Description

The invention relates to a safety runner profile for use in mobile door leaves, which, starting from a fastening limb, has lateral runners which merge into end terminating limbs, with an opening area being present between the terminating limbs. Furthermore, the invention relates to a mobile door leaf that is provided with guide rollers on its side edges, which engage in stationary guides that consist of safety running profiles.

A wide variety of lateral guides for mobile door leaves are known. For example, for a roller shutter are in the DE 10 2015 015 499 A1 Guide rollers have been described that have straight running surfaces. Analogue running guide rollers are also the DE 10 2015 112 633 A1 refer to. Cylindrical pins, which engage in lateral guide rails, discloses U.S. 4,037,639 . These pegs are only guided in an opening area of the guide element, which is provided with rounded areas. If the door leaf is subject to high loads, for example due to wind loads, blockages and impermissible wear of the guide means occur again and again in the above-mentioned embodiments on the side between the rollers or pins within the lateral guide rails, which makes proper, permanent operation of the doors impossible.

With the DE 20 2007 000 460 U1 a guide roller has become known within a C-shaped guide rail with straight running surfaces is used, which has a convex shape on its circumference. This type of construction also has deficiencies, because such a design can only be used for smooth operation when the external loads on the door leaf are low.

A sectional door whose door leaf consists of individual, articulated sections that are guided in lateral guides by means of rollers, with the lateral guides changing from a vertical course to a curved course of a parking position, which is arranged in the parking position of the door leaf in the area on the lintel side , reveals the EP 2 557 264 B1 . The curved course of the parking position consists of concentric circular arc sections, the radii of which taper from circular arc section to circular arc section, with the circular arc sections referring alternately to two circular arc centers that are spaced apart by a distance.

An adjustment device in a combined version of a supporting roller friction drive device for overhead movable single-leaf gate leaves DE 76 26 729 U1 again. This construction is intended to prevent the roller from lifting off the bottom of the track during dynamic gate movements, because the roller axis is constantly pressed against the bottom of a C-shaped track by the pressure of a spring.

Die DE 20 2012 012 514 U1 offenbart ein Spiraltor, dessen Torblatt aus einzelnen, drehgelenkig miteinander verbundenen Torelementen besteht, die in seitlichen Führungsschienen mittels Laufrollen geführt werden, wobei die seitlichen Führungen aus einem vertikalen Verlauf in einen stetig gebogenen Verlauf mit einem zwischen den Führungsschienen vorhandenen Zwischenraum übergehen und in der Parkposition im sturzseitigen Bereich angeordnet sind, wobei der gebogene Verlauf einer Spirale oder dergleichen aus konzentrisch verlaufenden Kreisbogenabschnitten besteht.the DE 20 2012 012 514 U1 discloses a spiral door, the door leaf of which consists of individual door elements connected to one another in a pivoting manner, which are guided in lateral guide rails by means of rollers, the lateral guides changing from a vertical course to a continuously curved course with a gap between the guide rails and in the parking position in the fall-side area are arranged, with the curved course of a spiral or The like consists of concentric circular arc sections.

Die seitlichen Führungen weisen gerade oder C-förmige Flächen für Führungsrollen auf.the DE 20 2007 000 460 U1 describes a roller door with a door leaf, starting from a closed position in the course of an opening movement along a path predetermined by a guide arrangement, which can be wound up from a multi-layer winding and preferably consists of a plurality of door leaves with their longitudinal axes transverse, in particular approximately perpendicular to the direction of the opening movement. The lateral guides have straight or C-shaped surfaces for guide rollers.

As the state of the art shows, a wide variety of ideas have been implemented in order to get a grip on an old problem of running safety in mobile gates. Since such door leaves are becoming ever larger, the designs of the prior art are no longer suitable for ensuring smooth operation of such door leaves, because due to the events it is increasingly reported that such rollers move out of the lateral guides or within the Guides can tilt or jam.

It is the object of the invention to provide a guide for rolling bodies that can be used for a wide variety of door designs. This guide means should be usable with mobile door leaves, in which the rolling bodies must not be removed from the guide means or tilt or jam even under high loads, such as transverse forces due to wind loads or in essentially horizontal parking positions on the door leaf. In addition, such a construction should be easy to assemble and process in production, in addition to the longevity and the high load.

The object of the invention is achieved by the features of the respective claims 1, 7
and 13 solved. The subclaims that follow the independent claims reflect a further embodiment of the idea according to the invention.

