Definitions
- the invention relates to a connection profile for components adjoining plaster, such as window frames or door frames, soffits, roller shutters or the like, having a plaster leg on which the plaster comes into contact, and a retaining leg connected to the plaster leg and a sealing tape which is attached to the retaining leg and with which the connection profile can be attached to the component.
- connection profiles of the above type are known in many variants from the prior art.
- the connection profiles serve to hold the plaster at the interface between the masonry and the component, such as a window frame, with a good hold, so that the plaster permanently adheres to the masonry.
- connection profiles In the area of the connection profiles, after plastering work has been carried out, different tensile and / or compressive loads, possibly also shear loads, can occur over time.
- the cause of this can be excessive heat or temperature changes caused by the weather, which can have different effects on masonry, connection profile and possibly component due to different thermal coefficients. This can in particular lead to the aforementioned stresses on a connection profile in terms of tension and / or pressure.
- connection profiles have already been proposed in the prior art, which have a certain flexibility or resilience and can thus react to acting tensile and / or compressive forces.
- the required flexibility generally relates to deflections of individual parts of such connection profiles in the range of a few millimeters. This degree of flexibility or compliance is sufficient.
- the object of the invention is to provide a connection profile of the type mentioned at the outset, which is designed in such a way that forces acting on the sealing tape are low.
- a front sealing leg is attached to the sealing tape, which is connected to the plastering leg via a sealing loop, and the holding leg comprises a rear sealing leg which, viewed from the plastering leg, lies behind the front sealing leg and on the Sealing tape is attached.
- the holding leg can, without this being mandatory, also comprise a hold-down leg which rests against the front sealing leg and is loosely in contact with it, although a material connection is also possible. It is already sufficient if a section of the retaining leg rests against the front sealing leg.
- the front sealing leg can, on its surface facing the retaining leg, be connected wholly or only partially to the retaining leg, a section of the same or a partial section of the retaining leg.
- the front sealing leg and the rear sealing leg can be at the same height.
- a cross-sectional view shows that the rear sealing leg is adjoined by a further area of the retaining leg, which also includes the hold-down leg, which in turn includes the front one below Holds sealing leg in position. This is still the case when the rear sealing leg has become detached from the sealing tape.
- the front sealing leg and the rear sealing leg can be designed with the same material thickness or thickness for this purpose.
- the rear sealing leg detaches itself from the sealing band when a predetermined tensile force is reached and the front sealing leg remains arranged on the sealing band.
- the connection profile is now much more flexible and the hold-down leg is basically also movable, tightness is achieved via the sealing loop which connects the front sealing leg and the plaster leg.
- a reinforcement grille is usually arranged on the plaster leg.
- the reinforcement grille is used to hold plaster or an intimate connection with it and the masonry, so that the plaster applied holds well.
- a pull-off strip with a predetermined breaking point can be arranged on the plaster leg.
- the trigger bar serves to form the basis for a film to be applied during the plastering work, which is intended to protect the underlying component during the plastering work. After the plastering work, the film can be removed, whereupon the pull-off strip is separated from the plastering leg at the predetermined breaking point.
- the trigger bar runs approximately at right angles to the reinforcement grid.
- the plaster leg has a first area on which the reinforcement grille is arranged. A shorter, second area then follows at right angles to it, which extends outwards, and which is then followed by a third area running downwards at right angles, which merges into a fourth area that runs obliquely downwards.
- the third and fourth areas can be designed with an outwardly toothed or otherwise structured surface, which maximizes the surface so that the plaster adheres as well as possible.
- connection profile can be produced in one piece by extrusion.
- the reinforcement grid is also retrofitted.
- the sealing tape can be designed to be rectangular in cross section to a longitudinal extent of the connection profile. This corresponds to the usual form. If the connection profile is extruded, the rectangular cross section mentioned here refers to the cross section transverse to the extrusion direction of the connection profile. It is also possible that the connection profile is basically rectangular in cross-section or has another polygonal shape, but has a recess that can be configured as an indentation, for example.
- the recess is preferably provided on the upper or head-side area of the sealing tape and extends into the sealing tape. The recess does not penetrate the sealing tape completely, however, so that this or its foot-side area opposite the head-side area can come to rest on a component over its entire surface.
- the recess can be arranged approximately in the middle of the sealing tape.
- the sealing tape which is usually made of a flexible material, is deliberately weakened by reducing the material, but at the same time horizontal mobility of the sealing tape is achieved without a sealing function being disturbed.
- connection profile 1 is shown in cross section.
- the connection profile 1 is usually arranged on a component 2, which in Fig. 1 is merely indicated.
- the connection profile 1 has a plaster leg 3 as a central component.
- the plaster leg 3 is divided into four areas 31, 32, 33, 34.
