Claims (14)
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil pour la fixation d'un profilé de seuil (40) entre les profilés verticaux de cadre dormant (30, 30') d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, la pièce d'assemblage de seuil étant apte à être insérée entre le profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30'), en particulier sa surface intérieure côté feuillure, et une surface frontale du profilé de seuil (40), comprenant un corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil, le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présentant, sur son côté à affecter au profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30'), une surface d'appui, par laquelle il est apte à être appliqué contre la feuillure (34) du profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30'), caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'assemblage de seuil présente un élément interchangeable (20) apte à être inséré dans le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil et apte à être retiré de celui-ci, le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil formant, lorsque l'élément interchangeable (20) est inséré, une pièce d'assemblage de seuil qui, par sa surface d'appui, est apte à être appliquée par complémentarité de forme contre la feuillure (34) de cadre dormant d'un premier type de profilé de cadre dormant uniquement avec un joint de butée, et le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil formant, sans l'élément interchangeable (20), une pièce d'assemblage de seuil, qui est apte à être appliquée, par sa surface d'appui, par complémentarité de forme sur la feuillure (34) de cadre dormant d'un deuxième type de profilé de cadre dormant avec un joint de butée et un joint médian, le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présentant du côté du cadre dormant un évidement (11) pour une nervure de joint médian et l'élément interchangeable (20) étant une pièce moulée qui comprend un élément ayant une forme en négatif par rapport à l'évidement (11), avec lequel l'évidement (11) est apte à être rempli, avec un ajustement précis.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présente la forme d'un profilé en équerre, comprenant une branche verticale et une branche horizontale.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la branche verticale du corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présente une patte de fixation (12).
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la branche verticale du corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présente, sur sa surface d'appui côté cadre dormanta. un évidement (11) destiné à recevoir une barrette d'étanchéité centrale d'un profilé de cadre dormant (30') oub. au moins une came de positionnement (19).
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la branche verticale du corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil ne présente pas de surface d'étanchéité du côté du cadre dormant.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la branche horizontale du corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présente un évidement pour un joint de butée (17) ou pour un rabattement du profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30'), qui coopère par complémentarité de forme avec un joint de butée (32) ou un rabattement du profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30').
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil est traversé par des trous de vis.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par des trous de vis pour la fixation avec le profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30') dans la branche s'étendant verticalement et des trous de vis pour la fixation avec le seuil (40) dans la branche s'étendant horizontalement.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil est réalisé sous forme de pièce moulée en matière plastique.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément interchangeable (20) dispose d'au moins une nervure de guidage (22) et est apte à être relié de manière coulissante à la pièce (10) d'assemblage de seuil.
- Pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément interchangeable (20) est apte à être inséré par le haut dans l'évidement (11) après l'assemblage du profilé de cadre dormant (30, 30') et du profilé de seuil (40), l'élément interchangeable (20) étant en particulier constitué d'APTK.
- Fenêtre ou porte, comprenant au moins un cadre dormant constitué de profilés de cadre dormant (30, 30') avec un joint de butée et/ou un joint médian, un battant pivotant et/ou oscillo-battant relié à celui-ci de manière pivotante, ainsi qu'un profilé de seuil (40), caractérisée par une pièce d'assemblage de seuil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, placée entre la surface intérieure côté feuillure du cadre dormant et la face frontale du profilé de seuil et respectivement reliée de manière fixe aux éléments adjacents.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la branche horizontale du corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuila. est adaptée, pour ce qui est de sa section transversale, à la section transversale du profilé de seuil (40), oub. présente, du côté du seuil, au moins une surface d'étanchéité (15) s'étendant verticalement, qui est apte à être pourvue d'un élément d'étanchéité apte à être collé, ouc. présente une rainure (18) pour un couvercle apte à être fixé à elle, oud. dispose, côté seuil, d'un élément de fixation (13) plat agencé dans un plan horizontal, le profilé de seuil de porte (40) disposant d'au moins une rainure de guidage (42) et l'élément de fixation (13) plat s'engageant par complémentarité de forme dans la rainure de guidage (42) et étant apte à être inséré jusqu'à la butée et fixé de façon à ne pas se soulever.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que
la branche horizontale du corps de base (10) de pièce d'assemblage de seuil présente sur sa surface, du côté extérieur du bâtiment, une gouttière de drainage (14) moulée, la gouttière de drainage (14) formant une gouttière continue avec une configuration correspondante du profilé de seuil (40).