In order to solve the problem, the invention provides a safety running profile that meets all the required requirements with regard to unrestricted operation when used with mobile door leaves. Such a safety runner profile consists essentially of a straight fastening leg that can be easily mounted on the side frames or frames or on mounting plates using bores or openings. To ensure that the assembly means required for fastening the safety running profile do not protrude into the movement space of a rolling body and prevent the door leaf from changing its location, spacer legs are formed at the ends of the fastening leg in such a way that a fastening space is formed between the spacer legs and the fastening leg. This fastening space thus offers the possibility of simple and effective fastening independently of the rolling means used in the safety running profile.

Starting from the spacer legs, deflecting, inclined delimiting legs are formed in continuation of the fastening space to form a running space for the rolling body. The delimiting legs have been designed with an outward sloping position. At the ends, the limiting limbs merge into rounded running limbs on each side via radii, at the ends of which straight terminating limbs are also formed via radii, but in this case directed inwards. This construction creates an interior space that, apart from the mounting space, is essentially a C-shaped configuration and having an opening area between the opposed end legs.

The above-described design of the safety running profile is characterized in its cross section in particular by the fact that all transitions between the different legs are gently rounded and not bizarrely canted. In addition to a harmonious, appropriate curvature of the cross section of the safety running profile, this also creates an interior space for the safe guidance of rolling bodies. The course of the opposing running legs has been designed in such a way that from the common center point within the interior of the safety profile on the running legs opposite running surfaces arise with a significantly larger running surface than, for example, the thickness of the rolling body. This is achieved by aligning the delimiting limbs and the terminating limbs essentially at the same angles also in relation to the center point within the interior space, because these extend outwardly spreading to the running limbs. As a result, the length of the running surface is greater than a distance between the delimiting leg and the closing leg. In this construction, for example, the profile of the left-hand delimiting leg is aligned essentially parallel to the right-hand terminating leg and the right-hand delimiting limb is aligned essentially parallel to the left-hand terminating leg. This results in the widening of the running surface compared to the distance measurement. This opens up a significantly greater range of motion for a rolling body that is used, without the rolling body being able to be brought out of the safety running profile by external forces on the door leaf, as is possible in the prior art. The freedom of movement is also increased by the fact that the rolling body is initially not in contact with the running surfaces on all sides within the interior when it is introduced. This makes it possible that even with inclined positions of the rolling body, the be generated, for example, by loading forces on the door leaf, the axes of the rolling bodies continue to guarantee a sufficient and safe course of movement within the safety running profile due to an inclined position. Canting of rolling bodies or running means, as is known in the prior art, is thereby reliably avoided. The frictional forces that occur when a door leaf changes location are also almost eliminated by the safety running profile in connection with rolling elements whose running surfaces have a rounded or strongly curved course.

In order to increase the running ability of a rolling body, it is therefore important that its diameter is smaller than the dimension between the opposite running surfaces of the safety running profile. In addition, the rolling element running surfaces should be provided with a contour that is rounded, essentially semicircular. This ensures that these rolling bodies run safely and smoothly within the safety running profile.

Such a safety running profile is suitable for a wide variety of applications with mobile door leaf designs. This safety running profile can also be used with lifting gates in the same way as with sectional gates or roller gates that are moved overhead. Furthermore, the safety running profiles can also be used with roller shutters or spiral doors or high-speed doors with their door leaves, which consist of individual sections connected to one another in an articulated manner and are guided in the side safety running profiles by rollers. In addition to the straight version of the safety runner profile, this also applies to versions of the safety runner profile that are deformed via radii.

The safety running profile described above can, for example, be manufactured from sheet metal in a roller conveyor. Execution in a plastic or aluminum extrusion can be manufactured cost-effectively in bar designs and also in bent sections.

Starting from a fastening leg 2, rounded deflecting spacer legs 3 are formed at its lateral ends. A fastening space 4 is thus created between the fastening leg 2 and the spacer legs 3 in order to be able to fasten the safety running profile 1 to stationary structures in such a way that the fastening means do not have a disruptive effect on a change in location of a door leaf. Following the spacer legs 3 there are also limiting legs 5 formed on both sides via radii. This limiting leg 5 have slopes that are directed to the outside of the mounting leg 2, ie to the bottom. Following the attachment legs 5 are bent over radii 9 to the outside Running legs 6 are formed, which merge into end legs 8 via radii 10 . This construction creates an interior space 11 within the safety running profile 1. Between the end legs 8 directed towards the interior space 11 there is an opening area 16, so that the interior space 11 is accessible from the outside, for example for axles 25 of rolling elements 24. The running legs 6 have running surfaces 7 on the inside, which have a rounded profile, for example a radius, which is formed in relation to a center point 22 of the interior space 11 . A rolling body 24 can thus also be safely guided on these running surfaces 7 on each side of the safety running profile 1, even in an inclined position. The rolling body 24 can be designed, for example, in the form of rollers that have a rounded or convex running surface. Due to the rounded running surfaces 7, it is thus possible for contact to always exist on one side of the running surfaces 7, even when the rolling body 24 is in an inclined position. It is also clear that this construction of the safety running profile 1 can significantly reduce or even completely eliminate friction losses.