- the first area 31 of the plaster leg 3 runs straight downward and then merges into the second area 32 at a right angle.
- the second area 32 is in turn adjoined by a third area 33 running downwards at a right angle, whereupon the area 34 adjoins, which connects from the third area 33 running obliquely downwards.
- the first area 31 receives a reinforcement grid 13 which is fastened with a holder 14 to the first area 31 of the plastering leg 3.
- the areas 31, 32, 33, 34 are provided with a structured surface on the outside.
- the surface can be toothed, as shown, since plaster comes into contact with the reinforcement grid 13 to approximately the outer end of the fourth area 34 and should hold as well as possible. This is possible with the structured surface and the reinforcement grid 13.
- a trigger bar 10 adjoins the fourth area. Between the fourth area 34 and the pull-off strip 10 there is a predetermined breaking point 11 which, like all other components, runs along the end profile 1 or its longitudinal axis.
- a film can be attached to the pull-off strip 10 before cleaning work, so that the component section below, for example a window pane, is protected during the cleaning work. After the cleaning work, the film can first be removed. The pull-off strip 10 can then be separated from the rest of the connection profile 1 along the predetermined breaking point 11. The plaster then rests on the connection profile 1 up to the end of the fourth area 34, so that this is no longer visible below the plaster.
- the plaster leg 3 is connected to a front sealing leg 6 in the area of the third area 33 via a sealing loop 7.
- the front sealing leg 6 rests with an underside over the entire surface on a sealing tape 5.
- the sealing tape 5 is attached to the component 2 so that the entire connection profile 1 is ultimately held on the component 2 via the sealing tape 5.
- the front sealing leg 6 can also be designed as an angle profile, the longer part of the angle profile lying on an upper side of the sealing band 5 and a shorter part of the angle profile ending at the front or on a side surface of the sealing band 5.
- the front sealing leg 6 can be materially connected to the sealing tape 5, in particular by gluing.
- a retaining leg 4 which comprises several areas.
- the retaining leg 4 connects to the plaster leg 3. As shown, this can be an imaginary extension of the second area 32 of the plaster leg 3.
- the holding leg 4 comprises, in particular, a rear sealing leg 8 and a hold-down leg 9.
- the hold-down leg 9 rests on the front sealing leg 6 and additionally presses or presses it against the sealing strip 6.
- the rear sealing leg 8 is located behind the front sealing leg when viewed from the plaster leg 3 6.
- the rear sealing leg 8 rests on the sealing tape 5 and can also be connected to it in a materially bonded manner, in particular by gluing.
- the rear sealing leg 8 is designed in such a way that, in contrast to the front sealing leg 6, it detaches itself from the sealing tape 5 when a tensile force occurs or, if necessary, another load, which is explained in more detail below.
- the rear sealing leg 8 can also have a recess 12, as shown, so that a connection of the rear sealing leg 8 with the sealing band 5 is less resilient than one of the front sealing leg 6 with the sealing band 5.
- a connection profile 1 works as follows: If the tensile and / or compressive forces that occur are too great, the rear sealing leg 8 can detach from the sealing strip 5, so that this is basically not further stressed. As a result, the connection profile 1 can react flexibly to excessive forces.
- the front sealing leg 6 remains connected to the sealing tape 5 as before, but this does not result in any stress on the sealing tape 5.
- the sealing loop 7 also ensures that despite the now given mobility of the retaining leg 4 and thus also of the hold-down leg 9 and to a certain extent also of the plaster leg 3 is still sealed.
- efficient force absorption can be ensured without the risk of a leak occurring, especially since the connection is made via the sealing loop 7 and the sealing tape 5 is not subject to any significant stress.
- FIG. 3 an alternative design of a connection profile 1 is shown.
- Fig. 4 again shows a perspective view of the connection profile 1.
- the connection profile 1 is attached to a component 2, specifically with a sealing tape 5.
- a front sealing leg 6 is arranged on the sealing tape 5, with a rear leg 6 on the back, forming a free space Sealing leg 8 is arranged downstream.
- the rear sealing leg 8 lies with its underside in full contact with the sealing strip 5.
- the underside of the rear sealing leg 8 can be structured for this purpose, for example the underside can be designed with a zigzag structure in cross section.
- the sealing band 5, which is generally more elastic than the rear sealing leg 8, can be designed with a structure corresponding thereto, but this is not mandatory.
- the front sealing leg 6 also lies fully on the sealing band 5 and is held in position by a hold-down leg 9 without a material connection of the front sealing leg 6 with the sealing band 5 being necessary.
- a front end of the front sealing leg 6 is connected to the plastering leg 3 via a sealing loop 7, similar to the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 the case is.
- a trigger bar 10 with a predetermined breaking point 11 is provided in training according to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 .
