated into the basic knitted fabric, makes it possible for the majority of the adhesive thread, namely the stitch heads and stitch feet formed by the thread, as well as large parts the loop leg, on the inside of the knitted fabric or on the outside of the knitted fabric is arranged so that it is freely accessible. This means that significantly more anti-slip material is arranged on the surface of the knitted fabric. At the same time, compared to the prior art, there is significantly less material inside the knitted fabric, so that increased perspiration in the wearer of the garment due to reduced breathability of the knitted part can be avoided.
Also, compared to applying external adhesive material to the knitted fabric, especially in liquid form, the possibility mesh-accurate, so partially under Forming at least one plush loop within a row of stitches, arranging adhesive sections on the knitted fabric, which can therefore be placed individually on the knitted fabric with precise stitches, represents a significant advantage.
The invention is explained below using several exemplary embodiments and in conjunction with the attached drawings.

In addition to the
According to this exemplary embodiment, the
According to this first exemplary embodiment, the stitch heads and stitch feet as well as large parts of the stitch legs of the

In order to form a
In summary, it should again be noted that the adhesive thread can be knitted into the knitted part in a wide variety of ways to form plush loops using a wide variety of knitting methods, as shown in the previous stitch patterns. Furthermore, as also illustrated, the knitting process can vary in sections within a garment in order to adapt the adhesive effect individually to the respective need. Areas of leg clothing in which an adhesive thread is particularly preferably knitted in and thus has an adhesive or anti-slip effect are in particular the waistband, the calf or the sole of the foot. Further sections are conceivable and can be implemented according to the invention without any problems.
The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described, but includes all versions that apply or contain the basic, analogous functional principle of the invention. Furthermore, all features of all described and illustrated exemplary embodiments can be combined with one another.
