- a carrier plate for a floor, wall or ceiling structure for achieving a decoupling between a substrate and a surface covering to be applied to a carrier plate.
- This support plate consists of a plate made of plastic with a large number of projections or depressions, which are designed to protrude on one side from a plane of the support plate.
- An adhesion-promoting layer is provided on a first side of the plate which follows the contours of the first side of the plate.
- a further layer is provided on the opposite side of the plate, which rests against the projections.
- a component with a plate-shaped body which has at least a two-layer structure.
- This component comprises a carrier layer made of a foil-like plate, in which projections protrude alternately from a central plane.
- the end faces of the projections form contact areas for receiving the at least one cover layer, which is designed as a plastic film and has a large number of openings outside the contact areas with the carrier layer.
- This carrier plate for integration into a floor construction is known.
- This carrier plate consists of a foil-like plate made of plastic with a large number of projections and depressions.
- An adhesion-promoting layer which follows the contours of the first side of the panel, is applied to a first panel side of the foil-like panel.
- a further layer can be provided on an opposite side of the plate, which rests against the projections and spans the depressions.
- the projections in the sheet-like plate are formed on one side, that is, one-sided projections from a flat sheet-like plate are introduced, wherein the depressions arise between the projections.
- the invention is based on the object of creating a carrier plate which enables improved decoupling from an underground and an increase in the payload.
- a carrier plate in which the projections are designed to protrude alternately from a plane of the foil-like plate, so that a large number of rows and columns are formed, in which projections and depressions are lined up alternately and along a diagonal to the rows and Columns only depressions and in a further diagonal only projections are lined up.
- Such a configuration of the carrier plate enables an enlarged bearing surface or contact surface to the substrate and to a covering applied thereto, since an increased number of nubs can be created alternately from the central plane of the foil-like plate by forming projections on both sides.
- the protrusions extend in one direction and the other perpendicular to the plane of the sheet-like plate so that the peaks and valleys abut, allowing for improved decoupling performance.
- a preferred embodiment of the carrier plate provides that the projections formed alternately out of the plane of the foil-like plate are designed in the shape of a truncated cone. This has the advantage that contact surfaces are created on the respective end faces of the projections in order to accommodate a surface covering, such as a floor covering. Alternatively, truncated pyramid-shaped projections can also be provided.
- a web to be provided between two depressions along a diagonal in which depressions are lined up.
- a web is also advantageously provided between two projections. These webs are preferably in the middle plane.
- the respective webs advantageously form a common connecting section, the outer edge regions of which are formed and delimited by the depressions or projections adjoining them.
- a star-shaped connecting section is formed between mutually associated projections and depressions in the center plane.
- the projections extend alternately to the central plane with the same height.
- a height starting from the center plane of less than 5 mm, in particular less than 3 mm, is provided.
- the number of knobs is greater than 9,000 pieces/sqm. More than 20,000 projections per square meter are preferably provided, in particular 22,500 or 25,600 projections per square meter.
- the number of protrusions can range from 22,500 up to 90,000 nubs/protrusions per square meter. This number includes all of the projections protruding from the center plane, both on the first side of the plate and on the second side of the plate.
- the end face of the projections has a diameter of 3 to 8 mm. This enables a maximum bearing surface and a sufficient dissipation of force via the sloping lateral surfaces of the projections.
- the foil-like plate of the carrier plate is made of LDPE (low-density polyethylene). Improved decoupling can be achieved with this soft and elastic material.
- the carrier plate can also be made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), PE (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene). A thickness of the foil-like plate of 0.1 to 2 mm is preferably used.
- a fleece or a felt is preferably provided as an adhesion-enhancing layer which follows the contours of the first side of the plate. As a result, when an adhesive is applied to fix a surface accompaniment, the adhesive can grip the fleece or felt.
- the carrier plate with the adhesion-promoting layer provided thereon and the additional layer preferably has a basis weight of 400 g/m 2 to 700 g/m 2 , preferably 500 to 600 g/m 2 .
- the further layer on the second side of the plate is a fleece, a felt, a textile material, a mesh-like fabric or a net-like fabric or a perforated layer. This allows ventilation between the substrate and the sheet-like panel.
- This carrier plate is preferably used for decoupling a surface covering on a subsurface to be built up thereon. This can enable stress decoupling between the surface covering and the subsurface. In addition, there can also be sound decoupling, in particular impact sound decoupling.
- figure 1 shows a schematic sectional view of a carrier plate 11, which is shown in a plan view in figure 2 is shown.
- This carrier plate 11 consists of a foil-like plate 12 made of plastic, which has a large number of projections 14 .
- These projections 14 are formed on both sides to form a central plane 16, the central plane 16 corresponding to the plane of the sheet-like panel 12 in the raw state.
- the projections 14 are thus shaped alternately to form a first plate side 17 and a second plate side 18 of the sheet-like plate 12 .
- This also results in alternating depressions 19.
- the projections 14 and depressions 19 are arranged alternately with one another in rows and columns. This goes out in the top view figure 2 out. Indentations 19 are provided along a first diagonal 21 .
- the two-sided shaping of the projections 14 from the center plane 16 results in the center plane 16 seen in the sectional view, horizontally formed support sections 23.
- These support sections 23 surround the projections 14 in a ring shape when changing from one side 17 of the plate to the other side 18 of the plate due to the projections 14 introduced on both sides of the central plane 16 or the alternately arranged projections 14 and depressions 19 through the webs 25, a star-shaped section 24. This preferably also merges flush into the webs 23.