- the plaster leg 3 carries a reinforcement grid 13 which is held in position by a holder 14.
- connection profile 1 is similar to that of the variant explained above Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 . If a load becomes too high, the rear sealing leg 8 detaches from the sealing band 5, the hold-down leg 9 still resting on the front sealing leg 6, so that the front sealing leg 6 is pressed against the sealing band 5.
- the sealing loop 7 also provides protection against the ingress of water.
- FIG. 5 and Fig. 6 show a front view ( Fig. 5 ) and a perspective view ( Fig. 6 ) are shown.
- This embodiment variant is also a connection profile 1 which, however, is not designed for windows, but for roller blinds.
- a sealing band 5 is provided which is connected to a front sealing leg 6 and a rear sealing leg 8, a hold-down leg 9, which is connected to the plastering leg 3 via a holding leg 4, the front sealing leg 6 to the sealing band 5 pressed on.
- a connection to the plaster leg 3 and thus a tightness is established via a sealing loop 7.
- the sealing loop 7 connects plaster legs 3 with the front sealing leg 6.
- the front sealing leg 6 is designed as a right-angled profile, so that a front, shorter section adjoins or rests against a side surface of the sealing tape 5, whereas a longer section of the front one Sealing leg 6 rests in an upper side of the sealing tape 5.
- Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 such as Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 Detach the rear sealing leg 8 from the sealing tape 5 if the force is too high, so that the connection profile 1 has a high degree of flexibility. Nevertheless, the desired tightness is given, in particular via the sealing loop 7, which always keeps the plaster leg 3 connected to the front sealing leg 6.
- the sealing loop 7, as in all other variants, is designed to be elastic and can therefore check a predetermined distance.
- another sealing means can also be provided, for example a wide band provided with a plurality of slots alternately on one side and the opposite side, which can expand under tensile stress.
- connection profile 1 a further variant of a connection profile 1 is shown.
- the structure and function of this connection profile 1 largely correspond to the variants according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 or. Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 .
- the connection profile 1 according to FIG Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 provided that the holding leg 4 extends horizontally away from the plaster leg 3 before it merges into the rear sealing leg 8 at a rear end.
- a part of the retaining leg 4 represents a hold-down device which rests on the front sealing leg 6, whereas the front, adjoining part of the retaining leg provides the connection for plastering leg 3 produces.
- the corresponding design is characterized by a very simple geometry, which can also advantageously be extruded.
- a further variant of a connection profile 1 is shown.
- the sealing loop 7 is articulated on one end face of the sealing band 5 and on one end face of the front sealing leg 6 and is flush with the retaining leg 4 at one end.
- FIGS. 10a to 10c possible configurations of a sealing tape 5 are shown in different operating states.
- the corresponding states of a sealing tape 5 can be in each individual execution of a connection profile 1, as this based on FIGS. 1 to 8 have been explained.
- the sealing tape 5, like this in Figures 10a to 10c is shown has a recess 51.
- the recess 51 is arranged in an upper, closing area or a head-side area.
- the recess 51 gives the sealing tape 5, above all on the head side, a certain flexibility which depends on the shape of the respective recess 51.
- the shape of a recess 51 can be used to control in which direction the sealing tape 5 should be flexible.
- FIG 10a a neutral, unloaded position or a corresponding state is shown. In the event of a tensile load or another type of load, this can move the sealing tape 5 to the left ( Figure 10b ) or to the right ( Figure 10c ) work.
- the width of the recess 51 can be up to 5 mm.
- the depth of the recess 51 can be adapted to the desired flexibility.
- the sealing tape 5 is still in one piece.
- a slot can also be sufficient as recess 51, which is cut, for example, with a laser.
- Corresponding sealing tapes 5 can generally also be used with other or any connection profiles 1 and the invention thus comprises, in a further aspect, a connection profile 1 with a sealing tape 5, which has a recess 51 on the head side, so that the sealing tape 5 is in at least one direction is yielding, although this is attached to the foot.
- the recess 51 is present as a polygon.

Description
The invention relates to a connection profile for components adjoining plaster, such as window frames or door frames, soffits, roller shutters or the like, having a plaster leg on which the plaster comes into contact, and a retaining leg connected to the plaster leg and a sealing tape which is attached to the retaining leg and with which the connection profile can be attached to the component.
Connection profiles of the above type are known in many variants from the prior art. The connection profiles serve to hold the plaster at the interface between the masonry and the component, such as a window frame, with a good hold, so that the plaster permanently adheres to the masonry.
In the area of the connection profiles, after plastering work has been carried out, different tensile and / or compressive loads, possibly also shear loads, can occur over time. The cause of this can be excessive heat or temperature changes caused by the weather, which can have different effects on masonry, connection profile and possibly component due to different thermal coefficients. This can in particular lead to the aforementioned stresses on a connection profile in terms of tension and / or pressure.
