Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur additiven Herstellung mindestens eines dreidimensionalen Objekts (2) mittels sukzessiver schichtweiser selektiver Bestrahlung und Verfestigung von Baumaterialschichten (3), wobei mindestens eine selektiv zu bestrahlende und zu verfestigende Baumaterialschicht (3) eine Mehrzahl von Bestrahlungszonen (IZ) umfasst, die mit mindestens einem ersten Energiestrahl (5a) und mit mindestens einem zweiten Energiestrahl (5b) separat bestrahlbar und verfestigbar sind, umfassend:- Zuordnen eines Parameters (P1 - P4), der die für die Bestrahlung einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone erforderliche Zeit angibt, zu einer Mehrzahl von Bestrahlungszonen (IZ 1 - IZ4) der jeweiligen Baumaterialschicht (3), insbesondere zu jeder Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) der jeweiligen Baumaterialschicht (3), gekennzeichnet durch:- Zuordnen des mindestens einen ersten Energiestrahls (5a) zu der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1), deren Parameter (P1) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die längste Zeit für die Bestrahlung dieser Bestrahlungszone (IZ1) benötigt und diese Bestrahlungszone (Z1) mit dem mindestens einen ersten Energiestrahl (5a) bestrahlt wird,- Zuordnen des mindestens einen zweiten Energiestrahls (5b) zu der Bestrahlungszone (IZ2), deren Parameter (P2) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone die zweitlängste Zeit für die Bestrahlung dieser Bestrahlungszone (IZ2) benötigt und diese Bestrahlungszone (Z2) mit dem mindestens einen zweiten Energiestrahl (5b) bestrahlt wird, wobei- nach der Bestrahlung und Konsolidierung der Bestrahlungszone (IZ2), deren Parameter anzeigt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ2) die zweitlängste Zeit hat, die für die Bestrahlung und die Bestrahlung mit dem mindestens einen zweiten Energiestrahl (5b) erforderlich ist, abgeschlossen wird,- Zuordnen des mindestens einen zweiten Energiestrahls (5b) zu der Bestrahlungszone (IZ3), deren Parameter (P3) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ3) die drittlängste Zeit hat, die für die Bestrahlung dieser Bestrahlungszone (IZ3) und die Bestrahlung dieser Bestrahlungszone (IZ3) mit dem mindestens einen zweiten Energiestrahl (5b) erforderlich ist; wobei
in einem möglichen Fall, in dem die Parameter von zwei oder mehr Bestrahlungszonen (IZ1 - IZ4) einer bestimmten Baumaterialschicht (3) anzeigen, dass diese zwei oder mehr Bestrahlungszonen (IZ1 - IZ4) jeweils die längste Bestrahlungszeit oder die längste Bestrahlungszeit haben wird entschieden, welcher dieser Bestrahlungszonen (IZ1 - IZ4) der mindestens eine erste Energiestrahl (5a) zugeordnet wird und welcher dieser Bestrahlungszonen (IZ1 - IZ4) der mindestens eine zweite Energiestrahl (5b) zugeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem nach der Bestrahlung und Konsolidierung der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren Parameter (P1 - P4) anzeigt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die längste Zeit für die Bestrahlung und die Bestrahlung mit dem mindestens einen ersten Energiestrahl (5a) benötigt, abgeschlossen wird,
Zuordnen des mindestens einen ersten Energiestrahls (5a) zu der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren Parameter (P1 - P4) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die viertlängste Zeit für die Bestrahlung dieser Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) benötigt und diese Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) mit dem mindestens einen ersten Energiestrahl (5a) bestrahlt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Parameter (P1 - P4), der die für die Bestrahlung einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) benötigte Zeit angibt, auf der Basis von Daten ermittelt wird, die für die Bestrahlung einer aktuellen Bestrahlungszone (IZ 1 - IZ4) verwendet werden und/oder auf der Basis von Daten, die für die Bestrahlung mindestens einer Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) einer vorherigen Baustoffschicht (3) und/oder auf der Grundlage von Daten, die für die Bestrahlung mindestens einer Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) mindestens einer Baustoffschicht (3) mindestens eines vorherigen Bauauftrags verwendet wurden, bestimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zur Bestrahlung der jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) verwendeten Daten und/oder die zur Bestrahlung mindestens