- An adhesion-promoting layer 26 is provided on a first side 17 of the plate. This layer 26 follows the contour of the first plate side 17 and preferably covers it completely. This layer 26 can be glued on or laminated on or welded on.
- the adhesion-reinforcing layer 26 preferably consists of a fleece, in particular of polypropylene or polyethylene. Alternatively, a preferably fine-meshed woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a textile material or a perforated fleece or a perforated felt can also be provided as the adhesion-reinforcing layer 26 .
- a further layer 29 is provided on the end faces 28 of the projections 14 on the second plate side 18 .
- This layer 29 spans preferably the depressions 19 formed between the projections 14.
- This further layer 29 can be a net-like fabric, a fine-meshed fabric, a perforated fleece or the like.
- This further layer 29 is glued or welded to the end faces 28 of the projections 14 .
- the carrier plate 11 is used, for example, to decouple a surface covering 31 on a substrate 32 . This is an example in figure 1 shown.
- the carrier plate 11 is placed on the base 32 with the second plate side 18 .
- this additional layer 29 can be glued to the substrate 32 . In this case, only a small amount of adhesive is applied, so that the depressions 19 remain free of adhesive or mortar.
- Adhesive or mortar 34 is applied to the opposite first panel side 17 in order to fix the surface covering 31 to the carrier panel 11 .
- the surface covering 31 may be formed of individual tiles or plates, but also may be formed of a laminate of resin or the like.
- the carrier plate 11 Due to the large number of projections 14 formed out of the central plane 16, the carrier plate 11 has an increased load capacity or payload. There are provided 9,000 pieces of protrusions per square meter or more than 20,000 pieces of protrusions per square meter.
- the slope of the conical wall sections of the projections 14 preferably runs in a range between 10° and 20° with respect to a vertical line of the center plane 16 .
- the projections 14 extending on both sides with respect to the central plane 16 have a height of less than 5 mm. The height of the projections is preferably the same on both sides of the center plane 16 .

The projections in the sheet-like plate are formed on one side, that is, one-sided projections from a flat sheet-like plate are introduced, wherein the depressions arise between the projections.
The invention is based on the object of creating a carrier plate which enables improved decoupling from an underground and an increase in the payload.
This object is achieved by a carrier plate in which the projections are designed to protrude alternately from a plane of the foil-like plate, so that a large number of rows and columns are formed, in which projections and depressions are lined up alternately and along a diagonal to the rows and Columns only depressions and in a further diagonal only projections are lined up. Such a configuration of the carrier plate enables an enlarged bearing surface or contact surface to the substrate and to a covering applied thereto, since an increased number of nubs can be created alternately from the central plane of the foil-like plate by forming projections on both sides. The protrusions extend in one direction and the other perpendicular to the plane of the sheet-like plate so that the peaks and valleys abut, allowing for improved decoupling performance.
A preferred embodiment of the carrier plate provides that the projections formed alternately out of the plane of the foil-like plate are designed in the shape of a truncated cone. This has the advantage that contact surfaces are created on the respective end faces of the projections in order to accommodate a surface covering, such as a floor covering. Alternatively, truncated pyramid-shaped projections can also be provided.
Provision is preferably made for a web to be provided between two depressions along a diagonal in which depressions are lined up. Advantageously, along the further diagonal along which the projections extend, a web is also advantageously provided between two projections. These webs are preferably in the middle plane. At the respective crossing point Diagonals, the respective webs advantageously form a common connecting section, the outer edge regions of which are formed and delimited by the depressions or projections adjoining them.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that a star-shaped connecting section is formed between mutually associated projections and depressions in the center plane. As a result, a uniform dissipation of forces can take place in all projections and depressions adjacent to the star-shaped connecting section.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the projections extend alternately to the central plane with the same height. In particular, a height starting from the center plane of less than 5 mm, in particular less than 3 mm, is provided.
Furthermore, to increase the load capacity or payload, the number of knobs is greater than 9,000 pieces/sqm. More than 20,000 projections per square meter are preferably provided, in particular 22,500 or 25,600 projections per square meter. For example, the number of protrusions can range from 22,500 up to 90,000 nubs/protrusions per square meter. This number includes all of the projections protruding from the center plane, both on the first side of the plate and on the second side of the plate.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the end face of the projections has a diameter of 3 to 8 mm. This enables a maximum bearing surface and a sufficient dissipation of force via the sloping lateral surfaces of the projections.
In particular, the foil-like plate of the carrier plate is made of LDPE (low-density polyethylene). Improved decoupling can be achieved with this soft and elastic material. The carrier plate can also be made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), PE (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene). A thickness of the foil-like plate of 0.1 to 2 mm is preferably used.
A fleece or a felt is preferably provided as an adhesion-enhancing layer which follows the contours of the first side of the plate. As a result, when an adhesive is applied to fix a surface accompaniment, the adhesive can grip the fleece or felt.
The carrier plate with the adhesion-promoting layer provided thereon and the additional layer preferably has a basis weight of 400 g/m 2 to 700 g/m 2 , preferably 500 to 600 g/m 2 .
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the further layer on the second side of the plate is a fleece, a felt, a textile material, a mesh-like fabric or a net-like fabric or a perforated layer. This allows ventilation between the substrate and the sheet-like panel.
This carrier plate according to one of the above-described embodiments is preferably used for decoupling a surface covering on a subsurface to be built up thereon. This can enable stress decoupling between the surface covering and the subsurface. In addition, there can also be sound decoupling, in particular impact sound decoupling.