So that such a rolling body 24 can be guided between the running surfaces 7 within the safety running pro 1, with the appropriate play, there is a distance A that is measured between the ends of the terminal limbs 8 facing the interior 11 and the beginning of the limiting limbs 5. through the figure 1 it becomes clear that the distance A is smaller than the running surface 7 . This construction makes it possible for a rolling body 24, in particular in a spiral body figure 3 , cannot be removed from the guide area of the safety runner profile 1 or canted or jammed in it.

Especially with wide and heavy door leaves, it can be in the parking position, i.e. in an essentially horizontal position or in a Spiral body to large loads of the rolling bodies 24 and 25 come their axes. In the parked position of the door leaf, these assume a quasi-horizontal position, so that the entire weight bears on the axles 25 as transverse forces. These forces can lead to an inclined position of the axles 25, with the result that the rolling bodies 24 also make a rotary movement. This rotary movement can lead to jamming or canting or, in extreme cases, even to the rolling bodies 24 leaving the guide profile. Such blockages lead to a standstill of the door leaf and require a service call. The design of the safety profile 1 fully takes this fact into account and avoids an increase in costs for roller doors, sectional doors, high-speed doors or spiral doors.

The cross-sectional representation of the safety runner profile 1 according to Figure 4, in connection with a rolling element 24, which is connected via its axis 25 to an element of a door leaf (not shown), quickly makes it clear that the rolling element 24 does not extend beyond the opening area 16, even in the case of unusual transverse loads can move out of the interior 11 of the safety running profile 1, deadlocks are still possible. A rounded running surface of the rolling element 24 in conjunction with the likewise rounded running surface 7 of the safety running profile 1 ensures that the rolling element 24 always remains ready for use in the event of a lateral deflection from the center line 23 . This is ensured even with large angles α above and below the center line 23 .

Furthermore, the figure 4 It is clear that there is a very large amount of play between the running surfaces of the rolling body 24 and the running surfaces 7 of the safety running profile 1, so that there is still sufficient room to move under the illustrated inclined position of the axis 25. This ensures that the rolling body 24 is always with one of the opposite Treads 7 can come into contact. Since there is also only a point load between the rolling body 24 and a running surface 7 in such special situations, the frictional forces produced here are also negligibly small.

Dieses erleichtert auch das Herstellverfahren und senkt gleichzeitig die Herstellkosten des Sicherheitslaufprofis 1, beispielsweise in einer Metallausführung in einem Rollengang oder bei einer Kunststoffausführung in einem Spritzverfahren.through the figure 1 it becomes clear that the cross section of the safety running profile 1 is characterized by its appropriate curvature and has no hard edges. This also simplifies the manufacturing process and at the same time reduces the manufacturing costs of the safety running professional 1, for example in a metal version in a roller conveyor or in a plastic version in an injection molding process.

In the figure 2 the safety run professional 1 has been presented in a possible use. A curved section 14 adjoins a straight section 13 via a joint 15 . The straight section 13 and the curved section 14 can be fastened via openings 12 which are introduced into the fastening leg 2 .

Another embodiment is the figure 3 again, in which a spiral body, for example for a roller door or high-speed door in the parking position, can be created from the safety running profile 1 . The spiral design is achieved via circular arc sections 17. While the course of the individual circular arc sections 17 decreases via midpoints that are not shown, it is possible to design a spiral with circular arc sections 17 in this way. But for this it is necessary that based on two centers, semi-circular circular arc sections 17 are connected to one another alternately via joints 15 . It goes without saying that the semi-circular circular arc sections 17 always decrease in their own inside diameters. For example, a secure hold of the circular arc sections 17 on a mounting plate to achieve, 15 holding elements 18 have been used in the impact area. These holding elements 18 are designed in such a way that they grip laterally over the safety running profile 1 and thus lie over the closing leg 8 . The holding elements 18 are also fastened to the mounting plate.

Depending on the diameter and design of the spirals, it may be necessary for a compensating element 19 to be inserted in the area where two circular arc sections 17 abut one another.

The preferred use of the safety running profile 1 is not limited to the formation of curved circular arc sections 17, but can also be used in straight courses.

However, the safety running profile 1 also offers the possibility of being combined, for example, with guide elements in a J-shape as a profile 20 with the insertion of a transition profile 21 .