einer Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) einer vorangegangenen Baustoffschicht (3) verwendeten Daten und/oder die zur Bestrahlung mindestens einer Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) mindestens einer Baustoffschicht (3) mindestens eines vorangegangenen Bauauftrags verwendeten Daten mindestens eines vorangegangenen Bauauftrags Informationen über die Fläche einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) und/oder Informationen über die Form einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) und/oder Informationen über die für die Bestrahlung einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) bei gegebenen Bestrahlungsparametem erforderliche Zeit sind oder umfassen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Parameter (P1 - P4), der die für die Bestrahlung einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) erforderliche Zeit angibt, bestimmt wird, bevor die selektive Bestrahlung der jeweiligen Baumaterialschicht (3) begonnen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Berücksichtigen mindestens einer Randbedingung für die Zuordnung des mindestens einen ersten Energiestrahls (5a) zu der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren Parameter (P1 - P4) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die längste Bestrahlungszeit benötigt und/oder Berücksichtigung mindestens einer Randbedingung für die Zuordnung des mindestens einen zweiten Energiestrahls (5b) zu der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren Parameter angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die zweitlängste Bestrahlungszeit benötigt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei als Randbedingung die Größe und/oder Form und/oder Ausrichtung und/oder Position einer ersten Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), die von einer ersten Bestrahlungseinheit (8) bestrahlbar ist, und/oder die Größe und/oder Form und/oder Ausrichtung und/oder Position einer zweiten Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), die von einer zweiten Bestrahlungseinheit (9) bestrahlbar ist, berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei als Randbedingung die Ausrichtung und/oder Lage einer jeweiligen Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) relativ zu einem Gasstrom betrachtet wird, der mit nicht verfestigten teilchenförmigen Verunreinigungen und/oder Rückständen beladen werden kann, die bei der selektiven Bestrahlung einer Baumaterialschicht (3) entstehen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestrahlung der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren zugeordneter Parameter (P1 - P4) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die längste Bestrahlungszeit benötigt, und die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren zugeordneter Parameter (P1 - P4) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die zweitlängste Bestrahlungszeit benötigt, gleichzeitig gestartet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bestrahlung der Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren zugeordneter Parameter (P1 - P4) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die längste Bestrahlungszeit benötigt, und die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4), deren zugeordneter Parameter (P1 - P4) angibt, dass die Bestrahlungszone (IZ1 - IZ4) die zweitlängste Bestrahlungszeit benötigt, mit denselben Bestrahlungsparametern bestrahlt werden.
- Steuereinheit (6) für eine Vorrichtung (1) zur additiven Herstellung mindestens eines dreidimensionalen Objekts (2) mittels sukzessiver schichtweiser selektiver Bestrahlung und Verfestigung von Baumaterialschichten (3), wobei mindestens eine selektiv zu bestrahlende und zu verfestigende Baumaterialschicht (3) mehrere Bestrahlungszonen (IZ1 - IZ4) umfasst, die separat mit mindestens einem ersten Energiestrahl (5a) und mit mindestens einem zweiten Energiestrahl (5b) bestrahlbar und verfestigbar sind, wobei
die Steuereinheit (6) konfiguriert ist, um die aufeinanderfolgende schichtweise selektive Bestrahlung und Verfestigung der jeweiligen Bestrahlungszonen (IZ1 - IZ4) gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zu steuern. - Vorrichtung (1) zur additiven Herstellung mindestens eines dreidimensionalen Objekts (2) mittels sukzessiver schichtweiser selektiver Bestrahlung und Verfestigung von Baumaterialschichten (3), wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine Steuereinheit (6) nach Anspruch 11 aufweist.