Tensile and / or compressive stresses on the connection profile can subsequently cause cracks in the plaster or it can also crumble off. In order to avoid such undesired situations, connection profiles have already been proposed in the prior art, which have a certain flexibility or resilience and can thus react to acting tensile and / or compressive forces. The required flexibility generally relates to deflections of individual parts of such connection profiles in the range of a few millimeters. This degree of flexibility or compliance is sufficient.
Even with the aforementioned flexible connection profiles, which represent a significant improvement in comparison with less complex and thus cheaper but qualitatively inadequate connection profiles, there may still be loads on the sealing tape with which the connection profile is connected to the component are too high. However, if the sealing tape becomes detached from the component due to excessive stress, there is a gap between the plaster and the component and moisture can penetrate, which of course is not desired.
The object of the invention is to provide a connection profile of the type mentioned at the outset, which is designed in such a way that forces acting on the sealing tape are low.
This object is achieved if, in a connection profile of the type mentioned at the beginning, a front sealing leg is attached to the sealing tape, which is connected to the plastering leg via a sealing loop, and the holding leg comprises a rear sealing leg which, viewed from the plastering leg, lies behind the front sealing leg and on the Sealing tape is attached.
An advantage achieved with the invention can be seen, in particular, in the fact that in the event of high forces acting on it, the rear sealing leg can detach from the sealing band without resulting in a leak. In this case, that is, when the rear sealing leg is released, the existing sealing loop, together with the front sealing leg, still ensures the tightness. Releasing the rear sealing leg in turn results in a high degree of flexibility or resilience of the connection profile, so that forces acting on the sealing strip can be minimized. This results in a minimization of the forces acting on the sealing tape with high flexibility and retention of tightness.
In addition to the rear sealing leg, the holding leg can, without this being mandatory, also comprise a hold-down leg which rests against the front sealing leg and is loosely in contact with it, although a material connection is also possible. It is already sufficient if a section of the retaining leg rests against the front sealing leg. The front sealing leg can, on its surface facing the retaining leg, be connected wholly or only partially to the retaining leg, a section of the same or a partial section of the retaining leg. The front sealing leg and the rear sealing leg can be at the same height. A cross-sectional view then shows that the rear sealing leg is adjoined by a further area of the retaining leg, which also includes the hold-down leg, which in turn includes the front one below Holds sealing leg in position. This is still the case when the rear sealing leg has become detached from the sealing tape. In particular, the front sealing leg and the rear sealing leg can be designed with the same material thickness or thickness for this purpose.
It is particularly preferred if the rear sealing leg detaches itself from the sealing band when a predetermined tensile force is reached and the front sealing leg remains arranged on the sealing band. In other words: If the forces acting on the connection profile become too high, the rear sealing leg is released, while the front sealing leg remains fixed to the sealing strip. Since the connection profile is now much more flexible and the hold-down leg is basically also movable, tightness is achieved via the sealing loop which connects the front sealing leg and the plaster leg.
A reinforcement grille is usually arranged on the plaster leg. The reinforcement grille is used to hold plaster or an intimate connection with it and the masonry, so that the plaster applied holds well.
Furthermore, a pull-off strip with a predetermined breaking point can be arranged on the plaster leg. The trigger bar serves to form the basis for a film to be applied during the plastering work, which is intended to protect the underlying component during the plastering work. After the plastering work, the film can be removed, whereupon the pull-off strip is separated from the plastering leg at the predetermined breaking point. When viewed in cross-section, the trigger bar runs approximately at right angles to the reinforcement grid. The plaster leg has a first area on which the reinforcement grille is arranged. A shorter, second area then follows at right angles to it, which extends outwards, and which is then followed by a third area running downwards at right angles, which merges into a fourth area that runs obliquely downwards. The third and fourth areas can be designed with an outwardly toothed or otherwise structured surface, which maximizes the surface so that the plaster adheres as well as possible.
With the exception of the sealing tape, which is attached subsequently, the connection profile can be produced in one piece by extrusion. The reinforcement grid is also retrofitted.
The sealing tape can be designed to be rectangular in cross section to a longitudinal extent of the connection profile. The recess is preferably provided on the upper or head-side area of the sealing tape and extends into the sealing tape. The recess does not penetrate the sealing tape completely, however, so that this or its foot-side area opposite the head-side area can come to rest on a component over its entire surface. The recess can be arranged approximately in the middle of the sealing tape. Through this recess, the sealing tape, which is usually made of a flexible material, is deliberately weakened by reducing the material, but at the same time horizontal mobility of the sealing tape is achieved without a sealing function being disturbed.

The
The

Corresponding sealing
